Excellent quality at an excellent price. Portions were more than enough. We always purchase Nathan's Hot Dogs at home, so we thought we would give there are other menu items a try. Dee-lish from the first all the way through to the last bite.

Traditional Nathan's hot dogs 🌭 done right! Food was good and served fairly quickly. The resturant had some seating available both inside and out which is nice. It is located in Old Town and not accessible as a stand alone location. Prices were a bit steep but thats par for thr course at an attraction location. Also lots of post it signs for various things which was a bit odd. Would recommend if your in the Old Town area looking for some good dogs!!

I visited during lunch on a Friday. Service was very good. Cashier was pleasant and the food was brought to our table outside. The food was good too. I don't have anything negative to say honestly. I will say though, I didn't think the hot dogs tasted the way they do in Coney Island. (Maybe it's the water lol) Still, they were good and not sloppy. Fries were on point. It's a little pricey, but being where it's located, that should be expected. The arrival of this restaurant instantly makes it one of the better places to eat in Old Town.

Food is always great. Customer service not so much. I strongly recommend you arrive an hour before their closing time. For the employees inside closing at 10pm means you lock the doors at 915. And if you make it there on time and get to put in an order then I suggest you make sure they fully understand what your order is.

Nathan couch

Had a hot dog that tasted like it was pulled out of sitting water then rolled around the grill top for a few seconds. Tried a bite of my wife’s steak sub had no flavor. The mustard dispenser had a clump of dried brown mustard left from last night and we were greeted by an employee wearing a “anti-social club” sweatshirt. Not a good look for the company. I will say she was polite as was the other employee we spoke with.

This was my first experience with an actual Nathan's. The chilli dog looks super great and was an all beef hot dog. The fish and chips were piping hot and served with coleslaw. The food would be pleasing to someone without a desire for seasoned dishes. The staff was helpful.

Small location. Minimal space to sit and dine in. Poor air circulation, too hot inside. We ate outside. The food was typical for Nathan's.

We decided to try Nathan’s on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. It wasn’t too busy when we ordered but we did have some issues being able to pay by a debit card. It turned out the restaurant along with other locations were having internet issues. After waiting for maybe 2 minutes, I asked the cashier if I could just remove my card and pay by cash. After maybe a minute, he said “yes” and he had a bit of difficulty counting my change back, but he was very polite. We received our food after about 15 minutes of waiting. They called our name and met us half way to the counter to grab the order. They forgot our drinks but brought them to us after we said something. The New York Cheesesteak was pretty good and a nice portion size. The hamburger my son had, he really enjoyed that as my daughter did with her simple hotdog. The only disappointment with our meal was the Fish and Chips Platter my husband ordered. The coleslaw was a bit too vinegary for him and the fish is basically something that looks like it came from a frozen bag of fish triangles. Our total for 4 meals and a large Lemonade was around $53.00. Prices were a bit high but then again, the portion sizes were good. The staff was polite and the restaurant was clean. It’s a small eating area so it might feel a bit cramped when it starts getting busy, as it did after we ordered. I would return again in the future.

I’d like to begin by saying the staff are lovely! The dark-haired younger lady serving on the tills easily checked with the kitchen to make sure the fries were cooked in a separate fryer to meat and they were. The guy running the kitchen was asking where we were from and laughed when we said that we’re melting in the heat. Ordered two large fries which were very small. The packet wasn’t filled to the top which is frustrating until we ate them. I love a greasy chip! That’s covered in salt. These were greasy in the wrong way - they tasted as though they’d sat in oil until it was time to heat them. They’re expensive for the amount you get AND the quality is very low. I doubt we’ll be making a repeat visit next time we’re here. There were a couple of other tables in, but the atmosphere is very much fast food place. Not a snotty comment, you sit in the eat then you leave. Maybe it had been a slow day and they hadn’t rotated the chips fast enough. I’ve had Nathan’s in a couple of locations and the chips have been amazing. Maybe just an off-day here.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this really bothered me. After eating here I started feeling sick not long after, and now my child is sick too. What really made it worse was seeing someone in the kitchen who looked visibly unwell while handling food. They were wearing a mask, looked pale and just not okay and It honestly made me uncomfortable watching that. It didn’t feel like food safety was being taken seriously Service was polite, no issues there but the food took forever to come out and when it finally did it wasn’t even that good especially for how expensive it was Between the long wait, the price, and what I saw, it just wasn’t worth it. I won’t be coming back 👎🏻

It’s 10 pm the paper they have put on the door says till 1030 on Saturdays I was sitting to dine in at 9:52 pm the head waitress was so rude she came and asked me to leave the table and takeaway didn’t try the food so I can’t judge it but with this attitude I will pass
