Okay, I'm not much on fast food. The main reason I frequent this place is the playscape. The whole area was recently built (or renovated, maybe). It's clean (maybe one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been in). And with this heat, it's a perfect place to bring my 4 year old during the day so he can get his energy out. Often, we eat before we come (not feeding him fast food every day). I'll grab a diet coke, get him some apples or something, and let him run around for 45 minutes. That said, when I do feel like cheating, the quarter pounder is an S tier fast food burger. If I had less discipline, I could easily take down two or three at a time. Don't know what they lace those bad boys with, but my God, never stop, McDonald's.

A Big "Thank You" to the excellent customer service I received this morning. After ordering at the drive-thru I was asked to wait in spot#1 it wasn't until my order was delivered that I remembered what I had intended for myself so I asked the young lady if it was too early for the lunch menu with full intention of going back thru the drive-thru again and ordering, but I was never once asked to do this AND between her and the help of this young man making sure that they got every detail of my burger combo that included black coffee and am proud to say I am one happy customer. Good job!! Have a blessed day 🙏.
I had some issues with my mobile order, I ended up requesting a refund. I ended up speaking to a lady, I think her name was Chatty. She told me to go back to the McDonald’s to receive my meal on her. Excellent service.
This place is great. Sometimes they get very busy so make sure you ask for dips and sauces when you get your order but the food itself is usually right and fresh. I've been eating here since I was about 5 years old. If you experience a problem during your visit, they will fix it for you.
12/26 - that day after Christmas crew was amazing. They had a long line, it moved fast, they got the order right, and food was hot and ready. What shift does the crew normally work? Inquiring minds want to know lol.
The only thing I didn't like was trying to place your own order . Very confusing. Need to make ordering simple. For older people

It's a McDonald's. They are one of the more consistent ones that doesn't offer up old food constantly. I like to get the 4 for $5 deal, put 3 nuggets on a chicken sandwich with some sweet and sour sauce or buffalo.
Pretty solid. Not enough salt on the fries. Drive-thru guy was kind and gave me extra ketchup.
Food is always fresh and I come here ALL the time, I have only ever had an issue once and Delia was quick to fix the issue. First time I went inside to a McDonald’s in years and the crew working 4/16 were also 👏👏👏.

I just came in the is morning because of a little mistake that happens a few days ago. I've had good experiences here. I went during the day and one of the employees was very helpful taking my food to my table when she saw my hands were tied with my kiddos. The younger staff members are not so customer service friendly and sometimes won't even respond when asked a question or to even say you're welcome after being thanked. Food is usually on point though.
I just posted this with 1 star but they posted it with 4 stars!!! This review is rigged 😳It seems only one person speaks English. I brought my two granddaughters to the play area. It was safe until three little boys decided to play catch. They were running through the play aparatus even though the rules on the side say, "NO RUNNING". My granddaughters are 4 and 6. It became very dangerous for them. I asked the boys to stop running, to which one little boy, said he didn't have to. I took my girls to the counter to ask for the manager. The woman who said she was the manager acted like she could care less!!! This is the second time this has happened. I will NOT go back. By the way!!! I just posted this with 1 star. Its standard typical McDonalds food. My mom and I always take my sister to the play place since it’s too hot in the summer for the park. She loves it and always finds kids to play with. My order is always right and the staff is so nice. Just make sure to check if you have ketchup cause like every other McDonalds, they’ll forget about it lol. This is my local McDonald’s, so I always come here and I’ve never had any bad service because if there’s something wrong with my order they always fix it.
I've been coming to this Micky D for almost 8 yrs. . I used to travel all over the country, and this has to be, hands down, the best Mickey D's i have been to. I think in the 8 yrs i have been coming here i maybe had one order was done wrong, and they fixed it promptly. being as i am moving 50 miles away next week this may have been my last visit to this joint.
I noticed this McDonald's has a playhouse so I decided to bring my 3 year old and she had a blast. The staff was very friendly and our food was good. The playroom did not disappoint. It's great for smaller toddlers but parent be in standbys cause they are scary til they figure out the fun things they can do in such a tall toy. All of the kids that came in while we were there had a great time. I gave 4 stars because the playroom needed to be a little cleaner. The tables needed to be wiped down and floor needed a good sweeping. We'll definitely be back because my daughter has been talking about this place since we left.

We went around 12:15 pm on a Wednesday and the drive thru menus both still showed the breakfast menu. When ordering a kids meal, the lady taking the order didn't know what the toy options were for the kids meals. I hate it when they just ask if it's for a girl or a boy so I always see what the toys are to decide which one my kids would prefer. She didn't ask what kind of sauce we wanted with our nuggets and just out BBQ sauce on the bag and when I asked for other sauces at the window, seemed inconvenienced. The food came out accurate, though, and the temperature of the food was good as well.
Order was correct and quick, but fries were cold, they filled my cup with ice when I asked for very little ice, and got I ignored about three times by a only Spanish speaking employee when I returned for fresh fries and then the same lady on two different cups cups thought I was asking for more ice even after I had already told her I wanted less ice. Other than those things every other employee was nice efficient but can't say the same for all.
The Playplace helps if you have kids... right up until it's time to leave. Order accuracy us not yet their forte. Drink ordered with no ice came with ice in it. Sauce ordered for the McNuggets failed to arrive with the food. I'd bring the kuds here again, but you'll need to check your order for accuracy.
Take this review with a grain of salt because quite honestly I'm not a fan of mcdonald's AT ALL. Took my daughter here so she could get a large fry. I will say that the man on the horse in front of me was EPIC!!!!!! Only in the country can you drive up to mcdonald's and be waiting for your food behind a man on a horse!!! But other than that eat at McDonald's and your most likely going to get fat plus their burgers are pretty bland compared to the likes of Braums, Whataburger and Griff's.
I can honestly say this day has been the slowest here. They supposedly are short in staff that's not true. One lady told me she ordered for take in and they where giving her order little by little and kept forgetting. Some workers are very slow and others are working fast. About 3 months ago it use to be fast but today is the slowest.
Sit in traffic to get here, then sit in long line in the drive thru. I order my good, drive home in traffic again. Get home order is incomplete, and missing food. Drive back, and go inside and get food and have to ask to replace other food with fresh hot food. Don't get napkins, condiments etc, when in line. Do not get a thank you, come back again. Do not get any apology for missing food. I order a ice cream sundae too, and when I get it, it is already melted. Did not see it come from the machine, in front of the registers. The guy brought it from the back somewhere. It had no nuts, I had to ask for nuts, and a spoon. The service is bad majority of the time I come here, and its common for me to have to check my food before I leave, cause something is always missing. There's been a few times where the food was not hot when ordered. So I have decided to take my business elsewhere like Chic Fil A. The service is excellent there, and even though there is always a long line, it moves fairly fast, and the customer service is always great. Everyone smiles, and is polite. They thank you for your business. You get condiments, and my order seems to always be correct. Mc Donald's could definitely get some tips for better business.
Staff was rude and I tried paying with my arch card and the lady at the drive thru window said this ain't working I need something else. I knew how much I had on the cards and knew it was more than enough to cover my meal. She called a Hispanic guy over and said to him she must not understand English, because I asked her what was it stating on the machine. He came over and tried explaining in Spanish but I made it clear I understood English perfectly. I didn't wanna hold the line so asked for it back and paid with debit. My son used the same card at another McDonald's the same week and we had no issues.
Customer service was okay not the best. I was in the drive thru. I requested my fries with no salt. They asked me to park and wait I waited for 5 minutes. My Fry's has salt on it. I went in and told the lady I requested fries with no salt. I assume the lady that prepared my fries said she didn't put salt on it. She was going to argue with me so I ask for my money back. The lady at the register said they will prepare my fries with no salt. I watched them prepared it and I thank them.
Rude drive through crew! This McDonald's DOES NOT even have an ice cream maker! There's not signs displayed outside or inside to indicate such. Everytime I order my food the fries are never fresh always cold! Never a pleasant experience 🤨. I'll start driving to another location rather than go to Red Oak ‼️
The new construction on this place is a great improvement since I moved to the area. They seem to be keeping up with demand and consistent with service. I will recommend this location and frequent if on my burger fix. Receipt #1367 on 09/07/24 Recent update, so this is the 2nd time that I have gone through the drive thru and they have either forgotten half of my order or just given me a totally complete order. And I don't think it's sanitary to have others digging in your bag and passing it to the next customer. So I will do my part and take my fast food business elsewhere.
This location consistently misses items from my mobile drive through orders. Please pay attention to the orders and give us the food we pay for.
Some workers are very nice, some workers are extremely rude, but that’s what you get when 90% of the employees are teenagers. Regardless of temperament, the food is decent if you get it during the day. At night, I get somehow below room temperature fries and burgers with stiff buns. This place needs serious work.
I ordered 2 mcdoubles with no onions and no pickles. When I first received my bag I was missing one burger. One had onions and pickles and the other had onions, which onions were not even white they were already brown. The chicken nuggets were to hard to bite and chew. I do not leave reviews but this was literally the worst I've ever had. I work overnight so I have been here just a few times before work. I do not recommend going after 9pm.
I placed my order at the drive through because the app was not working as usual but I went through the drive through to place my order anyway after I payed for my order before I even drove up to the window my bag was hanging outside the window. Once I got to the window she proceeded to drop the bag in my hand ripping the bag. Instead of her taking it back and placing my order in a different bag she proceeded to hand me a bag out the window. The food is never good so I am really done at this point. I just ordered a 20 piece nuggets, that were to be cooked to order with fries and an Apple Pie. The nuggets were not fresh, the fries were soggy and they gave me an old blueberry looking pie. They will not answer the phone for me to complain.

Management treats employees different. Hector only allows Hispanic employees to take advantage of the employee discount. He smokes weed and vapes inside the restaurant. Gloves are not worn when preparing food for customers. When customers return orders because they are incorrect, instead of discarding the customer's order they simply place it in the back and give it to the next customer that orders that particular sandwich, etc. Horrible management staff at this location.
Worst experience in the drive through ever just now. Reading the order off - which is their featured menu item - the manager who doesn't speak English well keeps saying that the burger we were reading off to them doesn't exist. Then after 5 min. Says it can't be bought as a meal. They finally ask us to pull around to explain so we can show them the picture of their menu screen. They aren't even aware of what's their featured menu items are. The lady at the cash register kept giving excuses on why their own manager couldn't understand what we were trying to order- saying we were saying it wrong.- so we had to show her the picture again. Placed an order through the app at this location for curbside and waited 12 minutes before finally deciding to call for a status on my order, only to find out that the manager had "deleted" my order and they had not started preparing it yet. An option that was intended to be completely convenient due to the fact I had 4 kids in the car including a newborn & little time ended up being the complete opposite!
Worst costumer service ever. Tried to order but ended up going inside to talk with the manager and he let me explain to the young girl what she did wrong. I told her it was her tone. Won't give back correct change. My order came to$3.25. I have her a $5 bill and she Only gave me back one dollar because she didn't have quarters. I like coming to this place because usually they are fast and quick with their orders. But today I order nuggets and I wasn’t informed beforehand that they didn’t have any barbecue sauce and when I asked the employee at the window she said that the truck didn’t give them any and right before I was going to say it was okay another employee said I always tell them and they still ask for it. That was rude and I wasn’t even being rude about it just wondered why there wasn’t any sauce in my bag with my food. Fix your customer service.
Ordered dinner online through the app. Was presently surprised there was no one else in the drive thru ahead of me when I pulled up. Got my receipt and the cars started lining up behind me. Gave us our drinks plus the happy meal and asked us to pull forward to #1 for our Double QPC, an extra order of apple slices, and 2 QPC deluxe meals. After 20 minutes and other cars leaving that came behind me, I finally put my hazard lights on, and take my daughter inside with that receipt. Several people passed us off to a young man with a headset, who had no clue who we were. We were completely forgotten about and his excuse was, "there were a lot of orders". Which considering there wasn't anyone in line but me when I got there and he wasn't even there when I arrived. I was beyond angry. Over 20 minutes to get cold burgers and fries. And the happy meal didn't even have the apples slices.
We ordered with our mobile app, 5 minutes later a man knocks on our window to ask us what we ordered, my spouse says he entered his order in the app, so he was agitated that the guy is asking something they should know, if we are parked in a designated spot the app should tell them what we ordered and where we are parked!! The man said he'd check on it and would be back. We waited 20 minutes then called the store, we spoke to the manager Divea and were told another person got our order and that they had to remake our food, finally our food comes out, but we were missing 1 fish filet. We went back to the drive through and asked to speak with the manager, she asks what we ordered, we told her and she asked what was the issue, we told her we had been waiting 20+ minutes and that we were missing an item. My husband was so irritated he asked for his money back, and that we didn't want the food, the manager said they could not refund mobile orders and that we would have to call customer service. She also would not give us a receipt. The experience was terrible, we used to get good service, but this location has gone down hill.
I know some people seem to complain about everything. Well as a consumer I expect quality just as a vendor expect payment for services rendered. NO WORKING FOUNTAIN DRINK MACHINE , ICE CREAM DOWN AS WELL,and to top it off waited in reserved lane 10 min for brewed tea...psa we were told while ordering they had sweet tea...smh...keep paying the lowest minimum wage you can ...
Very unprofessional ... When giving your order at the speaker or getting your order at the window you shouldnt be hearing yelling and over hearing personal conversations in the background. This location definitely needs some better management and learn customer service skills you can tell this Mc Donald's is run by IMMATURE CHILDREN!!
This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There is always a long wait, even if there is only a few cars in the line. The fries are always cold, not freshly cooked. They are always out of something. The GM definitely needs to do better with this location.
I use this McDonald's often, 98% of the time for my morning coffee to work. But every once in a while I get the kids something in the evenings. This is one of the worst ran McDonald's I've ever been to. Here lately they've screwed up my mobile order. Yes, a mobile order!! How do you screw up a mobile order?!?! The customer has already made his/her choices and yet it gets screwed up when you go get it. One day it was, "we don't carry that". So I said okay thanks and drove off. Before I got a chance to cancel my order on my phone this store charges me anyways. So I had to turn around and go back and then the rude manager tells me I have to call some toll free number to get a refund. At the end of it they just offer me another choice of drink and I drive off. The next mobile order was a simple black coffee for $1.08. I pull up to the speaker and give them my code for my mobile order. I pull around to the window and guess what, it's all screwed up. They have my coffee but they have a bunch of food attached with my order. I tell them no, it's just 1 medium coffee. As I proceed to the next window they start handing me a bag of food. So again I have to correct them. And I still haven't seen my Apple Pay alert. But guess what. After I get my medium coffee and drive off they charge me $10.32. Yup, for 1 medium black coffee. They charged me for all that food I didn't order. Really?!?! My suggestion to anyone going to this location is that just bring cash with you. Make them repeat back your order a couple times before you proceed. Then make sure they know how to use a cash register. And if you have any issues don't waste your time speaking to the manager. She simply doesn't care. If you call to speak to a manager the person on the phone says they're the manager, but they're not. I have no plans to return to this location. At all.
I’d try to avoid this place at all costs. Every time I go here I somehow end up disappointed. They have a hard time getting orders right or things are missing. Spent 20 minutes waiting in curbside pickup- I went inside to find out what was the hold up, only to find out the food was just sitting there. A simple hey we’re behind, or an apology would’ve been nice… but they did neither. Safe to say the Waxahachie location is better.
McDonald’s is following in the footsteps of companies like Bud Light & Disney with ludicrous decision making. You can’t order from a human being, you can’t refill your own drink & it’s no longer a “fast food” experience. Every McDonald’s recently has been terrible but this particular location is a really bad joke. Incompetent employees & inept management sums it up. Go to the gas station across the street for better food & service.
Management needs to focus on training the young team members. I was so frustrated with having to repeat a simple chicken sandwich order. They don’t greet you when you pull up to the window. The customer service is terrible! This McDonald’s is located in a terrible location. Drive thru line can be so long, it wraps into the busy street.
I had tried their ice coffee once before and I really didn’t like it. I order the Carmel ice coffee and it taste like straight coffee with no Carmel. I went To this McDonald’s on July 24th. I stood in line behind two Hispanic people, this place has nothing but Hispanic working there. the lady took there orders which was a manager so when it came time for my turn the manager walked off proceeded to get her things and left. I was Just standing there. I had To ask someone to take my order as if I wasn't standing there ready to place my order in the first place. When asked to speak to a different manager, the young lady that took my order never got one, she was laughing like it was a joke. I have Never in my life experience racism in my life. Smh they will never see me again
What’s the purpose of ordering online to pick order up ay window when they will still have you park in curbside pickup. Order online and sit outside for 10 mins that defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. 🙄

This location seems to be getting worse by the second. The drive thru people are always rushing and never let you finish what you’re saying. Been twice and have been parked for two freaking meals and they still get the order wrong. Nothing you ask for at the window (condiments) are ever in the bag. Ever! Person that delivered the food to the car was extremely rude when I kindly asked why it took 40 minutes for 2 meals while literally 10 cars got their orders and left. She laughed and said she didn’t know and just walked off. And to top it all off , all of the food was COLD. The owner of this location doesn’t know what’s going on or doesn’t care about the customer service their business is providing. Prices are going up but quality of service has been gone at this location for a long long time now
EXTREMELY SLOW. Ordered a Mocha and 2 orange juices, and it took about 20 minutes. Oh, and not to mention the drive thru person had to be dead because I had to repeat myself multiple times and practically spell out what I was saying. The employees either need hearing aids and a little more energy to get this place up to speed.
Front desk guy had a “I don’t want to be here” attitude the whole time, entered the store about 4:05 for a doordash order and still haven’t left (4:28) it’s 2 McRibs and a 6 piece nugget. 2 cars in line and one customer standing behind me. HOW LONG COULD IT POSSIBLY TAKE TO MAKE. I have never had a smooth experience here. Everyone lolly gagging around taking their sweet time. My order was estimated to be ready at 4:11. It was good years ago. But the business, as well as the service sucks.. I ask for water with my meal instead of a soda. What did I get? A large soda, the fish sandwich was tough and smelly. My grandson ordered nuggets with sweet & sour sauce . He gets No sauce. Never again.
Drive thru, they charge extra for orange juice on a combo, paid for it, then at the window I told they don't have orange juice. I changed it to coffee and asked to be refunded the up charge. Jeez, you'd thought I was trying to re-invent the wheel by asking for my money. So, to get my $2.00 back, I had to pull off and wait for them to bring me the cash? What? Guy says "if you want you money, you'll have to pull over there, and I'll bring it to you." So I pull over, I'm done eating before a "so-called" manager brings out my money, she didn't know what was going on. All she could say was, "That shouldn't have happened." Well, really? You think? And I didn't get my coffee, either. Don't pick your place to eat for convenience if your choice is McDonald's, find some place else.
Got my order completely wrong.
The problem with this location is there all speaking spanish and not one person speaks english and they laugh and mock people who go into order and take another persons order though i was in line first then they screw up the order something so simple the guy charges me for lettuce and tomatoes and mayo on my double quarter pounder meal on receipt yet when i bring it too his attention the condiments werent on the burger as i ordered and he act like he doesnt understand english now and dont know what too do so he ask the girl what im saying the girl who was mopping the floor yet this is the guy you have taking customer orders ? No wonder ncdonalds prefers you use there kiosk now very bad service.
We went for coffee and it was watery...no bold taste
So the app took my money and wouldn’t let me check in. Went inside and the manager was a totally unprofessional. Like I understand you work at McDonalds, but no need to be rude. I will never come here again
Horrible place. Workers play around more than they work. Orders are always wrong. Manager is rude. Bothe the morning and evening.
The worst customer service. We placed an order for two ice cream cones in addition to several other items. We get to the window and they give us only one ice cream cone. We immediately let them know we did not get both. They only charged us for one. We pulled out our cards prepared to pay for the additional cone. They refused to ring us up and told us we had to go back through the line. The same line we just waited in for 15 mins. I let them know that was not fair as they're the ones that did not get our order correct. They just kept repeating you need to go back through the line. Unbelievable!
Few things: The service was quite long (compared to other McDonalds places we've been to) The hotcakes with sausage we ordered didn't have a sausage The unsweetened coffee we ordered was very much sweet. We were in a hurry, so we couldn't double check everything
Order taker couldn't get it correct. Slow movement towards 1st window to pay. Money taker was slow & not very loud at all. Made it to food window. Got my filet-o-fish then my large diet DP. I swirled it around and it was full of ice. I handed it back saying I ordered this with very, very, very, very little ice. She took it back and asked was this ice tea. No, diet DP. She took out most all the ice and was handing it back when I asked her to fill it up (it was substantially low). Finally got my drink and left. I'm going to think hard before I return to the Red Oak store.😒
I swear they hire the most incompetent people they can find for this restaurant. They can't get an order right to save their life. You order nuggets and I bet you're not getting the dipping sauce you ordered with it. Order more than 1 hamburger and you're going to be missing half of them. McDonald's needs to come in to this place and clean house. I sat at the drive through for 10 minutes and no one responded. I finally walked in and the woman with the headset was on her phone. Still managed to screw my order up. Straight up incompetent people. They shouldn't be getting 12 an hour, they are worth about 3.50 and that's being generous.
I am extremely disappointed with the drive-thru service at this location. Every time I visit, my order is either wrong or I’m asked to park and wait—even for something as simple as a cup of coffee in the morning. What’s the point of having a drive-thru if you can’t efficiently prepare orders? It defeats the purpose of convenience. This has happened far too often, and it’s frustrating to deal with such poor service. Please step up your game!
The play area is very dirty, the tables were not cleaned and there were papers and food on the floor both under the tables and where the children play. The bathroom had a sign saying that it was closed because they were cleaning it, however the employees were using it, I went to tell the shift manager and he ignored it, I never sent anyone to clean, personally I think Because it is a food place, they should take care of these details for the health of our children. We spent about three hours the same As long as the cans full of garbage lasted, we had this bad experience
Less and less fries 🍟 every time Came atsiry the supervisor was upset because I ordered 2 5 meal deals and got charged 18 order never came while other ppl were getting it and went to asked for it and they put my order as to go order so my food was cold didn't was to make a big deal and end up eating it like that supervisors shouldn't get mad because we ask for refounds it's part of their job 8 dollars it's a lot to just lose them for a mistake that can get fix smith a simple transaction
How stupid do you have to be to get a quater pound deluxe with cheese wrong. 4 times in the same order. No lettuce tomatoes or any of the deleuxe fixings. Just meat and cheese. Tags on the box even said QP Deluxe. I guess that why they're working here. It McDonald's food is about the same everywhere. Cashier kinda sucked though. Took my payment card and ran it, never telling me the total. I had to look it up on my account. Was kinda rude and distant, not pleasant to deal with at all. Food pick up was friendlier. Good thing don't crave McDs very often. Maybe I try another store next time.
Be warned and stay away from this location and now based on our experience the entire corporation as they could care less about you and just want your money. About 7 weeks ago we ordered via web told order be ready i about 15 minutes and check in at curbside on arrival. We did and told order be out shortly. After about 15 minutes and no one came out and as it was getting dark we could see employees just relaxed inside doing not much. I went to go inside but found lobby door was locked but saw others going thru drive thru so I walked to window and told they had a power failure earlier and food would be ready in about a hour. Asked them why i was allowed to sit at curbside and to cancel order. Told I had to cancel on app but it will mot allow it as it was supposedly being prepared. Did get manager who told me she couldn't do anything but i could call customer care and 800 number to cancel and get a refund. I called after getting food elsewhere for family and was told that number belonged to Grubhub and they weren't involved in this order. They were nice enough to give me McDonald's customer care number. They explained they couldn't do a refund but I needed to open case and I did. It has been 7 weeks five phone calls and still no resolution including being elevated for a refund including that the regional manager would contact me 3 weeks ago then last week and no call . Bottom line is still out money from original order and no refund and no ethics or customer care. Please be aware from what used to be a reputable company but know has become McRipoff's and the Hamburglar is in charge and now wants your money and extra profits at your expense!
I came here with my mom for a which snack before going grocery shopping. I noticed the car I front of me was was getting my drinks and I joking with my mom laughed. To my surprise it really was our food. The driver handed out food back and pulled forward. Who I assume was the manager she had on a grey shirt handed us the food that the car in front of us just handed back. So disgusting and cross contamination. Instead of remaking our food and drinks she just handed us the food and drinks. I hand to stop her and tell her our food needed to be remade since the car in front of us was handed our food and looked through the bag. She instantly got and attitude and then told us to pull to spot 2. I decided to go into the restaurant to make sure our food was actually remade. Nope she handed us the same drinks that were handed to the wrong as well as the food. I was so upset that I just threw the food in the trashed and walked to my car. I will NEVER get food for this McDonalds location again. They are nasty, unclean and I am sure tons of cross contamination. Went to McDonalds on Hampton and had a much better experience.
Ordered in app asked for cup of water at the order window, was not given a cup of water at pick up time, told pull up and park so they can bring me a glass of water(I guess it was to hard for them to make a cup of water) that never came. Had to you go back through the drive-through a second time 10 minutes later, then food was luke warm.
Sad to say this location seems to be able not to complete orders correctly. Leaving the sausage off of a sausage egg cheese biscuit. Other order no hash brown with meal. There has been multiple issues with multiple orders. Looks like quantity of orders is more important than quality of orders. For this location. Understand mistakes happen but not on a constant basis.
We used app, gave code got receipt, pulled up to 2nd window..was told pull up in space #2. Girl came out with order for people in #1. Waited 20 minutes, went inside order was NEVER made. Shift manager (Hispanic Male) gave an attitude, that just because I paid for it was not their fault. They then made my order was given a very weak sorry. You cannot complain because only number is for restaurant. I reached out to North Texas McDonald corporate. STILL waiting for someone to reply..the best thing these people can do for Red Oak and anyone foolish enough to go there is sell it and let someone who cares for their customers have it. I go next door to Burger King where they care about their customers ABANDON ALL HOPE ANYONE WHO GOES THERE..notice there are no replies to ANY reviews..tells you all you need to know
I placed an order on my app by the time I got to the restaurant to pick it up. They told me they were out of what I ordered, which makes no sense. It was paid for 15 minutes before I got to the restaurant so then the manager did not wanna give me a refund. Tried to tell me they’ll give me different food items Which no I don’t want different food items. I wanted what I placed my orders for so we had to go back-and-forth because this man did not want to refund my money. I will never go back to this location. The service sucks. They were very rude and very unprofessional.
Fast food? It took more than 40 mins to get a mobile order after it couldn't get it canceled and was supposed ro be 2-5 mins acording to the app, it is ridoculous and unacceptable.
I don’t know if this a delivery problem or restrictions problem. 1/3 I don’t get my drinks. Food is cold. Nothing worse than cold fries. If I pick up it’s not as bad. If I order and pay for extra ketchup I don’t get it on my delivery. When I do curbside I have to check my bag and catch the person before the run off.
I ordered ahead on the app. The money was taken out of my account. When I arrived they told me that they didn’t have my order in the system. I asked for either my order or a refund, I was denied both. So now I am in the process of looking for a lawyer to get my money back. I paid for merchandise that I never received and I was refused a refund. Which is illegal. I will never eat at another McDonald’s ever again cause I work hard for my money and I will not have my money stolen from me. I will take my hard earned money somewhere else.
I ordered on the app and went pick my order up and they had no frappe. Then employed kindly refunded me. I went back on the app and ordered to the same McDonald's on accident ( I was trying to order it to the one on 35) i called them and as soon as the phone was answered there's a lady saying hello repeatedly over and over and didn't let me speak. I called to see if i could get a refund and she said no that I had to go on the app and refund it (when it doesn't let you) she would not let me talk at all an explain anything and was hella rude.
We walked into the restaurant at 10: 30 2 AM and they refused to serve us breakfast. The manager actually didn’t even come out to talk to us about it. He simply relayed that to the person that works up my family and I come here probably 2 to 3 days a week. This is our last visit.
This place is very disappointing..... Everytime I go to this location there is a problem or they are out of something. I really only go because my four children love to eat from there, but there is always something wrong or missing from our order. Today I tried to order the breakfast burrito with no egg, which I have done many times before but the lady at the drive thru insisted that McDonald's has never done that. I order at least once a week and I shouldn't have to ask for a manager to place or get a breakfast burrito with no eggs. This is very frustrating. Today I was not trying to argue nor beg someone to place my order correctly for my four children, my wife and myself. McDonald's missed out on a sale today and I honestly don't think I will be back to this location even though it is less than 10 minutes from our house. Burger King is right next door and they prepped my breakfast burritos fine with no eggs along with 5 other breakfast combos. Very disappointing and frustrating and I thought I should let someone know how this location treats its customers.
The majority of the time we order on the app, the order is wrong. This morning, we ordered breakfast. Simple things like sausage biscuits and hashbrowns. Went to the drive thru and they could not find the order. The person on the speaker offered no resolution, after he couldn't find the code. They just kept asking for a different code even though I kept asking for minute. Decided to go inside and pick up food, walked into a lobby full of people waiting for their food, For, whatever reason I feel like the management leaves the newest person at the counter by themselves. I watched the cashier ask someone in the back about my order and heard them say "just tell them they'll get their money back if they don't get their food" That shouldn't be their response with a lobby full of customers waiting for their food. I feel like this location should not offer mobile ordering if they cannot fill the orders they receive. Honestly if this location wasn't literally around the corner from me, I would avoid it.
I visited this McDonald's on Sun Feb 13th at approx 8pm. All I ordered was a blueberry cream pie. Once I got to the window I asked if it was fresh. They told me yes however when I broke it in half and touched it it was freezing cold. She asked me if I wanted to wait and she would drop some more. I said yes. I pulled into holding space #1. Waited about 8 minutes. A young man brought me a bag and I pulled off. I noticed this time they had given me 2. The first one I bit into was colder than the one I received at the window. Pie #3 was warmer but definitely not fresh!! Don't LIE to customers!!!! Don't try to get over by taking shortcuts. It's very noticeable! Tacky and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.
I would give no stars if I could ! They are the worst. One of our burgers was cold and the meat was pink. We had already drove home and going back arguing with them about a burger was not worth it. I just hate that we were starving that day and taking a bite out of your burger then you realize it’s not cooked. It’s infuriating! Don’t go there! This is definitely not even safe, definitely a food safety concern!
