Had to wait a bit it was lunchtime. Tender wasn't small but hot and delicious. Dirty rice was good 👍🏾 Overall out of 10 have it a 8. Just because I thought I was getting chicken on the bone.😞

Great place great customer service, I believe they just opened so it's really clean inside and the place is nice. Now then chicken is just like is in Georgia yum yum and the customer service is right there as well. Really had a great experience here. The lady who was in front Really nice person the meal was hot and all was good. I recommend for breakfast the chicken biscuits combo with bo-rounds yum. The tea is Georgia sweet 😋. Also the blueberries biscuits yum yum. 😋 I hope the place stays like this for years to come definitely make you a trip to this place.

The truth

I tried their tenders and they were actually flavorful without any sauce but of course tastes better with sauce. They do not play when you ask for a small fry. It's like a kids meal serving. Overall will recommend.

I have ordered the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuits are very fresh light and fluffy buttery. I love the the sausage has good flavor. They never put enough eggs on the biscuit though. My only complaint, the chicken biscuit is delicious crispy but it depends on what size chicken you get because they’re chicken are not all the same size so you may get a small piece You may get a really good piece, the chicken sandwich is delicious as well but the same thing you may get a really good juicy piece and you may get a piece that’s really thin with a lot of breading so the chicken is not consistent but it’s good! They also have dirty rice and mac and cheese. The dirty rice is delicious haven’t tried the mac and cheese.

While the food I got was hot and what I ordered... I had to pull off to the side to wait for my order instead of getting it at the window. It seemed like 3 other cars where waiting too. I waited at least 5 minutes after pulling away before my food came out. Not a massive issue, but and inconvenience nonetheless. The chicken strips were bland and mediocre and kind of thin. I've had better chicken strips at other competing companies. Hardly the "boldly seasoned" they advertise. Maybe next time I should try the actual bone-in chicken? The biscuit was big and fluffy, but without some butter or something it just sucked the moisture out of my mouth. The options for sides were nice and my dirty rice was really tasty. I also appreciate the number of dipping sauces they offer, especially since I first tried the chicken without sauce and it was fairly flavorless. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Worst drive thru experience ever. Waited 30 mins for a simple 4 pc combo & still did not receive my food. Who ever ran the Saturday February 28 4:30pm shift NEEDS TO BE FIRED! More than 6 cars waiting in the parking lot

This is probably the worst location, i have the same problems every single time, no flavor in my drink just taste like watered down soda. Mac n cheese all stuck to the bottom of the container I barely get to eat any of it because it’s always filled with that brown stuff at the bottom. And the food never taste fresh. Straight trash every time I give this place a try they always mess multiple things up. Do better cuz this is trash.

Went through drive thru and ordered chicken with cheese biscuits and two boberry cookies why did it come with no cheese and no cookies. Called and no answer now I have to drive back. So very disappointed. Had my mouth watering all the way at home for what. It wasn't even busy which is the hy I don't understand why they make you pull up and wait and still not get it right. Damn

Yesterday 12/04/25 was the second time that I have been to this location since they opened, the first time was a few months after they opened, so it's been a while between visits. Both times I've been highly disappointed, first time our food was cook in burnt grease, you can smell that the grease was burnt from the smell as soon as you opened the bag, I was home when I opened the bag and just didn't feel like driving back.Yesterday i decided to try again since its been a while between visits, get home and the food smelled and tasted like it was cook bad or old grease once again. At least now I know why the drive through was empty. 2 attempts 2 fails, im never going back. It's already disappointing that they only sell chicken strips and not other chicken pieces like the east coast locations, but to sell bad strips a major fail.

I don't leave bad reviews. Since this place has opened I've been here a total of four times. My last two visits here have really been horrendous with this being the fourth visit. I ordered a Bo ritto combo with and orange juice. I was told to pull forward. I watched them park SEVEN CARS!!!!! I waited 25 minutes as well. Hash browns are good and the Bo berry cookies are on point. Overall I feel that that need to be a little quicker on the drive through service.

Worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant, fast food or otherwise. So bad I'm leaving a review. I placed my order through the app at 10:21 am, and it was three items. Pull up to the drive-through, and we were greeted by a robot. Got to the window and gave them my name. Even with me showing up at 10:29, they still told me to park, and they would bring the order out. I noticed they were doing that for every customer. I sat in my car and watched at least 4 people after me receive their orders ahead of me. After all the spots were filled and 35 minutes later, I drove to the front and walked in to get my order, and somehow it still wasn't ready. I received my order at 11:10. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I MIGHT NOT EVEN BUY THEIR PRODUCT AGAIN

Horrible!! I What the heck is this?!?! Biscuit is flat and look burnt. The chicken looks old or over cooked. I did not ask for spicy chicken. What if someone is allergic to spicy food and you just hand them anything. This was my first and last time going to a Bojangles. Figured I would finally give them a try on my way to work. Please stop just giving people anything just because they go thru the drive through and most likely won’t see their food until gone. Never again. I had to throw this mess away. Wasted my money and I am disappointed and mad. Lancaster Texas location.

Cashier barely acknowledged hearing my order, then as I suspected got it incorrect. The tenders were good, not one of my favs but ok, the dirty rice is an absolute no and the Mac n cheese was also a big no for me. Definitely won't be back.

We were so excited to find a Bojangles not too terribly far from us! We loved it in Tennessee! This is so not the Tennessee Bojangles!! So disappointing. We ordered via the website and was there to pick right on time, grabbed our meal box off the to go shelf and was checking the order when a young lady asked me if that was mine? I told her yes and she proceeded to ask me my name. Glad I checked it! No biscuits, no coleslaw and the fries were pitiful! Went to the counter and told her what we were missing and showed her the fries. She asked me to take everything out of the box, I guess so she could see. I also asked her if the max and cheese was regular or baked because it all looked the same. Was told they only make one kind. Then way offer two on the website? We waited and waited because she couldn’t find a family coleslaw. Then she came back and said 3 of the sides were the same so that’s what we got. Finally got biscuits and she moved on to other customers that had come in. Forgetting about our fries. Stupid me never thought to check the tenders. Obviously someone can’t count! Was supposed to be a 20 piece tender, 10 in each box. We got 9 and 8! So disappointing. The sauces they give aren’t even enough for 20 tenders. They gave us 3. Had to purchase the peach honey pepper sauce which by the way is the best!!!! During all this a gentleman came up and refilled the icing container so she could ice our biscuits, 1 which we watched her drop in a bin next to her and then put in our box, and walk off. I am assuming he was the manager who obviously didn’t really care about the customer with issues there. My husband went back in and was told the manager was busy. What a pity and a shame!! Don’t think we will be making that drive again for terrible service!
