They were very nice and friendly people.. had patience with customers. They had some donuts and munchkins that I haven't seen before in NYC. Spring fling munchkin was very colorful. I think it's covered with rainbow sprinkles. And a maple syrup donut. I haven't seen that before either.

This is definitely one of the best Dunkins in the area. The man at the register, Daniel, greeted me pleasantly and took my order without missing anything. Markus and Brad prepared my drink and sandwich within in a minute. They were outstanding. Good work guys.

Busy place in the morning, need more counter help, ordered through the app ,had to wait for someone to wait on me at the counter because the drive through was backed up.

Your typical chain Dunkin Donuts nothing spectacular. The selection of donuts is limited 80% of the time they get the coffee order correct. Not bad but Starbucks is one exit away less than 3 miles

Frozen food from the microwave. Patty looked cooked but it was half frozen and the egg patty wasn’t even warm. So I paid $25.00 and have to deal with pissed off kids..

The coffee is normally pretty good, I get coffee here everyday I had one issue with my coffee. Now, the bathroom on the other hand is nasty.

Order was wrong 😑 repeatedly. Finally gave up and hit the road.

The Dunkin Donuts in Hallstead PA could use some improvements. There coffee always taste burnt.

This is only a small counter. The sandwich was not toasted it was bland tasting. The croissant breakfast was all crushed and not tasty. Our iced coffee were made only of milk. Didn’t taste coffee at all. Recommend to stop at the one in Homer not far away.

Bathroom most disgusting ever! We ordered 4 donuts, and only got 3. My stupid husband didn't check the bag. Also, Burger King in the same onvale center floors and counters unbelievably sticky. People were nice, but obviously take no pride.

Between my drive from carbon county PA to Rochester NY this was the nasties bathroom I have seen

All signs for this location on the interstate clearly say that it is open 24 hours. Actual Dunkin sign at drive-thru also says it's open 24 hours. Guess what...NOT open at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday...

Never have more than 3 or 4 types of donuts. Have VERY long waits. Make you wait in drive thru a very long time even if they have nothing to sell, because drive thru is 1 lane wide with curbs on both sides.

Dumber than a sack of rocks could not understand what chocolate strawberry and vanilla with sprinkles means maybe they think it's a game to put in worst flavors they have but when you order a dozen donuts with specific flavors and you get none of them and when you call and complain all they say is well chews we didn't know so we just do whatever flavors in there we had this is any other place open go there these people do not deserve the time of day

The service here was slow and our cups were literally covered in coffee from the lid to the base when they handed it to us. The bathrooms were disgusting and had busted sinks which means you couldn’t wash your hands…meaning the staff here don’t ever wash their hands. It’s just filthy and there was no reason this staff should have run our cups under the coffee dispenser after putting the lids on. But I guess we have to wash off our own cups before drinking just like we had to find another bathroom down the road to wash our hands.

This location closes at 8pm I showed up at 730pm and they all ready had the machines cleaned so when I asked for a iced Latta she said srry i can't do that but I can do a regular coffee. No ma'am I wanted in expresso I don't even have to be at work until 10 pm but I ran out early just for a coffee a head of time to help me stay awake. Y are they cleaning up the machines before they even close ? I ended up just leaving and going to the gas station to get a red bull so dunkin lost my business.

We don’t drink coffee or tea. I guess I could’ve gotten them all filled and dumped it out. Would’ve saved them cost on 4 drinks. Do not recommend this place!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The McGraw NY location has been crap for years and is the main reason I don’t go to Dunkin. One omelette bite hard wrap and crap coffee. Do these people not get paid enough to purchase their own food? Do they really have to STEAL paying customers food? Get it together!!!!

The most disgusting bathroom I've seen in a long time. I was too grossed out to try their food. If the employees wash their hands in that bathroom, i don't want to eat the food they touch.

Ordered a bacon avocado toast that was missing bacon. When i told the counter the lady told me I was wrong even after showing my receipt with bacon on it. She was extremely rude and didn’t want to help me out in the slightest.
