Good service and selection of coffees and other beverages, both hot and cold. Lots of goodies, plus breakfast type meals. Great for a quick stop or a coffe/breakfast or brunch date... anytime, really! Only thing a little on the minus side, is the restroom needed a bit of attention, but not awfully badly. A good experience overall.

Staff is usually friendly and nice, coffee and donuts are good. But stay out of the bathroom, it is one of the most disgusting ones that I have ever been in.

Your typical chain Dunkin Donuts nothing spectacular. The selection of donuts is limited 80% of the time they get the coffee order correct. Not bad but Starbucks is one exit away less than 3 miles

This is only a small counter. The sandwich was not toasted it was bland tasting. The croissant breakfast was all crushed and not tasty. Our iced coffee were made only of milk. Didn’t taste coffee at all. Recommend to stop at the one in Homer not far away.

Ordered a bacon avocado toast that was missing bacon. When i told the counter the lady told me I was wrong even after showing my receipt with bacon on it. She was extremely rude and didn’t want to help me out in the slightest.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The McGraw NY location has been crap for years and is the main reason I don’t go to Dunkin. One omelette bite hard wrap and crap coffee. Do these people not get paid enough to purchase their own food? Do they really have to STEAL paying customers food? Get it together!!!!

Stopped to get donuts and a drink. We purchased 4 cups and wanted to get one filled with a refresher drink. They couldn’t do that but could fill them all with iced coffee or tea per the manager. We don’t drink coffee or tea. I guess I could’ve gotten them all filled and dumped it out. Would’ve saved them cost on 4 drinks. Do not recommend this place!

This location closes at 8pm I showed up at 730pm and they all ready had the machines cleaned so when I asked for a iced Latta she said srry i can't do that but I can do a regular coffee. No ma'am I wanted in expresso I don't even have to be at work until 10 pm but I ran out early just for a coffee a head of time to help me stay awake. Y are they cleaning up the machines before they even close ? I ended up just leaving and going to the gas station to get a red bull so dunkin lost my business.

The service here was slow and our cups were literally covered in coffee from the lid to the base when they handed it to us. The bathrooms were disgusting and had busted sinks which means you couldn’t wash your hands…meaning the staff here don’t ever wash their hands. It’s just filthy and there was no reason this staff should have run our cups under the coffee dispenser after putting the lids on. But I guess we have to wash off our own cups before drinking just like we had to find another bathroom down the road to wash our hands.
