Without a doubt, the best wood-fired chicken I've ever had. Tender inside, golden brown outside, and delicious. I definitely recommend it. However, they haven't sent the invoice since December 2020, and again since Saturday, February 27th. They even gave me their phone number, but still nothing. How awful!

The chicken is delicious, with the cuts they have, with a very good flavor. The side dishes are very well served and piping hot, just as they should be. The chistorra, like nothing I've ever tasted, was delicious. The cheese is delicious, and the ranchero beans are very good. All in all, this is a very good restaurant and I recommend it.

They are very good in taste, quality, etc... but I don't understand how they divide the chicken you order half and they give you 4 pieces or something like that and the beans, the whole one is never whole, it is divided and with less pieces, I don't understand why they do that if it is not cheap and it would cost them nothing to leave it whole, well yes a lot in the end it is a lot of profit, it is like gourmet food it has very good flavor but they give you so little that with the cost it has it makes it not worth it

The food is good, especially the arrachera, but you order half a kilo of meat (raw weight) and you only get 200 grams. Then they claim it's due to dehydration during cooking, when in reality the maximum weight loss from dehydration is 40%, not 60% as they claim. I've ordered twice and it's the same story. They then defend themselves by saying they've been cooking half kilos for a long time and it only yields 210 grams, meaning they've been telling the same lie for ages. Anyway, so you know before ordering, multiply the amount you order in grams by 0.40, and that's what you'll get. If you order a kilo, you'll get 400 grams, and according to them, that's fine. If you order from there, you're better off ordering through Uber Eats; at least you won't have to listen to silly excuses, and they'll probably refund part of your order. They are trying to cut costs on a dish that would give them a 200% profit if they served it properly. A kilo of medium-quality arrachera costs 300 to 350 pesos at retail, half a kilo costs 150 to 175 pesos, and they sell it for 468 pesos. Not content with that, they put in less than half a kilo to earn more.

It took them 1 hour and a half to deliver my order of 2 kg of meat. They give priority to those who come to eat there. If you order to go, be prepared to wait 2 hours.
