The service was very fast and friendly, I loved the food and the drinks were cold.
There was a mistake in my food, and they resolved it very kindly. Sometimes we lack that kindness as diners when we ask for a solution to our problems. Sometimes we arrive with an arrogant attitude, expecting everything to be at our feet just because they're providing a service. On the other hand, if we change the way we order things, perhaps more doors will open for us. I am very grateful for the service and the delicious flavor that characterizes them. I will gladly return.
The truth is that I have a great time when I go, it's a very pleasant atmosphere and the place is very pretty, it has become my favorite sushi.
Delicious dishes but it took approximately 40 minutes for the orders to be brought to the table.
It's a small, somewhat inconspicuous place. The sushi exceeded my expectations. Everything we ordered was delicious and had extraordinary flavor. I would improve the cocktails and the wait time; although we were the only table when we arrived, it took over 30 minutes to bring our dishes. The waiters' service was very good and friendly. They also left us wanting more dessert because they didn't have any.
The place is nice and we were served by a waiter named Antonio who treated us excellently.
The waiters are terrible; it seems like they're asking for money to be ignored. There are hardly any customers, and yet it takes them over 40 minutes to bring the food. And if you're not there, they keep asking for your drink, never remembering to bring it... I prefer to order takeout because the food is good, but the service is worse than the one on the boardwalk.
Honestly, it took them a really long time (1:30) to bring the food, and this has happened four times now, which was annoying. The food was served cold. I won't be back.
We arrived and the person who serves was on a call laughing and didn't attend to us. It took longer than the hour he said and the rice was super watery and mushy 👎🏼
They didn't even bring us the food, we waited more than 40 minutes, horrible, we were three people and the place wasn't even that crowded, the tea is refillable and they never served us, really go to the one on the east boardwalk, nothing like it
Very bad service, we waited more than 1 hour 30 minutes, there were only two of us.
