Kat is usually the staff at the register helping us out. Appreciate her kindness, menu knowledge, and professionalism. The salads are high quality and always delicious! Love their asiago bagel stack sandwiches!

If you have any thing special or any hiccups ask for Chelsea! She is the best manager! She helped my wife with a cup of soup on the road! Great service and support.

This Panera has gotten mixed reviews in the past, but I have been here a couple times in the last few months and have had excellent experiences. Specifically with the staff, which is saying something in the customer service climate of today. Highly recommend!

The colored woman in the drive through always makes me feel at home when I come every evening for my sip club drink. Her smile is the atmosphere and she always seems positive. Even if there were two locations in Abilene I was still choose this one

Parking was easy and the online ordering experience was flawless. The restaurant was clean, and my order was ready soon after I arrived to dine in. The staff was kind and attentive and quick to help when I needed something. The coffee was fresh and hot. Kat was taking care of the dining room and would check on customers and make sure their food was correct, and she was quick to clean tables as customers left. She is always so kind and helpful when I come In. The manager stopped by my table to check on things, as well. Overall, it was a five star, 10/10 experience!

Except for a couple of employees slacking on dress codes, this is a good Panera. I've enjoyed the food so far. Friendly service and Management is not skimping on portions like some locations.

This place was phenomenal! This was our first time at Mooyah, but we will be back! The party melt and classic burgers were so fresh, perfectly seasoned and blanketed in gooey cheese resting on a pillowy potato bun. The homemade chips were extra crispy and brown, and the sweet potato fries were killer! We ordered the small fries and chips, but there was plenty for two servings--very generous! I do not know why someone would order fast food when this fresh meal was served so fast. It's a great value and very tasty!

In town to visit my son. We stumble here for Lunch Date. Burgers are very juicy and cook to your liking. This is a brand new business. Very clean . Highly recommend if you’re in town.

Tried the new Croque Monsieur sandwich. It was good, a little dry and I didn’t care for the Gruyère cheese spread. It has a sour, unappealing taste. The Mexican Street Corn Chowder was pretty good. Thick and rich and a great savory flavor. Overall I would get them both again, maybe just leave off the Gruyère spread on the sandwich.

Great food, great, great service, great atmosphere, the only thing they're lacking is, they need to put their moun sauce out on the floor so people can try it and experience it because it's the best sauce ever with fries, the loaded fries at that.

Food wasn't that bad. It could be better. I ordered the classic burger combo. The burger looked small but it was still filling. The meat was a little over cooked so it made taste dry when I cut a piece off. The house sauce was way to much so it over powered the flavor of the meat.

1st timer and I was absolutely astounded. This may very well be the best burger I have eaten. Service although was good may have been a little on the slow side, but didn't take anything away from the meal. I had the "A wonderful" and the wife had the "Paleo" both in a lettuce wrap. Definitely good food and will definitely will return.

Food was good, service was not super friendly, place was clean. The pictures of their food on their menu look amazing. Their food in general is eh. I did like the amount of fries you got though.

I really like Panera but they are way too corporate with how they conduct their operations to the point that it inhibits business. Like you “can’t” call in an order for takeout because it’s the business’ policy even though you can do that at virtually every other dining establishment. Well online ordering is down and doordash doesn’t not have the full menu so now what? It’s not this location’s fault in particular but overall it should not be this difficult to place an order for food. If they want to run themselves like a fast food place then the prices should reflect that. Not to mention the Abilene location has a heavy up charge per item vs the majority of the locations in Dallas. Need to make more of an effort to work with their customers or this won’t be sustainable long term as this location is always empty when I visit.

Overall the food was okay, but underwhelming for a $20 lunch The sweet potato fries were basically seasoned fries and the shake was quite small for it's price($5) Nothing was bad but nothing stood out as good either.

This restaurant is trying to be a 5 guys. No comparison! It took us 45 min to get food for 4 people. Wasn’t even really busy. Hamburger was sub par. Bun was great. Fries were good Service was friendly but acted like they didn’t know anything about the place. To top it off their pay machine only took tap and they were out of forks.

Waited for over 35 minutes for the order to show. Watched 3 different people stand to even make an order and leave after not even being greeted. Ask to cancel the order and to get a refund and was told we would have to wait even longer for the manager to come out from the back.

Gave this place a second chance after a bad first impression. I should have stayed with my instincts. The bun would have been a very good start had it not been ice cold and obviously toasted hours ahead of time. It was literally cold like it came out of fridge. The meat was overcooked and very dry. The worst part is how small it was. My picture says it all..the tomato is twice as thick and the meat. The lettuce was minimal, very small amount …it must have been rationed. The chips were cooked far ahead of time, cold and half of them soggy. The sodas from the fountain tasted good and was the best part of the meal. This meal is not worth the price. Portion size is small price is huge ,quality average and execution is lacking. I won’t be back

Based on this experience, we won’t be back. Mushroom and Swiss burger that has literally one onion and like 5 muchrooms with a very small amount of mayo. Plus burger is burnt and dry. Tried to add mayo myself to make edible and did not help. Took way too long for such a disappointing meal.

We had this delivered to our hotel. Worst food ever experienced on our travels. Fries were overcooked, dry and cold. Milkshake was warm and thin. Burger was barely edible. Awful food for a high price!
