We arrived late and thought they were already closed. The manager saw us and came out to tell us they could still prepare our order, but it might take a little while. Without hesitation, we went in. They were already cleaning the tables, but they were very friendly and served us and others who arrived after us. The ketiras were delicious, and besides the great taste in our mouths, the service was top-notch. The kind of luck you hope for on vacation :) My photo doesn't do it justice; I was just getting served.

A new KFC restaurant opened in Costa Azul (November 2025) next to Walmart. The restaurant is very comfortable and bright, and the staff is friendly. They offer grand opening promotions at affordable prices, and the chicken is very juicy.
I went on holiday and the staff were very friendly and attentive, thank you very much 🫂

Fatal experiencia en el KFC de Acapulco. A diferencia de otras sucursales que mantienen un buen estándar, esta deja muchísimo que desear. El personal es sumamente apático y parece que te hacen un favor al atenderte; cero amabilidad. La comida no tiene la calidad de siempre, el pollo se sentía viejo y el refresco estaba totalmente sin gas, pura agua con azúcar. Es frustrante pagar por un servicio tan descuidado y productos en mal estado. No pierdan su tiempo ni su dinero aquí.
La verdad la Sra que te da el acceso muy grocera y prepotente te cierra la puerta en la cara y muy déspota

You should consider going early because we arrived at 9:00 pm and they refused to serve us, denying us access. It's worth mentioning that the place closed later.
Terrible customer service; changes to the combos are impossible because the staff says that changes or cancellations take up to 24 hours!
