Good place but few space between tables and a little slow service. Manager was very nice with a couple hippies that eventhoug they complained noneses things, the Manager skip an scene and applied a discount. Since I saw that couple I thought they would bring some problems.

It's a Chili's, lots of unhealthy options, great taste, very fair prices. This specific branch has a pretty good interior design to it, the music is kind of bringing the atmosphere down. The service was great, and they really accommodated for us non-spanish speakers. The cheescake dessert was heavenly.

Only went here to escape the rain after getting caught in a sudden thunderstorm. It was 6:30pm and it was almost empty. Initially just ordered a margarita which was alright. Ended up ordering a chicken breast dish that was dry and had no flavour at all and came with some corn that was cold.

I don’t enjoy leaving reviews like this … the server herself, was real good, the manager or whatever seemed pretty chill too, offered me something on the house in pretty sure but I politely declined … the photos are from the second time the burger was brought to me, it was pretty much raw inside the first time and still raw inside the second time … why is it that they simply tried to re cook the same burger and re present it to me rather than simply making a new burger. If you mess up the food, it’s your fault. Don’t re cook food that’s been touched and send it back out, please …. Again, great staff, maybe it was a one off mix up, idk … but the photos are from when the burger that I asked to be well done was brought to me for a second time … you can see how raw it is in pretty sure

The poor waitress tried to save this but the folks in the kitchen can't microwave their finger food? It's fine. This tourist will never return. Horrible experience. I should have gone to one of the many Fonda's that know what customer service is. Do not come.

On September 6 I had the unpleasant experience of dining in this establishment. Unfortunately, I’ve been sick for the last past day. The presentation of food was all right. The food itself didn’t seem right at first the mashed potatoes were cold and hard. They went all out with the pepper. The NY steak was cooked fully when I asked medium rare. The staff that was there was too busy on their phone then to check tables. Mexico chilies has disappointed me. Would not recommend this place

Worst meal. Rude staff and they messed up our order twice. We askes for no bacon, instead of giving a new burger they just tried to scrap it off but didnt even do that correctly. Imagine if you are allergic to something and they just try to scrap it off. Never again, we just walked off.

We went last night to have dinner my husband and I ordered the same thing on the menu a full rack of baby back ribs with fries and corn on the cob. I’ve eat ribs many times at other restaurants and chili’s locations the ribs were cold, tasteless, dry and the sauce was bitter. We decided to let the waiter know and he called the manager they let us order something else on the menu let me just say we regretted not having just the appetizers for dinner the next order came and I got a soup and salad. My soup was cold and tasteless I could taste the salt and my salad had old lettuce didn’t taste like a Caesar salad. My husband ordered a bacon burger and said it had no flavor. Save your coins!

Bad, My girlfriend and I visited tonight, we was greeted with a smile, hostess sat us at a table, waiter came to take our order, we told the food server what we wanted and said we would like and have it to go, we where instantly asked to leave the table and told to go the bar place your order, my reply what you do not work for tips? (note time of our visit only 4 tables had customers) , OK no problem, so here we are sitting at the bar we placed our order, after sitting a while at the bar I said myself a drink sounds good, I stand up on foot stand on my chair to get the bartenders attention and as seen in the photo this is what seen, what a awful surprise, wow, then I seen the bartender wash my glass in this water, didn't dry it off, my glass had many unknown things floating in my drink, I refused to drink it and asked to have removed from my check, wow I seen the woman wash more than 20 glasses in this water! I asked to speak to a Manger about issue and he didn't seem to care guess is normal at chilis
