Friendly staff appointment was at 8am got here at 7am out by 8:05 it’s a little tight backing in but it’s manageable

Good place checked in got door dropped empty trailer hooked up to loaded trailer got paperwork was out in 45 minutes One was traffic makes it easy, can be busy and not much room to get around but be patient and you will be fine Make sure reefer is full or you will be asked to go fill it up

Very helpful guard at the gate. I dropped an empty in a door and picked up my preload. It took me longer to do my paperwork than it did to drop and hook. Thank you so much. I'll go back any day

Arrived 45 minutes prior to appointment and put in a door immediately. Unloaded within 2hrs and on my way. Everyone from beginning to end was very friendly and professional.

Quick, easy check in. Put in a dock right away. Loading time was good. If you have a heavy truck beware of the way product is loaded.

Gate personnel very nice and gave us a dock right away even though we were an hour early. Was to be a drop and hook but because we were early became a live load. Man at dock area was an obnoxious person. Insisted we pull on annoying me as I was guiding driver back and then insisted we back up more because one bumper was 1/2-1 inch off and wasn’t touching. I explained that that the plate will cover that but made drive back up anyway. How rediculous. Then there are trailers 2 rows deep in front of docks which you need to maneuver around as you pulling in and he kept trying to tell me with hand signals that all you have to do is just a it in there. I wanted to ask him so bad if you can drive a truck then why are you out here walking the dock doing the hat ever it is your doing. But I held my tongue. If you come here just take your time and ignore this dude.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! 6 Months to do concrete work?!?!? If your not a day cab don't bother!! Meanwhile everyone has to fight to back into the docks! Damn near impossible back. And their construction is making it that way
