Stopped by for a quick bite to eat with the hubby. Ordered off the app, which was SO easy! Employees were friendly and place was clean! Order was hot, fresh and made well, not just slapped together! Appreciate the great service!!!
The only times I leave a review is when I get excellent service. Start to finish, whoever was working here on the day of October 18, treated me like excellence. It was the 4 PM shift, he was wearing a gray shirt, and an excellent smile. That’s the type of service that I love to see aspiring for greatness, always, even if it’s just one customer in line. that guy deserves a raise. Thanks boss.
Well surprisingly delicious. I ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich with bacon, avocado, cheese, lettuce & tomatoes. Boy I was floored. It was good. Not sure of the name. But it was a chicken club as far as I am concerned.
Perfect for late night cravings or a quick lunch. Order is always accurate. I feel bad for placing large orders, late at night but the kids want snacks. The staff is always very patient and they really try to get your food out to you fast.
Very good experience! I'd thought this visit was gonna take forever when I saw the line. Nope. I placed my order, and the cars in front of me just went, BAM BAM BAM! I got to the window to see the manager (I think?) busting it out. I complimented him on how fast they were moving the cars thru and he said,"we're trying!". Cool thing for me, but bad for him, we both forgot my payment. He'd dismissed me, and I started to drive off when I realized it. I couldn't back up. There was a line of cars behind me. If I got back in line, I'd surely cause more havoc just trying to fix it. So I drove off with my free burrito... thank you, J in the B.
This place , I’ve been coming for 6 years since local now and they are #1 top notch in how nice they are and sweet. I have had special orders ( my healthier options) and they go along with what I request - it is affordable for me and I can make my meal a positive healthy one . Especially with Covid era, I may be stressed on my side, often… they brighten my day with the pleasantries. I am impressed how large the egg rolls got and well worth the price.
Typical Jack in the Box. The nice thing is that I have never seen it really crowded. The parking lot is very big so no parking worries. I think that their shakes are more creamy than most other Jacks so if you like your shakes creamy, choose this one over the other local Jacks. This location also has a deluxe soda machine that allows you to flavor your drinks with cherry, orange, lemon, lime, raspberry, or vanilla. Definitely a plus over the other local Jacks.
Place order at the counter, food came out wrong. Had to take it back inside and have them fix it. I can see why this location was empty.
Came on a Thursday morning through the drive thru about 10 am & was only here for about 5-10mins. When I first arrived, the lady had no one at her window & there was no one behind me. She had a kind voice & started slow. However, she just started rushing me. She completed my order & sent it through without asking is that all. I had more to order as well they weren't able to substitute a soft drink for an iced coffee. Yet, at this location I've had it substituted many times. As well I drove off & went to another location & they had no problem making the substitution for a small upcharge.
They are a little slow if you are a walk in customer. They take care of the drive through 1st. I was the 2nd person in line and I watched people pull into the drive through order, pick up food and leave. At least 10 cars before the person in front of me got to order. Talked to a girl who had already ordered and she said she had been there almost 30 minutes waiting on 2 tacos.
They get the order wrong half the time. Especially bacon/swiss buttery Jacks. Always check your order before pulling away.
I love Jack in The Box. But today was just appalling. As a family of six ordered their food at the drive thru, some ratchet looking teenager would constantly interrupt us with "IS THAT ALL?" and before any of us could even say yes or no, she immediately says "have a nice day..". Now that is incredibly rude because first of all, you're forcing me and other people behind me to rush my order, and second, you don't tell me when I'm done ordering, I do. Upon reviewing my order at the window, the same teenager hands us our food with 6 out of 11 ordered items wrong. Not only do you have the audacity to rush my order and tell me when I'm done, but you don't even get the order right. Unless you can get the order correct that quickly, you have no right to rush me. I understand that maybe the employee might have been having a bad day, but taking it out on fellow customers paying your salary is just downright scummy.
Ordered 2 jumbo jacks, the meat was cold, 1 order of French fries cold, fries were like eating cold greasy noodles, at the Prices these fast foods giants are charging, the very least they should do is NEVER serve cold food
If they close at 12 am they should turn off the lights
All I wanted was to try the flavored wings. There are multiple signs advertising for said wings. When trying to order them I'm told they aren't sold at this location...
Just ordered to go food worth $55.00 time is 9pm on Monday 02-17-2025. There was no receipt or a thank you acknowledgement for patrons g your location. Not sure what the business motto for your location but worst service ever. Hire employees that knows customer support.The lady that worked tonight may have been the worst and needs customer support 101.
Update: Since this horrible business seems to think it's OK to ignore people and not do the right thing. I finally had my credit card company fix this. This is ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like being scammed and overcharged. Will NEVER go to a Jack N the Box again after this horrible experience. Update: Hey Jack I ALREADY filled out your complaint form you listed below BEFORE I even wrote this review because I like to give companies a chance before I waste MORE of my time writing something like this. I asked to be EMAILED. The email I was responded back to continues to get a failure to deliver response from Google. So I am sure the email address is full of.complaints or no one deletes mail there. I'd appreciate if someone can just EMAIL me and resolve this. I have the receipt and everything on that should be more than enough to issue the refund so I can finally stop wasting my time on something your employee did and shouldn't have. Will never go back with how tedious a process this has been. :/ NEVER in my life have I dealt with such a difficult to contact company! I dont normally write bad reviews. But others need to be warned of the shady practices of this horrible company. Worst location ever like others have experienced. Was overcharged in the drive thru (price was different than what was on the screen, I've ordered this exact thing before, so I know what it should have been). The guy ended up charging me for a SHAKE with boba when I had ordered an ICED coffee with boba. It's like a $3 difference. I was overcharged by almost 28%. I didn't notice this until I got home & took the receipt out of the bag. I filled out the form to complain and went to X to complain to get my money back that they overcharged me! Usually, companies reply back FAST & can actually help you & they want to fix the problem. But Jack in the Box? What a joke. They must be in on it & are encouraging employees to overcharge people because I was COMPLETELY IGNORED & GHOSTED. Yet I saw Jack replying to others and helping them to get their issues solved. Jack never even acknowledged my issue or apologized at all for this unacceptable and unprofessional (and illegal) behavior of overcharging customers! Someone contacted me yesterday from the form I filled out (when this happened on 7/9..... I was at a work meeting & could not talk on the phone, so I emailed them back with these photos. What I was charged and a photo of my actual meal showing the iced coffee! Not a freaking shake! Ghosted again. I also want a paper trail, & I've heard how horrible the service is on the phone anyway. I want it all in writing. At this point, for the extreme waste of my time, I want a complete refund because the behavior from this company has been beyond atrocious. It's disgusting. Will NEVER go here again & anyone thinking of going here, I recommend you not. RUN. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
This location NEVER gets your drive thru order correct. I live close by so it’s convenient to go to this location and our order food is never correct. We are always missing items in our bag and we always order our tacos without sauce and 9 times out of 10, they make them with sauce causing us to have to wait for new ones to be made. Never an apology, more like they are annoyed they have to remake the food.
Disgusting behaviour at this location. Asked to use the restroom so I could sit and enjoy a meal after. One of the employees banged and kicked the door while I was in there. Disgusting behaviour. Now you’ve lost a customer. I was looking forward to a nice chicken sandwich before I started work. I love Jack n the Box I eat it every week. NEVER had anyone treat me with such disrespect during a visit. I’ll never come back here again. Disgusting the employees definitely need more training - the colour of my skin was 100% a factor. Because they did this to someone else as well. Screenshot is attached. RACIST LOCATION GO SOME WHERE IT IS SAFE TO BE HUMAN. They would NEVER bang the door that way if a white person was using the restroom DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR GROSS. I was actually going to record it and post them as well but I’ll save them the time they need some grace.
I initially went in to use the bathroom. I had the intention of buying something. I stood there and the employees didn't say anything to me. They just looked at me and walked away. The employee who told me I could use the bathroom just stared at me while I was in line. I was the only one in the lobby. I don't even know how long I would have been standing there. A "we'll be right with you!" Makes all the difference. I felt ignored. So I left.
I ordered a sourdough chicken Sandwich and there was a hair melted with the cheese in the box on top of my burger that is disgusting!!!! I keep trying to call the location and no one answers!!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS LOCATION!!!! I shared a picture with proof!!!! Update! I went back to jacks and the woman was very understanding and apologetic about the situation. I liked her customer service!
