Manna BBQ Addison Reviews
It was so good! It was my first time trying a Korean pancake, and I loved it. I would rank the kimchi tofu stew first, then the pancake because the kimchi tofu goes so well with white rice. The side dishes were amazing too! I also tried the wings and bulgogi, they were good, just a little sweeter than my personal taste. Everyone’s taste is different, but overall I was highly satisfied!
My daughter loves this place for takeout and I finally got to dine in for lunch. We usually get japchae or bibimbap but I got to try the soft tofu soup today. Yum! It’s exciting presentation, great flavor. The seafood has a lot of clams/mussels/squid so I wished I had chosen a different meat or veggie instead. Filling and satisfying and at 4 pm no food coma! Efficient service, a little cramped.
Affordable and delicious Korean food with fast service, great taste, and good portions. Their Korean seafood pancake was really tasty, and their dolsot bibimbap had fresh ingredients. They provide fresh kimchi as part of their banchan and offer free refills. The dining space inside is rather tight with ~10 tables, but they also have a few 2-person outdoor dining tables. There is a paper waitlist on the back of the door.
Stopped by for some lunch while walking though the area and was positively surprised. The atmosphere inside is very inviting, definitely on the livelier side, but you can comfortably talk across a table. Food was excellent, and the banchan were equally very good. Service is a little bit scattered, but food came out quick!
Manna was outstanding. We came for dinner on a Wednesday night around 7 and the place was packed. We only had to wait about 5 minutes. Everything we ordered was delicious. I highly recommend Manna. I would rate everything 5/5 but the Seafood dol-sot bibimbap was probably my favorite. Haven’t been to a restaurant that I have enjoyed this much in a long time.
I have finally made it here! The food is soo delicious! The service is top notch fast and friendly But let me tell you about the food: The short ribs is a yes! DELICIOUS so much flavor! The bogulgi yes! Made with perfection Jaepche 10000000% The best one I have ever had! The tofu soup is so good had it mild and it is definitely my comfort food I can eat all the time. The soy sauce chicken wings yes! It was made with perfection nice light and flavorful The kimchi is the best kimchi I have ever had and I normally do not eat kimchi but I completely enjoyed it! Wil definitely come back here. The ambiance here is cute trendy and modern. It is a vibeeeeee
Good food and a kind staff. They definitely have to keep up with the amount of people that they have to serve so seating is tight, as are the few outdoor tables they have. That being said they had a very tasty menu with a good lineup of simple appetizers, and the quality of the food was great. Their prices seemed fine as well, one or two crazy priced dishes but I'm sure their quality matched. The rest of the menu was nicely portioned.
Good tofu soup with slight seafood flavor. Small banchan portions and slow refill. Loud environment
Manna is indubitably, one of the best Korean restaurants in San Francisco. They are widely popular in this inner sunset neighbourhood, and you’ll always see a crowd or a queue waiting for a table. The wait times are usually 20 to 30 minutes during peak hours. Unfortunately, we had to sit outside, and it was kind of chilly, although the heater was turned on, but the food was really good. We loved the kimchi fried rice, the chicken wings were amazing too, very juicy and tender. The free sides of vegetables like broccoli, radish, and kimchi, were really good. The service was nice. The waiters were really kind and trying their best to help us out. However, I feel like there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of the seating arrangement because it was a little cramped up. Would love to visit again and try out more of their food items.
Great Korean spot in the city. We had our family with grandparents for dinner. Awesome service. Seems like a popular place with lines outside. Seating is pretty limited but there is outside tables. We had some spicy tofu, ramen, short ribs. All tasty and rivals South Bay Korean. Prices reasonable for the city.
good casual korean family restaurant in the sunset serving all the classics. put your name on the list and wait outside for them to call it out (can take 40mins). if you’re craving korean, it’ll hit the spot. soon tofu: generous tofu portions and tasty broth galbi: another solid dish, can never go wrong with galbi
I dined in for lunch with my thirteen month old. It had been awhile since I’ve been here and while the food was still very solid (lunch special galbi and japchae) after the meal was done I unfortunately noticed a rat/mouse dropping on the window sill where we were seated. This was truly disappointing and disturbing. You can see it in the background of the photo I cropped. I pointed this out to the server and her response was just “oh sorry.” It didn’t seem like she took it too seriously, so I won’t be back. I definitely don’t want to see that during my meal, especially if my baby is seated so close to the window and it’s within reach. I wished I had noticed before we ate, but we were both hungry.
