Great server my favorite Italian restaurant only issue its always freezing inside

Amazing location highly recommend. Our waitress was amazing, but I have to shout out a random employee who definitely deserves a raise. He came to our table to check and see if we needed anything, and I have never met anyone who was just so genuinely nice and kind. Like when he asked us if we needed anything, I felt he really actually cared if we needed anything. Best waiter I've ever seen. I didn't get his name, but he had a beard and long hair. He made our dining experience 100% more enjoyable

The chef really know what he was doing from the seasoning to crispy chicken to the cheesy sticks . My favorite Olive Garden by far !

Went in with a friend's family for late night dinner. The service was excellent, the food was hot and prepared correctly ( no burnt edges ), price was agreeable to standards. Loved this locations atmosphere and parking. 5 stars all the way.

I just had a extremely delightful experience credited to our server Jensen, we came in 5 minute before closing but despite this we weren’t pressure at all, because of the time he let us know they were out of bread but miraculously showed up with a basket of warm bread. I was feeling sick all day I have cancer and his attentiveness without overbearing service made me feel incredibly comforted during this dinner experience. I really appreciated that he allowed us to relax and never rushed us. Now yes, it is a chain and same food across the board at all of them, but really it is not only the food that will bring you back, but the service as well. Now my co-worker and I go out everyday for lunch, we frequent this particular Olive Garden as it is close and we tend to eat right for lunch (salads). We tend to always get the soup and salad. We eat at this location often and tend to get the same waiters or over time you get to recognize who is who. So, I felt I would do a review after the last visit a week ago as we go in and they seat us in a more closed off area with less people and the waitress comes up to take the drink order, she was welcoming as usual and yes we have had her a few times in the past. She started off by asking if I wanted my usual water and bowl of lemons and if my partner wanted the water or the peach tea. So she walks away and we both say, hey, see how she remembers us...even after not having her for a month or so. She comes back with the drinks and asked if we were having the usual.....soup and salad and even named the soup...the Chicken & Gnocchi we always get, then turned to my coworker and said and I know you don't like a lot of gnocchi in yours so I will pick them out. Now that right there is impressive! Her name is Josey T. and for her to remember details like that is very impressive. she always has a smile and makes sure you are her concern. All of that makes you say, when we come back we ask for her only!!! Thank you Josey for such a wonderful experience at such a chain. Yes the food is good, but Josey takes it a step further to make Olive Garden's slogan come true "When your here, your family" Thank you Josey T.!!!!!

My colleague flew down for my birthday and took me out to dinner for my birthday. He is so sweet and of course it was 8 of us that came through lol. The limousine driver was very nice and patient with us… we know how to turn up and have a great time. My food was delicious and of course the drinks were on point!!

I did a curbside pickup. Very good packing. I ordered gnocchi soup and pasta with meat sauce. 4-5 bread sticks was also included. Food quality is good.

2 stars for atmosphere because it’s starting to feel like a ghost town! I was today years old when I found out this location is not on DoorDash or Uber Eats (How are they surviving without these services??). Ordered the taste of Italy and it was perfect. Added blackened shrimp which enhanced the alfredo & substituted the chicken parmesan for more lasagna. This restaurant is very consistent. Service from the server was on point (5⭐️) and food was excellent!

I hadn't been to an olive garden in quite some time, my wife took me as it was my birthday and I couldn't have asked for more. The overall experience was amazing and the service was top notch, I believe our server's name was Victor....my apologies if I have the name wrong .....but the service was world class.

I had an outstanding experience at Olive Garden thanks to our server, Hugo. From start to finish, Hugo’s positive attitude and attentive service truly stood out. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely made the meal more enjoyable. My food was absolutely perfect — cooked just right and delivered promptly. It’s clear that Hugo takes pride in his work and cares about making guests feel welcome. I will definitely be asking for him again on my next visit. We came for Father’s Day and waited a total of 15 minutes for an 8 top, the food was delicious and came out quickly, and the presentation was beautiful! Our server Ashtyn was so attentive and pleasant to be around, plus she wrote us a cute little note on the receipt which is always appreciated. Highly recommend 👍

We love Olive Garden. This location was also a great experience. The service we got here was probably the best service I've ever gotten in a restaurant. The server kept our glasses filled, our table clear, but was not invasive. We ordered the fried mozzarella, raspberry lemonade, I got the all you can eat soup salad and breadsticks. The minestrone is vegetarian and is very yummy. My husband ordered the steak and fettuccini alfredo. He loved it. The steak was cooked perfectly.

Went here Saturday, January 10 at 7:30 p.m. I LOVE the salad here, with a great dressing - my wife and I both chose the salad option instead of soup, so this was combined in a big bowl which was fun. I also love the bread sticks. The mocktails are tasty and refillable - I started with one, then got the other. The Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo over fettuccine had delicious beef slices. The Shrimp Carbonarra was great, too. Great atmosphere, many cozy rooms, friendly people. The entrance is in the southeast corner, not in the front.

This was the first Olive Garden I ever visited when I moved to the US 24 years ago and I’ve never had a bad experience here. We went back recently for my daughter’s birthday and got terrific service from Jaiden. As usual - the minestrone soup was delicious, the 5 cheese ziti was mouth watering and the chocolate lasagna was unbelievable. We will definitely go back when we need our Olive Garden fix especially because the Olive Garden in Frisco has become horrible. Thank you Jaiden and the entire team for giving our family a great experience and a fond memory.

This has been our go to spot for at least 5-6 yrs. For celebrations like holidays/birthdays etc..we found it to be the best for your buck$ since you get endless salad or soup with your entree. I always get the chicken fettuccine alfredo, it used to only be available with grilled chicken, but since the chicken fritta (fried chicken) became available, thats the one I go with. I love a very saucy pasta, back in 2021 they used to be generous with the portions of everything including cheese and sauce and everything, now it is clear that there have been changes. The pasta comes out too al dente and just plain dry especially when they are skimping out on the sauce. Makes it clear that the noodles are to be in the sauce. My husband always gets the chicken and shrimp carbonara, which also used to be great back then. Nowadays the portions/quantities vary from visit to visit. Sometimes he gets a lot of food that comes out great; saucy, well cooked pasta & other times, he barely gets any chicken or any pasta noodles or both. At this point, with prices continuously going up, and portions obviously going down, we have decided to change our go to spot. But may occasionally visit the real og. Its been great.

I went here for my birthday. The waiter Caden was great. We took awhile to order, and he was very patient with us. He was very attentive the entire time, always asking if we needed anything else. He and a couple of other guys came to sing Happy Birthday to me and even personalized it with my name! A lot of restaurants don't personalize their song, so I loved this added special touch. And Olive Garden, being the great restaurant it is, let me pick the dessert of my choice free of charge. Amazing experience!

My best friend got us dinner from here for our 1st anniversary and it was FANTASTIC! We did curbside pickup and from the jump everything went great. The lady that brought it out was very nice and the packing! Y'all, they package this stuff so securely, making sure to keep the cold items away from the hot ones. Very impressed. Got the food home and YUM! Everything looked like it was presented on a plate in the restaurant, no skimping or short cuts. This Olive Garden is my official fave 😊

Just not this restaurant the location around here has hundreds of places to eat. About this restaurant if you are into pasta, penne, etc this is the best place for it. The atmosphere is so relaxing and cozy never had to wait too long get a table. Always freshly prepared food totally yummy and soothing. This restaurant location is unique and the food just beyond comparison to any other.

I been to this Addison location several times. Surprisingly no waiting on the last two visits, after church on Sundays. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was good. We ordered the Lasagna Fritto,, and the Shrimp Fritto Misto (my favorite of the two), both were good. I for my main dish, I ordered the Stuffed Chicken Marsala (really good also). And of course their awesome salad and bread sticks.

I love Italian food and ‘Olive Garden’ has been one of my favorite restaurant chains since I was a kid. I tend to not over indulge in carbs but I visit this location on occasion. The food is great and (as far as I can tell) everything is prepared fresh. I’ve only ever had one bad experience here where a server named Cindy was very cold towards me and her attitude was far from friendly. Apart from that, the family will love it👌.

Everything is great at the location. The only thing I found lacking was server engagement with customers. The bartender never introduced herself, was very dry and never followed up to see if I had Everything I needed. I had to call her every time I needed something. From bread to beer to bill. I suppose not every server is the same, I've been to several locations around the country and there do exist people who enjoy their jobs. I guess my point is that if you don't like being a bartender, don't work there.

Great place! I love visiting here for the breadsticks and salad alone. I get the endless breadsticks that come with either a marinara base dip or a Alfredo cheese dip, both are great but the Alfredo is really where the star of the show, both are consumed in excess either way though no matter what, every time. I'm also always thoroughly entertained by the sight of servers diligently shredding parmesan cheese into huge salad bowls and beautifully plated entrees. Servers consistently seem downtrodden and unenthusiastic about their jobs but I suspect at such a busy location they are often overworked and underpaid. Nevertheless, the mood here is always very calm, fancy and sophisticated with heavy business dinner vibes or even sexy dinner date feels. Dessert feels a bit pricey for someone as economical as I try to be, but they also very rarely disappoint. I have on more than one occasion, admittedly, purchased nothing but breadsticks and cheesecake due to my love of them both. I have no regrets.

I always like to visit this restaurant but this time I was really disappointed. What I ordered had shrimp and chicken, the shrimp was good but the chicken was very hard and had a funny taste. I did not even finish my plate mentioned the problem to the server but still got charged for it

One of favorite place to go for lunch Usually satisfied with food and service On 9/29/2021, we waited too long for the foods. The appetizer came out after 30 minutes, the main entree came out almost 40 minutes after we waited. I was about to cancel the order and leave.

My husband & I got two appetizers and a side of meatballs for pick up. We received two complimentary bread sticks with our order which was nice. The employees were courteous & I got my order quickly. The food was just okay, it wasn't great.

Our server was not good at all. He spent the majority of the time at the hostess station talking to the hostess and 2 other works. He barely came to our table, and if we did need something (like a refill or to go box), he would be gone so long that by the time he made it back to our table, he forgot what we had asked for. We waited so long for an extra to go box, that we had asled for twice, that we eventually just left without it because he wouldn't leave the hostess stand to bring us one. The pay pad at the table had low battery, so he had to physically run the card, and when he brought it back, it was not with the merchant or customer copy receipt, but one that only had the amounts and no where to sign/put total. We waited 10 minutes for him to come back so I could ask him about it, but he never did so my husband had to go ask him and he just said to write on that receipt because nothing else printed. I believe we were at table 79, the smaller room to the left of the hostess stand.

Olive Garden is still worthy of your time. It has always been a solid choice for tasty and affordable food. You can’t go wrong with the House Salad. Always fresh, plentiful, and yummy. When the salad comes to the table it is beautiful.😍. The OG Italian dressing just sets it off. I love the Strawbwerry Limoncello Margarita. Crystal and Robert make them the best! The Shrimp Fritto Misto was too salty for me. 😫 The Shrimp Scampi is my go to. It is as good as the cook that day. It looks like a different dish each time I order it. Still enjoyable. The Stuffed Chicken Marsala has been a longtime favorite. I was so glad that they decided to bring it back. In my opinion it is not what it used to be but it is still enjoyable. If you love chocolate desserts, than you must try the Chocolate Lasagna Cake. It is a sinful delight😍. Can you say foodgasm? It is delicious. I can’t wait to eat it again. Don’t forget about Olive Garden the next time that you are craving Italian food. It might be the trip down memory lane that your taste buds need.

Went here for lunch around 11:30 on 6/29/18 and we had a server with a bob cut hairstyle. Told her I wanted a mango strawberry daiquiri she comes back with strawberry. Told her I didn’t ask for that. She said well we don’t have mango/strawberry daiquiri but we do have strawberry or mango. So you took it upon yourself to bring me the strawberry daiquiri? Then I said I want sales but bring back a side of ranch as well. She brought back a salad with a tiny bit of ranch on it and my husband didn’t care for the ranch on there because he didn’t ask for ranch. Bad experience and the funny part is I just got married an hour before this. Smh.... P.S. It stinks in this place also.

I ordered the never-ending stuffed pasta with shrimp and scallops. We were seated before 4 tables but yet we got our entrees 15min after everyone had gotten theirs. I don’t know if they do this on purpose to get you to fill up on soup and salad so you’ll eat less of the “never-ending pasta”. The wait for our entree was ridiculous. The food was okay, though the pasta had too much sauce on it. Messy plating overall and also found a hair in my soup. 😬

Overall, our experience was disappointing and service definitely needs improvement. Our server kept rushing us and gave us our ticket while we were still in the middle of eating our entrees. The place was not packed at all and not during busy/rush hours, so there was no excuse. I asked for hot water as I've done in the past on other OG locations without being charged extra. This location charged my table hot tea $3.49 without the tea bag just for a cup of hot water. Because she was rushing us, she proceeded to pick-up same cup of hot water without asking if she could, even tho, cup was still full. From 5 Stars to 1—NEVER Again! I used to think Olive Garden was great—I even left a 5-star review before—but after my last experience, I take it ALL back. I placed an order, and when I arrived, they couldn’t find it. After calling someone, they miraculously “found” it and charged me, but did I get my food? NO. I sat there for 20 minutes before asking, and guess what? They searched AGAIN only to realize my food had been ready the entire time. They were just going to let it sit there for 30 minutes until it got cold! No apology, no explanation—just pure incompetence. This was beyond frustrating, and I will never be back. Olive Garden just lost a loyal customer!

I usually absolutely love this location. The staff here is super friendly and always making my day enjoyable but today was not the case. The manager Amanda completely ruined my experience today with her attitude. It was as if I was annoying her by being there.

I placed and order and it was supposed to be ready at a certain time, I pulled in and waited about 10 mins past the time. I went inside and was informed that they gave the food to the wrong person (which definitely understand and it happens)! But instead of apologizing, they said they gave it to the wrong person and would remake it. The bad part about this experience is that one of the workers didn’t know what to do and the manager was standing right there, with a bad tone, and not even assisting her or making the situation better. I felt bad for the workers. The manager on July 31st at 7 pm definitely needs some customer service training.

I will NEVER be going back to olive garden again. I have been a loyal customer for years and ive had the worst experience ive ever had in a restaurant. The waiter got my drink wrong, served me the wrong food, and refused to get my salad. yes, REFUSED. He said the kitchen had no food, while others were getting salad before and after I asked him. He did NOT come by our table ONCE to ask us if we needed anything. I figured there must be a problem with the waiter and was patient, but he had no problem serving the patrons next to us. Very disappointed in olive garden, will never be returning.

Came in the other day to pick up an order. Super nice girl at the front helped me out, but did notice something that left me unsettled. A tall big dude came behind her and started saying flirtatious stuff to her and I could tell she was uncomfortable. She also from the looks of it looked like a minor. Please check your employees history.

Ordered about $1000 worth of food to feed an office of about 40-45 people. Ordered 9 gallons of drinks. I was given 3 tiny bags of ice for 40-45 people. I guess they don’t want large catering orders from companies.

Poor service.We were not even served breadsticks. We literally had to ask the server twice . Had ordered shrimp scampi was just served dry pasta without any sauce and tOmato pieces and beans . My friends had ordered five cheese pasta and they were just served boiled pasta with red sauce on the top. Horrible taste.By far the worst pasta ever. Have had better food at other Olive Garden branches. They definitely need to improve on food quality and service.

Food was fine. Just hope when you go you don’t get Abdiel as a server. He was a whole weirdo and made some interesting comments to our table. Made us all uncomfortable and just overall shame that he ruined our dining experience.

I dined there today Sunday December 7th with a lovely server named Terrani who did an overall amazing job! I can say it seem as if she was the only one working, though some of her coworkers helped I feel like a manager should have stepped in to help her or address the rotations coming from someone in the service industry.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant. I have always had good experiences here before, which is why what happened this time really surprised me. My family and I were treated very poorly by two employees, Abdiel and Ishaal. At one point, Abdiel called my brother a “dumbass” simply because he did not know where the restroom was. This was his first time in the building, so of course he was unfamiliar with the layout. That comment was completely disrespectful and unnecessary. When we brought this issue to the manager’s attention, he brushed it off as if it were nothing. He even referred to the place as a “maze” with a smirk, which made us feel belittled, as if we were stupid for not knowing our way around. This made the situation even worse instead of helping. Because of this, we did not feel welcome at all during our visit. The only kind person we encountered was the lady who cleans the tables—she was respectful and friendly, and I truly appreciate her kindness. I have never had a bad experience at your restaurant before today, which is why this was so disappointing. I hope you take this seriously and address the behavior of your staff, as no customer should be treated this way.
