This has been our go to spot for at least 5-6 yrs. For celebrations like holidays/birthdays etc..we found it to be the best for your buck$ since you get endless salad or soup with your entree. I always get the chicken fettuccine alfredo, it used to only be available with grilled chicken, but since the chicken fritta (fried chicken) became available, thats the one I go with. I love a very saucy pasta, back in 2021 they used to be generous with the portions of everything including cheese and sauce and everything, now it is clear that there have been changes. The pasta comes out too al dente and just plain dry especially when they are skimping out on the sauce. Makes it clear that the noodles are to be in the sauce. My husband always gets the chicken and shrimp carbonara, which also used to be great back then. Nowadays the portions/quantities vary from visit to visit. Sometimes he gets a lot of food that comes out great; saucy, well cooked pasta & other times, he barely gets any chicken or any pasta noodles or both. At this point, with prices continuously going up, and portions obviously going down, we have decided to change our go to spot. But may occasionally visit the real og. Its been great.

I went here for my birthday. The waiter Caden was great. We took awhile to order, and he was very patient with us. He was very attentive the entire time, always asking if we needed anything else. He and a couple of other guys came to sing Happy Birthday to me and even personalized it with my name! A lot of restaurants don't personalize their song, so I loved this added special touch. And Olive Garden, being the great restaurant it is, let me pick the dessert of my choice free of charge. Amazing experience!

My best friend got us dinner from here for our 1st anniversary and it was FANTASTIC! We did curbside pickup and from the jump everything went great. The lady that brought it out was very nice and the packing! Y'all, they package this stuff so securely, making sure to keep the cold items away from the hot ones. Very impressed. Got the food home and YUM! Everything looked like it was presented on a plate in the restaurant, no skimping or short cuts. This Olive Garden is my official fave 😊

Just not this restaurant the location around here has hundreds of places to eat. About this restaurant if you are into pasta, penne, etc this is the best place for it. The atmosphere is so relaxing and cozy never had to wait too long get a table. Always freshly prepared food totally yummy and soothing. This restaurant location is unique and the food just beyond comparison to any other.

I been to this Addison location several times. Surprisingly no waiting on the last two visits, after church on Sundays. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was good. We ordered the Lasagna Fritto,, and the Shrimp Fritto Misto (my favorite of the two), both were good. I for my main dish, I ordered the Stuffed Chicken Marsala (really good also). And of course their awesome salad and bread sticks.

We went on a weekday so we were seated right away.. Loved that salad and bread were free ! We ordered spinach dip which was amazing ! And then salmon entree and chicken entree both were amazing ! One thing I would steer clear of is wine ! Probably sulfates so gave me headache next day !

Everything is great at the location. The only thing I found lacking was server engagement with customers. The bartender never introduced herself, was very dry and never followed up to see if I had Everything I needed. I had to call her every time I needed something. From bread to beer to bill. I suppose not every server is the same, I've been to several locations around the country and there do exist people who enjoy their jobs. I guess my point is that if you don't like being a bartender, don't work there.

Great place! I love visiting here for the breadsticks and salad alone. I get the endless breadsticks that come with either a marinara base dip or a Alfredo cheese dip, both are great but the Alfredo is really where the star of the show, both are consumed in excess either way though no matter what, every time. I'm also always thoroughly entertained by the sight of servers diligently shredding parmesan cheese into huge salad bowls and beautifully plated entrees. Servers consistently seem downtrodden and unenthusiastic about their jobs but I suspect at such a busy location they are often overworked and underpaid. Nevertheless, the mood here is always very calm, fancy and sophisticated with heavy business dinner vibes or even sexy dinner date feels. Dessert feels a bit pricey for someone as economical as I try to be, but they also very rarely disappoint. I have on more than one occasion, admittedly, purchased nothing but breadsticks and cheesecake due to my love of them both. I have no regrets.

Excellent food and service, I had the soup toscano and it came out with no kale, the server stated that they were out of kale. Our server was not good at all. He spent the majority of the time at the hostess station talking to the hostess and 2 other works. He barely came to our table, and if we did need something (like a refill or to go box), he would be gone so long that by the time he made it back to our table, he forgot what we had asked for. We waited so long for an extra to go box, that we had asled for twice, that we eventually just left without it because he wouldn't leave the hostess stand to bring us one. The pay pad at the table had low battery, so he had to physically run the card, and when he brought it back, it was not with the merchant or customer copy receipt, but one that only had the amounts and no where to sign/put total. We waited 10 minutes for him to come back so I could ask him about it, but he never did so my husband had to go ask him and he just said to write on that receipt because nothing else printed. I believe we were at table 79, the smaller room to the left of the hostess stand.

Olive Garden is still worthy of your time. It has always been a solid choice for tasty and affordable food. You can’t go wrong with the House Salad. Always fresh, plentiful, and yummy. When the salad comes to the table it is beautiful.😍. The OG Italian dressing just sets it off. I love the Strawbwerry Limoncello Margarita. Crystal and Robert make them the best! The Shrimp Fritto Misto was too salty for me. 😫 The Shrimp Scampi is my go to. It is as good as the cook that day. It looks like a different dish each time I order it. Still enjoyable. The Stuffed Chicken Marsala has been a longtime favorite. I was so glad that they decided to bring it back. In my opinion it is not what it used to be but it is still enjoyable. If you love chocolate desserts, than you must try the Chocolate Lasagna Cake. It is a sinful delight😍. Can you say foodgasm? It is delicious. I can’t wait to eat it again. Don’t forget about Olive Garden the next time that you are craving Italian food. It might be the trip down memory lane that your taste buds need.

Overall, our experience was disappointing and service definitely needs improvement. Our server kept rushing us and gave us our ticket while we were still in the middle of eating our entrees. The place was not packed at all and not during busy/rush hours, so there was no excuse. I asked for hot water as I've done in the past on other OG locations without being charged extra. This location charged my table hot tea $3.49 without the tea bag just for a cup of hot water. Because she was rushing us, she proceeded to pick-up same cup of hot water without asking if she could, even tho, cup was still full. We requested a little extra marinara sauce together with our appetizer Lasagna Fritta and our server did not inform or mention that there is a charge of $4.79 for a small portion of marinara sauce. Our ticket was also charged an extra soda that we didn't order. Too many errors.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your restaurant. I have always had good experiences here before, which is why what happened this time really surprised me. My family and I were treated very poorly by two employees, Abdiel and Ishaal. At one point, Abdiel called my brother a “dumbass” simply because he did not know where the restroom was. This was his first time in the building, so of course he was unfamiliar with the layout. That comment was completely disrespectful and unnecessary. When we brought this issue to the manager’s attention, he brushed it off as if it were nothing. He even referred to the place as a “maze” with a smirk, which made us feel belittled, as if we were stupid for not knowing our way around. This made the situation even worse instead of helping. Because of this, we did not feel welcome at all during our visit. The only kind person we encountered was the lady who cleans the tables—she was respectful and friendly, and I truly appreciate her kindness. I have never had a bad experience at your restaurant before today, which is why this was so disappointing. I hope you take this seriously and address the behavior of your staff, as no customer should be treated this way.
