Phở Mac Addison Reviews
It was our first time here! I was impressed with the broth! Soooo sooo good and refreshing on a cold day! 🤤🤤🤤🤤 delicious food and friendly staff!
Absolutely loved this photo spot! We have a great experience and really enjoyed the food. Their portions are generous and the ambiance is very calm and relaxing. The service was also great and fast. We will be back!
Clean place, delicious food. I ordered fresh spring rolls and pho, hot tea. I liked the shrimp spring rolls the best from what I ordered. It was enough food to take leftovers home, so portions are big. The place is small clean and cozy.
I eat here everyday if not every other day. There is a level of freshness and quality that no other Vietnamese restaurant has that this specific restaurant has in all of Dallas. It’s as perfect as a comfort food can get. For me Asian food is my comfort food. Most of the time I get the Spring Rolls for an appetizer and my main course I get the Chicken vermicelli bowl. Dear god it’s addictive and good for you. They go hard of the quality and I go into a flow state eating here.. All stars ⭐️ for Pho Mac. The Staff is authentic Vietnamese and fun as heck to interact with.
Pho Mac is amazingly delicious! The menu is simple and food is authentic. My family loves this place and we go 2-3 times a week. Excessive but we can’t help it! The employees knows us as soon as we walk in. The customer service is great and they are very attentive. Good pricing for the food quality and the atmosphere is inviting. I highly suggest coming here!
Upon our 11AM arrival, it appeared that this place was closed for the 4th of July. Mom and I have both been wanting to try their pho since the soft opening a few months ago. The open sign was illuminated, so we waited outside for just a few seconds before being greeted by David, the owner. Crisis averted. We were the first customers of the day. As we entered, we were promptly seated by Vincent and Jason, who walked us through the menu. I was truly enticed by the smells from the kitchen and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Delightfully adorned to achieve an upscale and modern vibe which I appreciated. You can feel the good energy here! To cool off from the heat, Mom and I both had the Jasmine Unsweetened Iced Tea. For the appetizer, we ordered the Grilled Chicken Spring Roll. It came with a delicious and flavorful/well-balanced peanut dipping sauce - which was just right for the two of us. Our food came out piping hot to our table within 10 minutes. Service was highly attentive and right on point. It made for a great first impression. Mom ordered the Mixed Chicken Pho and I ordered the Beef Pho with Brisket and Meatball. A plate of Basil, Bean Sprouts, Cilantro, and Jalapeños enhanced the flavor of both dishes. The broth was some of the best we have tried. Just that on its own is enough for us to return for future and subsequent visits. Can definitely see this on our short list. We will likely return to try other menu items as well- the vermicelli with pork egg rolls will be next! Pho craving satisfied. Both food and service - excellent Five stars all around!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They just opened and love seeing another Vietnamese restaurant in the area! They actually have some unique items like banh xeo which was really delicious! Pho, rice plates, spring rolls and egg rolls were all good too. We'll be back!
My wife and I have been looking forward to this place opening since we found out they were coming to town. I’m very happy to say that we were not disappointed. I finally have a great place to eat pho close to us. We are looking forward to more meals here
Delicious place for Vietnamese food. They have simple selections for banh mi, pho, rice and vermicelli dishes. Two kinds of rolls for an appetizer and plenty of protein or vegetarian options. Soda is in a can but provided with a glass of ice. We had a banh mi, 40oz Pho, spring rolls, egg rolls, rice dish and two kinds of soda for under $60. Had leftovers!! ❤️ Would recommended for Pho and Banh Mi alone.
May 21, 2024 Great Pho I had a 40 oz. Chicken (white meat) Pho $17, tasted really good. Fast and friendly service. Nice and clean place. Thank you much for such a good experience.
Got the chicken pho. Similar to their other location, great broth, service, and atmosphere. Service is quick and friendly. Facility is clean. Will go back whenever I’m in this area and get hungry.
Had a great experience here! Will definitely be coming back. I ordered the fried rice with pork. It had very good flavor, in addition to being the perfect amount of food for dinner.

Best Bun Bo Hue ever!! One of my favorite spot for the spicy beef noodle. I usually get an X-large bowl every time dining here. Additionally, super friendly staff, always put me in a great service & mood. Especially, Jordan aka the manager such an amazing & polite young man. P.s mucho love for the coconut juice <3

Been here a couple times, was craving spring rolls today and swung in. The host is always polite and trues to be as helpful as possible. Ready to answer any confused questions. Every time I've been here I've been greeted within minutes anr accommodate. He's a very polite and positive young man and does his job exceedingly well. Food is amazing but service make you feel welcome
My first time at their 2nd location. Happy that they opened a Pho place by my house, don’t have to drive 20 minutes for Vietnamese food now! When you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly staff! This restaurant itself is pretty small compared for their first location. I do like that they have bar seatings for small group, 1-2 people. I got the eggrolls and Bun Bo Hue. The eggrolls were crispy on the outside but mushy on the inside. Not sure if there’s taro inside but it tasted very starchy. Probably won’t get that again. The beef noodle soup lack depth and flavors. The congeal blood cube were cold in the center too. I’ll be back to try the other food items but probably won’t get these two again.
Update: I’ve been here a few times now. The food is just becoming mediocre. Not sure what they did to the broth but it’s super bland as of late. The service could be a lot better as that has started to decline as well. Changed from 5 to 3 stars. ********** Original review: Small menu, but fantastic pho. I also had the pork egg rolls and they were to die for. Highly recommend this place. It’s small, not a lot of selection so if you’re craving more then it may be a disappointment. However, the food here is awesome. Will be coming back again!
The food was good, but the portion size is small compared to other Vietnamese places. There’s a huge difference in size for the small and regular pho bowls when it’s only $2 different. Don’t expect the typical small size pho bowl at this place.

(2 stars) 2025.01 online ordering review: (Deduction of 2 stars) I clicked into the website posted on their map bio, and placed an order not knowing they have another location, when arriving at this location, the staff checked and told me that it’s for another location on Princeton and I have to drive there to pick up the order. While placing order online, there was no warning or indication to ask customers to select which location to pick up, how can someone who doesn’t know you have multiple locations to select one or the others? (Deduction of 1 star) While placing order, the pictures on the Grilled Pork rice plate showing there is an egg that comes with the order, on the add-on options also indicate add extra egg, but then when receiving the order, there was no egg with the order. I don’t mind to pay for the egg, but if your rice plates doesn’t come with egg, you should at least add a note or take pictures without the eggs for all of your rice plates that you are advertising. ———————————————— (5 stars) 2024.02 in store dining review: Great little spot for quick Pho and traditional Vietnamese Pancake. Broth: 10/10 Pho: 10/10 Fatty Brisket: 10/10 Meat Ball: 10/10 Eye Round Steak: 10/10 Store condition: nice and clean Service: fast and friendly The broth of the Pho tastes really good, the meat seems to be top quality, and the staff are friendly and quick in service. I would suggest you to come and try this place out, and you would enjoy it too.

Disappointed. We’ll never order from them again. Take out banh-mis blew: from bread, to pickled vegetables, to fillings. This was the most blah tasting bread sandwich (I honestly can’t even call it banh mi) I have ever tasted. I was actually considering turning back and leaving both sandwiches on their front desk, just letting them know it’s bad and they should really up their game in Dallas. Who ever gave them 4-5 stars are whether friends, family, or ppl who do not know what good food tastes like. The menu is small, so it’s mind blowing, how the main dishes would be made and served so poorly. 💡 It would be nice if the sandwich was cut in half bc it’s flimsy, very long and bread doesn’t hold the shape or the ingredients.

Food was okay, tables were dirty when we got here. Service was Really bad. Plenty of other pho places that have better pho and especially better service. The server never came to our table to check on us for refills or if we needed anything. I would've left 2-5$ but since we had 6 people one of them being a baby of 1 year, we got charged 20 percent. We also only order 4 bowls of pho.
Immediately greeted at our table with our server saying they were about to close and rushing us. When we came in 45 minutes before closing time, then proceeded to tells us we couldn’t get anything basically other than pho.Cause they “ran out”. We decided to stay cause we had very hungry kiddos. Server didn’t check on us once after we got our food, food was decent service was horrible. Then when the check was brought to us he said he charged us 20% tip cause we had a party of six. Mind you we had a 1 year old and 5 year old who shared what we had to eat. I definitely believe he charged us the 20% because he knew he wasn’t going to get much for being rude and rushing us. Go to another pho place. You’ll get better pho and way better service. Trust me.
To the owners of this establishment, please address your kitchen staff to treat your servers with respect and never assume it's the customers fault there's a long strand of hair in the food. As soon as the plate of food was placed on the table my husband noticed a long hair in it. He pulled it out in front of the server. The server apologized and took the plate back to the kitchen. A few minutes later, the server was instructed to come back with the same plate and told us that the kitchen staff has colored hair and it didn't belong to any of them. This kind of attitude is not ok. If you haven't already, please view your cameras and address your staff to handle this type of situation with a piece of humble pie. My husband has been to your establishment half a dozen times and have spoken highly of your restaurant. We weren't looking for a free plate, just great food and great service.
