Red Crab Addison Reviews
This is probably my favorite seafood place, hands down! It was first recommended to me by a former employee from here and she wasn’t lying, it is sooooo good! Last time I came here, I enjoyed one of their sack options with a couple of friends with mild spice and the juicy special for the sauce. It was so tasty and I really recommend it! I also had a virgin pina colada for dessert and was very pleased! If you are looking for good seafood, this is the place!!
The service was phenomenal! Our server was attentive and sweet. The food was hot and fresh. One of the best seafood boils I've had in my life. I got the medium Juicy Special and it was the perfect choice. My favorite were the crab legs.
Our 1st time here we didn't know what to order we had a party of 5 with one child. So we decided to order the #9 sack seafood mild with the 3 juicy special flavors. The taste was amazing corn was delicious. Omg, it was so much food it was a huge platter we had no idea it would be alot of seafood had shrimp, lobster tail, sausage, snow crablegs, king crab legs and crawfish with corn and potatoes enough to feed a family of 12 lol. We took the leftovers for the week. The molten chocolate cake was delicious very chocolately and moist. Our total was around $390.00. It was well worth the money this has been the best seafood place we have been to.
Food was excellent! First time and extremely pleased. Fast service too
Love this place. Visited for the first time last weekend and the seasonings on the fish, shrimp, & fries was simply amazing! Service was exceptional 👍🏾👍🏾
Best Seafood spot ever ‼️I always get the bag #2, NEVER disappoints, staff are easy going, not over the too, this place does have great music, if you don't like that, this place is not for you! I definitely do love the music and the atmosphere, very different! This is the only spot I go to worth the drive! 🍤🦀🦐
Great place. Service is good. Great Margheritas. Good fries. Definitely a place worth packing. The boil bags are some of the best I've had. If you're a garlic lover, I can't recommend this place enough on that alone. Prices are a good for what you get. A full pound of sausage cooked in the sauce of your choice will run you $10.00.
Got a dozen raw oysters and the Sack #4, ” Juicy Sauce / Hot”, it was overall extremely good. The oysters were big, tasted clean, and fresh. Not a single shell chip, well worth the $19. The Sack #4 has 2lb crawfish, 1lb snow crab, 1lb shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes. A TON OF FOOD FOR $65. The shrimp were awesome, sliced down the back so flavor gets in the shell, no heads, perfectly cooked. The snow crab was sweet, easy to crack, much more meat than I expected, cooked perfect as well. The crawfish were the only thing lacking a bit, kinda of small, might need better purge before cooking, honestly it might just be because everything else was so darn good. The ”Juicy Sauce” is the way to go for sure, buttery spicy salty citrus garlic. Our server was Heaven, she was down to Earth, had great suggestions for drinks and food, and attentive to our table. Great service, great food, cheap XX!
if you love boiled seafood, run don't walk to this place. staff is super friendly and helpful in answering our questions on our first visit. making recommendations. we opted for the #2bag and added a 1/2 lb of shrimp and 1/2 lb of sausage. for seasoning, we opted for Cajun- mild. which was a great amount of heat and flavor. by the end of the meal, mouth was a little tingly but not on fire. I'm a Tabasco, jalapeño eater. the grapefruit topo chico ranch water was the perfect beverage. tab was $100 after the entree, add-ons, and 4 cocktails for 2 people. will definitely be back!
Honestly there is no place better in all of Dallas. We legit just left another place off Greenville near downtown, halfway through our meal, to come here because it's so much better here! The service is always great, the flavors are insane... I'm surprised they're not always packed. Don't even 2nd guess it, come here!!!!
Came in on a Saturday Night. Had a short wait which was no problem. Food was sent out correctly. refills were promptly offered. Server was attentive. Crawfish was hot and delicious. Can’t complain about my experience. The whole staff was working hard. also the music section in the back made the atmosphere enjoyable. Will be back!
Just got through trying this place with a co-worker, and I will be back! Very good flavor, hot temperature wise, and a nice heat. Ashley was very attentive and provided great service! I’ll definitely ask to be in her section again. No pics because I was ready to eat, haha.
Stopped here for dinner, and I have to say that I wasn't disappointed. The service was great, the food was good and I really enjoyed the overall environment. I would put it in my top 5 places to get Cajun food. If you do come here, prepare to get dirty, they do provide gloves and bibs, but things can still get a bit out of hand if you're not careful. We ordered a "Build Your Own", an appetizer of "Onion Rings", a side of "Cajun-Style Fries" and a "Fried Catfish Dinner" and it all came out to $46. That's a pretty good price in my book. Please stop by here if you get the chance, for the price. It was actually really good
We went to the soft opening a couple of days in, and were expecting to have some minor issues with service or food quality, however it all was amazing! So much so, that we came back a few days later to have some more. Setting: The restaurant has a great ambiance. Music, dim lights, and various nautical themed decor. Service: Both times we have been here, the service has been fantastic. Very prompt and attentive waitstaff. Lizz took the time to carry on brief conversations with her tables, which made the stay that much more enjoyable. Food: The food has been perfectly cooked and seasoned. We would highly recommend "The Juicy" for the sauce. It is their house blend that is packed with flavor. You can even choose your spice level. We ordered a children's chicken nuggets plate for our child (2 yrs), in case she didn't like the seafood. It was a very generous portion that likely could have fed two children. We have definitely told our entire family about this place, and are looking forward to sharing this gem with them.
Had the crawfish, snow crab legs, corn, and potatoes with ‘Juicy Special’ sauce (Cajun + Lemon Pepper + Garlic Butter) at ‘Hot’ spiciness and, my lord, the flavor that was popping out of everything! It was my first day in America, and the server’s first night on the job, so that was a special moment for both of us! The prices are astoundingly good for what you get. The music is top-notch. The lemonade is wildly refreshing. Three of us ate (the pictured dish + a whole other serving of the same size) and drank for just $86, and that’s WITH the 25% tip! Everything was cooked to perfection, the seafood was amazing quality, and the location is nice, chill, and well-decorated. We dined in.
5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience at Red Crab! Ashley, our server, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly and just right. Her personality really added to the dining experience. The seafood was fresh and delicious—definitely a spot worth coming back to! Highly recommend asking for Ashley if you go!
First Time at Red Crab and I loved it! The food was good! The service was great and the vibe was nice. They were playing R&B and rap which was an absolute vibe!!! This spot has definitely moved to the top of my list!
Good music, great food seasoned to perfection. My waitress energy was unmatched. She slid unto the booth and introduced herself and began taking my order. The garlic butter mild spicy sauce was a great choice. The ambience and vibes were awesome!!! I will definitely revisit in the future.
Been here over 20 visits…go about every other week and have tried about every Crab location you can find around DFW for the past few years…still to this day they have a 94% satisfactory rate I say compared to 75% for other spots at having fresh crab(not overcooked-but has happened on few occasions but work with your server), getting order right, and flavorful/unique sauce than others. They have switched their happy hour to now later times which is great. Appetizers are all great. Few tips is that I would try a build your own over a sack for your first go as portions are enough for multiple ppl with the sack and I would recommend going earlier/not peak times just to ensure you dont get that sauce you can tell may have settled which becomes salty which is more common at other chains. Also they have karaoke every other Thursday which is great too-the music-drinks and food is all a vibe and recommend 5/5.
The food and service was excellent and the price were very affordable. My husband, daughter and sister met lunch at the Addison location yesterday. I haven't had good New England Clam Chowder in years. It was thick, creamy and so good I wish I had gotten a soup to go. We've shared our experience on FB with our friends and we're another visit soon.
We had such a great meal here! Our waitress was excellent. She was so friendly and upbeat. It was a pleasure to have her. All the food was excellent and large portions. We had the crab, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn with the everything seasoning. It was delicious!! We were stuff and so happy after this meal. Highly recommend!!
Pretty good spot if you want to go get your boil on. The seasonings are pretty spot on, the staff is friendly, and generally awesome. The atmosphere is beach shack boujie. It's just a pretty good overall place. Oh, and the fried shrimp kids meal my son got might have had some of the best dang fried shrimps I have ever had!
I didn’t eat here I went to meet someone in the inside it was very clean but my brother told me the waiter sucked at service. I ordered a drink and it took forever to get to me even though it wasn’t that busy in the inside. But the food smelled delicious. I can’t have eggs and shell fish in the same day together so I did get to enjoy the aroma coming from kitchen. Which I had eggs for breakfast/lunch 😞
The best crab boil I ever had. All the crab meat slipped out of the shell and it was seasoned to perfection. Staff was very friendly
#4 fed 4 people (2 adults & 2 teenagers). Food was slamming. Drinks could've been stronger. They was more watered down but overall the food slapped😋😋
First time trying and delivery was awesome! The Crab, lobster, shrimp basket was HOT and fresh. The seasoning great! All items not overcooked. I will return.
“I had an amazing experience at Red Crab in Addison! The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. Special shoutout to Sean for making the experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I highly recommend it!”
Amazing time @redcrabaddison! 🦀✨ The seafood boil was absolutely delicious—fresh crawfish and shrimp that were sooo good! The bold flavors just explode in your mouth 🤩 The chicken was crispy and very tasty, the edamame was yummy, and the cheesecake was the perfect sweet ending 🍰 The staff is super nice, especially the manager Sean—thank you for the great service! Definitely coming back 🤗 A great spot if you’re visiting Dallas, TX!
We had an amazing time visiting Red Crab. All the food selections we ordered were flavorful and delicious. The crawfish were fresh. The corn was premium and tasty. Paired with rice, sauce and meat the taste was amazing. The staff were all friendly and professional. They were very nice and customer focused. Thanks very much to the general manager Sean who was very accomodating and professional. We will definitely be back here!!!
This was my first visit to the Red Crab and it was a great place for crab boil. The food was seasoned well, the portions were alright and the service was great. We ordered bag #7 and added additional crab legs, sausage, and mussells. This was enough for 3-4 people. I would recommend giving them a try.
This is a chain restaurant. Went to the Garland location first and loved the crab boil. Happened to be driving and saw this Addison location so had to stop. Came for dinner once and then back another time for lunch. Both times no wait because there is a lot of seating inside and out. They do have a Happy Hour and Lunch Specials. Lunch Specials are very reasonable and good portions. Definitely now a new favorite lunch spot! Service is good, table covered and set up is always clean. Foodnwas out fast so if you come hungry you won't wait long. Not crowded at lunch so guess that helps. Food taste fresh. The fried shrimp were big, lightly breaded, seasoned, and not over cooked. The crab boil can be seasoned with different flavor options. You can also customize your crab boil but there are several great boil options to choose from. Everyone in our group loved the food, price and service. Definitely coming back! Love seafood? Give this place a try!
I’ve been there twice once for dinner and another time for lunch. During the time for dinner it was karaoke night, so it was great entertainment. During lunch, the specials were sweet. But both times the Fish and chips / catfish and French fries were delicious. I like their 3 types of tartar sauce they bring out with the food. Rest of the menu looks great, I figure I’ll try it on another business trip to the area.
I had the pleasure of dining here to celebrate my sister’s birthday 🎂, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. We were served by Heaven, whose service was truly excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious and arrived expeditiously, making the entire evening even more enjoyable. Heaven our sever discreetly came out with a cake to surprise and help celebrate my sisters birthday . Thank you for a wonderful celebration!
This is the spot for seafood! I adore this place. The seafood is wonderful. The portions are huge. The service is excellent. It's always a good time. Great place for a date. Great place to take the family! They treat you right on your birthday. The drinks are strong! 💪Ne sure to try the hurricane. It is phenomenal. The bartender was amazing. I appreciated the honest referrals for dishes based on what I was looking for. The vibe is right at Red Crab. Please go here for juicy delicious seafood. Don't forget to ask for a side of melted butter. ❤️🤤☺️
Always satisfied when I dine here. My last visit wasn’t horrible but my food was cold when it arrived. I made sure to mention I couldn’t have corn as I was allergic; however I did have one in my bag and had to send it back. Overall, the service was good as our server was apologetic and checked in often to make sure we didn’t need anything.
Ordered the crawfish, and it absolutely did not disappoint!! I ended up boiling my own eggs, adding more corn, and grilling a steak to go with it. I we as so tired by time I got home that I forgot to take a photo and barely got to take two bites, but here's it going in the oven for a quick warm before I'm able to really go at it for round two!
Tasty food ready quickly, ok service, good value, straight forward atmosphere.
The food was very very good. The atmosphere and the music was nice. The only minor issue I had was the lack of patience from our server. Because everything is market priced, there’s no prices on the menu for the seafood or the sacks. Our server lacked patience when constantly being asked for prices. I feel that she should have been more involved when it came to making menu choices. Example: If I build a bag and she see that sack #4 would be cheaper and give me more food, then she should have recommended sack #4, and that’s what I feel that Sylvia, the waitress, lacked on my 1st visit yesterday.
This was my fist time trying a place like this, I usually don’t like sea food, but this was fire. I loved the taste of it. Everything. The only thing I’ll say is that service is not the best, our waiters came to talk to us just one time. We had to come look for him almost for everything, for our drinks, he was never around so we had to look for who eve was around.
Their fried fish and shrimp is nicely seasoned and tasty. I had a sample of my daughter's seafood boil and it was good as well.
I’ve ordered from Red Crab several times now, and the food consistently hits the mark! The heat level is perfect, the portions are generous, and the customer service is always friendly and efficient. My go-to is the “Create Your Own” with Dungeness crab, extra corn, and a boiled egg. I’ve also enjoyed their snow crab in the past—always fresh and flavorful. One thing to note: when I’ve picked up my food, the seating area has consistently been warm, which makes dining in a little uncomfortable. I get that the kitchen’s busy, but the dine-in space could use better ventilation. That said, I still highly recommend Red Crab for seafood lovers looking for quality, flavor, and great service!
My wife and I were visiting our son in Addison and I found this place from reading reviews. We decided on an early Saturday dinner and glad we did. No wait at 4:30 but when we left at 6pm there was probably a 20 minute wait already. The smells when you walk in remind me of New Orleans. The music is just a bit loud but I think it attracts that crowd in the weekends. Our waitress was friendly but did seem rushed a bit. She was pretty good about checking on us though. We started with the calamari and I have to say it was really good! They seasoned everything batter well!! My wife and I each picked a solo bag for dinner. I got the 1/2 lb crab legs, 1/2 lb mussels and 1/2 lb shrimp. They give very healthy portions and it tasted great! My wife got the same thing except no mussels and a little more crab legs. Overall we were pretty impressed. Just note it can get loud on a weekend night.
The good: You get your money's worth from those snacks options. The bad: All of the seafood wasn't properly seasoned with everything, and the sause was very watered down. I'm not sure if they were short staffed, but once we got our food, the server seemed to disappear. The review: Overall, it was ok. I've been to better seasoned boil restaurants, so this would be on the lower end of the list.
This is a fun place to grab a solid seafood boil. I’ve been to Red Crab several times and I like it. I’ve tried a few seafood boil spots around town and Red Crab is one of the better places. The boils are full of flavor and filling! Now one thing that really surprised me were the Garlic Noodles. Oh man! These are addictive 🫣. I’ve ordered them each time that I’ve eaten at Red Crab. I’ve even taken some home and added sautéed bottom round to them and had a whole new delicious dish. As a garlic lover, I highly recommend that you try these. The bar is ok. Not a lot of variety but the seafood makes up for that .
3/5 food is hot , shrimp was a bit overdone.. need more liquid in the bag.. for my first time as ordering there wasn’t bad
We were greeted by the host. The host had asked the server who was up and “ Jayaira “seemed like she didn’t even want to do it at all when the host asked her to… The waiter “Jayaira” was very rude and unpleasant.. My wife asked her do you have a attitude I’m confused on why your energy is off and the waitress said “ Nah do you” we were just wanting to know was something going on because she wasn’t friendly she came to our table and almost threw our drinks all on our table. She then dropped the napkins and said “ I’m just gonna find someone else to take your order. Then proceeded to the waiter Bay Area and said someone needs to help those “B****” very disrespectful… ANYWAYS let me tell you Ms.Nasty sent the BEST. Drew is awesome personable and friendly. She was patient with us as we didn’t know honestly what we wanted. She told us her favorites and kept coming to check on us. She even bagged our food up and made sure we had everything TO GO! Awesome service ! She def reps the brand of Red Crab VERY WELL and you can tell she loves what she does or she just loves people. Keep her PLEASE everytime I come back I want to have Drew as my waiter. AWESOME JOB DREW!
THE FOOD WAS GOOD SERVICE WAS GREAT. ONLY THING IS THAT YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM WHAT THE MARKET PRICE IS FOR THINGS. BECAUSE FOR 4 CRAB LEGS, IT WAS $87. THAT'S REALLY STEEP. THEY WERE NOT WORTH THAT. Not enough meat in them. A bit over steamed.
So, I don’t know how I came across this business, but I gave it a try. I walked in an immediately noticed that the place was busy. So I’m thinking that it’s going to be about an hour wait. The hostess told us the wait time will be 30 minutes, which was true. Our waitress seem to be very stressed out, so we told her we’ll make it easier for her and order everything immediately because we viewed the menu while waiting. The food came out prior to our drinks - okay no big deal. Overall, the food was great! The crawfish are very little, but they were seasoned very well. I’m a Louisianian and it’s typically difficult to please me when choosing Dallas-Fort Worth restaurants for crawfish. The only thing I did not like about this place was the unorganized intake for incoming customers. It’s 2021 and your business should have a smoother waiting system for customers. In other words, a text whenever my table is ready, a waitlist buzzer, PA system, or something. I’ve gone to businesses over the years and noticed that if they don’t have the customer satisfaction portion of their business right, they fail. I have seen it multiple time - especially in the Dallas area. This restaurant gets an average rating because of the customer experience.
I'm in town for work and had a taste for some good seafood. The reviews was one reason I chose this place, but they're not worth the $$. I had high hopes that even tho 80% of my clam shells were empty my clam meat would be down in the sauce. So not the case, 1/2 were and the other 1/2 was nonexistent. I had more clam shells then clams. Not to mention my crab cluster was missing a leg. I have spent the same at a competitor that offers the same concept in Houston, San Diego and Las Vegas to which each definitely gave enough to share. This was more like a kids meal and soo disappointing in quantity(maybe because it was a Togo order), but the flavor was quit tasty I will admit. Their servers were welcoming and friendly. That's the only reason I gave this place 3 stars.
In town for business and stopped by for a takeout order. Got the fried shrimp basket with hush puppies and corn on the cob. Half of the shrimp tasted good and the other half tasted like it was dipped in a chum bucket prior to frying it. The hush puppies and corn were good. In terms of service, the hostess acted like she didn’t want to be there and had the personality of a wet paper bag. I would pass on visiting again.
Red crab is one of our favorite places to go. Last night we went and got our favorite boil like we always do. The service we received was horrible. I think the girl who waited on us was new, but she was very awkward. While we were finishing our meal, we noticed that the whole nozzle from the soda machine was in my boyfriend‘s cup. She kept trying to say that she had no idea how that happened and not to worry because the soda machine is cleaned every day, but she did not try to remedy the situation at all and kept making excuses. Normally Service here is on point, but that girl needs to go back to training.
Me and my friend travelled here for the second year in a row for our birthday last year we had a waitress name Chandler he was WONDERFUL. We went back again this year and the service was terrible. We had a young hispanic waitress and he didn’t not check on us. We asked for to go bags he said to another coworker “take this to them because they keep looking at me weird” and laugh. I’m so disappointed. We drove 2 1/2 hours and got treated poorly. The african american manager was no better and very distasteful. The food was great but the service was TERRIBLE. I won’t be back.
We ordered sack #2 with snow crab, shrimp, corn and potatoes, fully seasoned and medium spice level to share We also ordered Cajun fries, chicharron (pork rinds), and cheese sticks. The waiter, Effrain, forgot to bring our drinks, so we had to ask for them. He had already brought all of our appetizers and still didn't realize that he had never given us our drinks. I asked for unsweetened tea and he brought sweetened tea instead. I just drank it and didn't say anything, since he seemed to be having some difficulty already keeping things straight. I had asked for the house salad, but was told that the salad had gone bad. I really loved the corn on the cob, potatoes and shrimp. The fries were nicely seasoned. There was loud music playing which helped with the noise level in the room. It was very busy, being a Saturday night. I am not sure I would return due to the high prices of the seafood.
We went for dinner since we wanted to try this to let know all the 350 thousand followers I have in olores y sabores Latam, but since we arrive the hostess told my wife to go to the latin side cause she aint have in the other side spanish servers, ( even when I do speak 6 lenguages I dont want to be their translator all night) well we aint like it but still we try to chose another table but they aint load to and my wife just feel unconfortable so we stand and went to dinner to the same place with nice treatment that we dinner last night.
Me and my friends use to LOVE this place. We hadn't been awhile and decided to go yesterday. Restaurant was empty at 4pm so our food came out quickly. We both got crab boils the sauce was pretty much non-existent and what little sauce we had was watered down. We asked the waitress had the recipe changed for sauces and she said, "no" but depending on who was cooking the sauce may be different. WRONG ANSWER! This place has drastically gone down and for $58 per person the sauce should be the same and not watered down. Just go to RED LOBSTER!
The food is normally on point, however the last two times that I’ve gone, the seafood hasn’t been as flavorful, so I had to ask for more seasoning. I also had an issue with my leftovers being bagged to go, so a manager got involved. Suffice it to say that because the general manager Shawn/Sean has the WORST customer service skills EVER, I will never dine at the Red Crab Addison EVER AGAIN!!!!
I arrived at about 9:15p and it closed at 10p. When I arrived the young Latina lady (with a ponytail pulled back and a middle part) at the cash register was taking orders and there was a young man (with curly hair) at the front. They whispered something to each other and it instantly made me feel like they were ready to go and didn’t want to be there. While I was still standing in line, the young man offered to seat me, but then walked away. I sat for about 15 mins, then the young lady from the cash register came over to me at 9:30p and said, “we’re about to close on 5 minutes I’m not even lying.” This was said to me without any greeting or introducing herself. I let her know that made me feel unwelcome and if there was a rush they should have told me when I entered, and that I had been waiting about 15 mins. She proceeded to argue with me about the kitchen stopping orders at 9:35p. This is the 2nd time I have tried this restaurant and both times the service has been horrible. The food was good, but not worth the disrespect.
Not really sure why this place has as high a rating as it does. The number of things wrong with this place are not equivalent to the over 4 stars unless it only counts weekends or something. I'll start with the food, it was the least bad thing, but still not good. We had the fried catfish and tilapia, and flavor wasn't even a consideration for these and I'm not sure how they stripped even the basic flavor of being deep-fried from them. Worst though, was the service. Again, assuming weekends have people who care or something for the rating. Our server was beyond offensively bad. We only saw them when we had other people getting them for us. We only got crap service during those times, like we interrupted an important phone call. Just getting our initial drink order took 15 mins. We had to get a manager just to get the check. This place, at least on Wednesdays, is a ridiculous dumpster fire. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back to see if it's better any other day of the week.
I just paid $70 for flat Dr Pepper and a small amount of seafood plus five dollars for two little potatoes???? I ordered “the build your own “This will be the last time I ordered seafood from this place.
It was my first time here and my last. I ordered Sack#3, juicy special. I received nothing but flavored water. Literally, dipping my food into liquid because no type of seasoning came up with it. Juicy special is suppose to include all flavors. My snow crab was cold, which surprised me because the liquid was warm. Obviously, it was because they just threw it in there. The potatoes and corn had absolutely no flavor to it. I didn’t eat them. It was a complete waste of money.
I called the restaurant to let them know about a species in my food. I was told the only way to resolve the issue was to bring the bag with the roach back to their ESTABLISHMENT 😵💫🤮 disgusting. I live about 25 min away and I was basically told the issue may or may not be resolved. I really would just like a refund and they would not have to worry about my business. Oh and if you ordered crawfish 2/13 around 7-9pm your crawfish batch was with intertwined with the species that was found in my bag.
Went and immediately got ignored by the hostess/waitress. We sat down and our waitress was very avoidant and had an attitude. she was a younger girl with a bad attitude. food was decent.
Order $59 worth of food see attached receipt the catfish Poboy was Literally NO FISH AT ALL tail thin sliver covered in batter!!!! Please check your order BEFORE leaving the premises! They do not care about your TO GO ORDER!! Called for the manager Shawn 3 times told he was handling in store alteration. Manager NEVER came to the phone told to just call back tomorrow. What they don’t know is the my daughters & I come here every weekend spending $100. What a grave disappointment & the manager should be ashamed of himself serving mediocre food to high paying to go customers. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!
Made reservations on the weekend. it was pretty busy. The food took forever to come out, they bought out everyone food we waited over 45 mins to a hour for our food. fish isn’t real fish maybe because i’m from louisiana. their daquarius are really sweet but good . waiter was a little rude maybe from being over worked. currently sitting here still hungry :(
I am a regular of (going on) about 3 years at this place. The food is a great option if you are in the mood for a quick seafood boil in north Texas. However, for my last 3 visits, the bartender Keia’s (unsure if that is the correct spelling of her name) has been exceptionally rude. To the point where she is cursing at customers, rolling her eyes, and making it apparent that she does not care to be at work. It’s such an uncomfortable experience for someone who is spending their funds and just wanting to get a good meal. I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt since I do really like this place. But after today, I will never return. The portions are also much smaller than before, while the prices have increased. If this business intends to succeed, they must explore either correcting her behavior or hiring a new bartender. Several others have had similar experiences and it truly does suck.
