Actually one of the best McDonalds ive been to. The staff are generally nice and helpful. The other mcdonalds are always miserable and rude.

Good location. Ample parking. 2 drive thru lanes. There was a a slight wait at 8 am. Staff was friendly. Food was as expected. Would recommend

Hot, fast, good looking food today. Order taker was friendly, 1st window payment taker was friendly and final window server was friendly. All woman crew. Hot fries, hamburger and order correct. Very happy day!!!

I placed a mobile order for fries only. They were very overly salty, which honestly was fine since I had been drinking. What stood out to me was the service. I received my receipt at the first window, and before I even made it to the second window, an employee who appeared to be a manager was already holding my bag out of the window. The interaction felt rushed and a bit rude, and overall it did not come across as efficient or welcoming customer service.

We arrived to buy something to eat and the delivery was quick. You arrived, ordered everything on the screen and collected your number and they took your order.

This place is nice. The staff is nice but they charged me $0.80 for a slice of tomato and $0.98 for one lettuce???? And the lettuce was nasty... look at picture! Went back for a new burger. Very disappointed.

I didn’t honestly think Mcdonald’s locations could vary this much in quality, I go regularly in Italy and i’ve always been happy but I go to this one and i’m shocked by 1. how terrible the food is (bland and tasteless but still fatty) 2. the terrible service, slow and rude 3. how unsafe I felt, everyone looked threatening and there was a drunk man passed out outside, i would reccomend a different location

Went to this location today , drive thru. Ordered 20 nuggets and when I opened the box there was only 17 nuggets. I never counted them before but I don’t think this is the first time this happened . Also the large fries are not even full. How many times and how many people has this happened to?

This person attends super badly, in addition to the bad service that the cold potatoes and the badly made burgers are giving compared to other McDonald's, he only spends it yelling at the employees treating them badly and the customers not to mention.

What happened to this McDonald's? This used to be one of the good ones a few years ago. That I remember. We usually try to stay away from these type of places and prefer to eat a little more healthier, but today we all (husband and son as well) were tasting the McNuggets. What a complete disgust it was. We ended up getting the $6.99 for 20 McNuggets for my husband and I, and the Happy Meal 4 piece McNuggets for our son. Aside from the fact that I specifically asked for a toy for a boy, my son ended up with a mini Barbie. I know. We made the MISTAKE of not checking everything before driving away. Well, back to the famous McNuggets. They were hard and stale, and smelled of old cooking grease. So we made the decision (just in case) to just throw them away before we get sick from them. What a waste of time and money. I think that we will just stick to our healthier habits instead. P.S. I have heard that the McDonalds in Sunny Isles is pretty good.

The worst customer service by management that I have experienced at any restaurant at any price point. I am a visitor from out of town and if this is how the locals and management act towards their paying customers, I will never visit this location again. After the next window team member says to wait at #1 that she would take my food. I waited until 6:03 AM to get off the car to get my food. My I ordered sausage mcgriddle hash browns and coffee. The sandwich was bordering between cold and a very luke warm. Customers were practically screaming,"EXCUSE ME" workers acted like they didnt even hear. They were messing up orders . I understand it's morning rush but they need to be prepared for that. Customers were visibly up they had to wait so long. Worst McDonald's ever.
