The best thing about Pollo Feliz is that they give away half a chicken free on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The taste is so-so for takeout, but the service is better if you eat in.
They don't give you a half chicken on promotional days if you order it to eat in the restaurant.

The food is delicious, but the service is terrible. The person who serves you is always in a bad mood, as if she's doing us a favor, and then there's hardly anything available that's on the menu.
According to their schedule, it's from 9 a.m., but the truth is, that's not true. The pandemic is over, and there's no occupancy. The service and attention aren't good. What saves them are their half-chicken promotions, which make it more affordable for what you pay. Shame about the franchise around here.
Terrible service. The cashier is the same person who waits on tables, and she's overbearing. She takes a long time to give us the menu and take orders, and she's constantly looking at her phone. The bathroom was dirty, and she had trouble closing the door.
