Everything was good even they let us enter to the tunel.

...a great place for breakfast with attentive and friendly service. They even offer background music with a playlist. Prices are affordable for all budgets. And it's a great way to learn about the place itself, as although it's small, it's a historic site dating back to the Cristero War.

The place is quiet. We ordered a full breakfast, which consisted of coffee or juice, fruit, and chilaquiles or eggs. The chaliquiels rancheros were good. The beet and orange juice was delicious. We had a very tasty appetizer. Overall, I think it's a good, quality-price place. As an extra: they give you a tour of the house. There's a tunnel and hiding places.

Very cozy, rustic, and pretty atmosphere. The food was very good, a little cold, but I understand it was a cool morning. The service was good from the young woman who served us, very attentive and friendly. We ordered chilaquiles for two, which cost no more than 400 euros. A very good price for the portions. The pot coffee was delicious. My recommendations would be to add an extra waiter because suddenly people gather and the waitress is at the reception waiting on tables. They also recommend opening the terrace during the week. 😌 But I would return; I liked it.

Excellent food, great service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. They gave us a complimentary memela, and they even offer a tour. Everything was fantastic! I would definitely go back! The view from their terrace is beautiful.

The concha with cream is exquisite. The coffee is delicious. The green chilaquiles with habanero sauce and the colorful enchiladas were what we ordered, and they did not disappoint. The food is very tasty. The young women who serve are warm, friendly, and attentive. The downside: the cost. Our bill was over $900 for four adults.

A must-visit place if you're in Aguascalientes. The breakfast was quite delicious, well-plated, and enough to satisfy. They go out of their way to offer not only delicious food but also extra service, from attentive service to showing you the place, which is worth visiting, including the underground tunnel, the magnificent view, and the interesting well, which is over 30 meters deep. The young lady who served us did a great job. We'll definitely return on a future visit to Aguascalientes.

Traditional Mexican food is something I'm passionate about, as is history, and if that comes together in a place that explores both themes in my home state of Aguascalientes, all the better. Now, this isn't a biased opinion; the food is good, with pleasant flavors, and from what little I tasted, it's clear they take liberties with the presentation (trying to make it look more modern), but they don't go so far as to distort tradition, which I appreciate. The service complements the place, which is otherwise clean and carefully decorated (except for the mini-museum), so the food is both enjoyable and tasty.

Dishes are excellent, with great attention to ingredients and proper preparation. Wonderfully varied, thoughtful menu. Moderately and fairly priced. Service and waitstaff are friendly and attentive. The historic building is thoroughly charming and appointed creating a pleasant, cozy, relaxing atmosphere.

At the beginning they give you a complimentary memela. The food was delicious, good seasoning and good presentation. The service did not take long, both the waiters and the chef were always attentive and very friendly. The history, the experience of the well and the tunnel is great. In my experience the place is cozy, pleasant atmosphere to start your morning with a good ladies' breakfast. Don't hesitate to visit them.

Buen lugar, buen servicio. Los alimentos los entregaron rápido. La concha rellena es rica, igual que el chocolate frío. Los chilaquiles un poco picantes. Sabor promedio. Hay ruido de la calle pero no es desagradable. Precios promedio.

The place is very peaceful and steeped in history. We arrived just in time for a guided tour of the house. I recommend ordering their molletes (a type of bread roll) and their cream-filled concha (a sweet pastry shell).

A restaurant where I've had delicious breakfasts. They have a great variety of food, and the dishes are beautifully presented. However, I think the portions are quite small compared to the price. The service is excellent; the waiters are always attentive to any customer's needs, very respectful, and very friendly. The atmosphere is very pleasant; it's quiet, so you can have a nice conversation with your companions. The facilities are very clean, including the restrooms. It's a very nice restaurant.

I ordered chilaquiles, and they were delicious. The coffee was also delicious. They gave me a small memela as a courtesy. I suggest offering chilaquiles that aren't spicy. What I didn't like was that it took over 20 minutes to take my order.

Overall, the place is comfortable, but it needs some ambiance; some music would be great. The food isn't bad. We ordered chilaquiles, a concha with cream, pancakes, and coffee. They gave us a memela as an appetizer. The traditional chilaquiles came with egg and beans. The problem was the salsa; it was cold. And when we arrived, there were two other tables, which isn't an excuse if there were more. The café de olla (Mexican-style coffee) isn't too sweet, which I think is excellent, and it comes with one refill. The beet and orange juice was good. The pancakes came with jam, maple syrup, and butter. The concha had whipped cream and fruit—not bad, except the concha was a little hard. The service was okay, but very slow. They were very friendly, but I feel like they need more staff. Overall, a good experience, but they have a few things they could improve.

The food was very tasty, although the side dishes were a bit meager. There was hardly any bread roll to accompany the dish; we asked for more, but it never arrived. We finished eating, and it still hadn't come. There were several of us, and the food was served at different times; some had already finished, and others were just about to start. The waiters were nowhere to be seen; they never came to check on us. The entire service was slow and sluggish. We were supposed to get cream bread for the coffee, but they brought it at the very end with the dessert, and the coffee practically disappeared on its own. I think it was due to poor organization by both the chef and the staff. The food itself was good, although a bit pricey for the service.

Food was somewhat cold when it got to my table. The food was not so flavorful.

The place is nice, but they make you wait about 20 minutes from the moment you arrive. They showed us to our table, but they didn't bring the menus until we had to ask for them. It took approximately 40 minutes for them to take our order and for the menus to arrive. There's poor organization in the order delivery because even the drinks were slow to arrive, and we had to remind them to bring drinks like the coffee (2) and orange juice (1). They even brought the napkins at the very end. The presentation of the dishes is good, although I ordered a banana smoothie and it tasted like the banana was already rotten. I don't recommend going; there are better options.

The restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere and an impressive story behind its dishes. Unfortunately, my food arrived cold, although the flavor was good, but not exceptional. The hot chocolate stands out, both for its delicious taste and its attractive presentation. In short, it's a restaurant with potential, but could improve its service, food quality, and overall flavor.

We went on a Sunday to celebrate my sister's birthday. When we arrived, the place was packed, and it took about an hour to get a table. As soon as we were seated, we were greeted with a complimentary memela. The food was so-so, nothing special really, but it was well-seasoned. My sister received a complimentary slice of cake for her birthday, which we weren't charged for, but it was spoiled, had a very strong smell, and was sour. We didn't notice at the time since we asked for it to go. The service wasn't good; it took a while to bring our drinks, and we even had to remind the waiter what we had ordered. The atmosphere was nice, and we got the tour they mention. It was our first time there, and we had high expectations based on the reviews, but honestly, we wouldn't go back.

Terrible service. It took over an hour to bring our food, and by the time we finished, every dish was cold except for the coffee, which was hot. The food tasted good, but they served it ice cold. It took over an hour to get our food, and it was still cold except for the coffee, which was hot.
