This is the true flavor of the exquisite Birria de Aguascalientes made with lamb meat, with or without the sauce that is key to its unique flavor, served with a consommé to which giblets such as the liver, kidney, or heart of the animal can be added, always at the request and free choice of the diner, all with delicious freshly made white tortillas, and with molcajeteated or cooked sauces, lemons, oregano, etc. A drawback here is that there is usually a struggle to get places because so many people come, and on a strictly personal basis I will add that improvised "musicians" arrive with unpleasant sounds and asking for "cooperation" due to their unharmonious stridency; However, as soon as they serve us their dishes, we forget about everyday details and we start to enjoy the delicious food with its incomparable flavor of our own. You have to try it. Consume (the broth the meat was cooked in) and a medium plate, unless you know you can eat the large or you eat less, so a small for you. I do recommend.

The birria is really good, and it's not expensive. My wife, my two kids, and I paid $175 pesos. 👌 Plus, the service was excellent. The wait was practically nonexistent, unlike two or three other places in the market that were packed. I definitely think it's just as good as the others.

It had been our favorite birria for several years, until today when our birria was full of cockroaches, how disgusting! I would expect more hygiene from a birrieria with such fame and history.
