I had pozole for dinner. It had a mild, comforting flavor. The atmosphere of the restaurant, the attitude of the staff, and the food were all good. However, it seemed like there were fewer staff members compared to the number of customers during their breaks. It might not be suitable for impatient people. I also feel like it's not suitable for people who don't like local restaurants.

Good service, pleasant place, variety of food... green pozole is bland, unseasoned, unsalted... Doña Blanca's dish is the same, bland, half-baked tacos. The portions are good, the prices are reasonable; it lacks a lot of seasoning to be considered a Mexican snack. I wouldn't return.

We are (were) customers of this place, we like the black pozole and every time we go they order it, but the last 3 times we went we realized that they put very little grain in the pozole, so we asked for more grain and of course at an extra cost, because I don't love their water without grain, but they already told us that by order of the owner they can't sell us extra grain, they can sell me more meat, more broth, but grain, no! Are you serious? The truth is that if they served enough grain I wouldn't order more, but it's a lot of water for so little grain. They lost us as customers...

The food is good, but the service is terrible. They take forever; they're clearly understaffed. If you come, be prepared to receive your orders late and with delays of up to 40 minutes.

Pedí un atole de cajeta que parecía más bien agua de cajeta caliente, estaba bastante diluido y muy caliente, las flautas estaban correosas y duras y los chiles en vinagre sabían extraños, la jericalla sabe a plásticos, el personal amable y atento, pero deja muchísimo que desear la calidad de los alimentos.

Muy mala atención, llegamos y ni si quiera un "ahorita los atendemos o algo", luego estábamos buscando mesa y ninguno de los meseros nos auxilio en buscar una o acercarnos unas sillas, el personal pasaba enfrente de nosotros, nos ignoraban y pasaban de largo. Por lo que optamos por retirarnos del lugar.

Ya había ido varias veces, pero la última vez no fue agradable desde que la mesera sin pocas de ganas de atender tomó el pedido, pedi, unos sopes y pedí salsa de jitomate porque no como chile, y pues oh sorpresa en la cuenta me la había cobrado, para rematar al día siguiente con dolor de estómago y vómito. No vuelvo.

HORRID! I went on Tuesday to buy four pozoles for my New Year's Eve dinner. I'd bought them here before and knew how they used to serve takeout. Well, this time they went too far. I ordered four LARGE pozoles, two red and two green. Three were only three-quarters full in a one-liter cup, and one was only half full. Previously, the large ones were completely full. And the green ones tasted like white because they had absolutely NO flavor. The half-full one was just hominy; it didn't have any chicken in it. And on top of that, I waited 45 minutes for them. TERRIBLE, I'M NEVER COMING BACK.

I ordered through Rappi and it was a real disappointment. I've often been a fan of that place, but this time they went way too far. The food was disgusting; the green pozole tasted like nothing, it barely had any beans, and on top of that, they gave me all sorts of meat.
