I've been a less-than-frequent customer for years. It's been a while since I last visited this place. Yesterday, when I went with my family, the quality of the food changed. The beef was Aurrera, the tomato was almost spoiled, the potatoes were tasteless, and the table was incredibly dirty. I asked for a cloth to clean it, but it never arrived. How sad that something that was once good has now become average to bad. I won't be back.

The place is deplorable, with broken seats and uncleaned tables. It's unclear how they serve customers; when we arrived, they served those who came after us better. The waiter was slow and didn't move, chatting with his colleagues instead of doing his job. My order took about 40 minutes to arrive. There were no ingredients. It's one of the worst places to eat, if not the worst. The atmosphere is also awful; there's no music at all.

This is my second bad experience at this place with the afternoon staff, especially with a young man who has a tattoo on his face and doesn't provide a uniform. The service was terrible yesterday. Around 4 p.m., I went to get a $64 package, which is a burger and a soda. When they charged me, I was waiting for my order. As soon as I looked at the order process, I saw the guy putting the fries down, grabbing the ones they were going to serve us without gloves. And with his mask down, as soon as he saw me, he didn't know what to do. I walked about three steps, turned around and went back to grab more dads 😠 As soon as I saw him again I asked the lady for my refund and she refused to give it to me, I explained the reason why I no longer felt like it and she behaved very rudely saying things under my breath while she communicated with someone on the phone to approve the refund. They gave me my money back but I think that is not professionalism and seriousness of a business, even more serious being food, to the people who go and eat, Sersiorense that their food is made and delivered with hygiene since we are the ones who pay and we have to demand quality service, I will not return 🤢🤮
