This is my second bad experience at this place with the afternoon staff, especially with a young man who has a tattoo on his face and doesn't provide a uniform. His customer service isn't very good; whenever I need something and ask him, he's sitting outside or even on his cell phone, and when he finally gives me things, he does so reluctantly and seems to be angry.

The worst thing I've ever tried. I ordered a double patty and they made it way too big. We ordered what was supposed to be Angus beef, thinking the "select" meat would be good, but what "select"? It was just garbage meat from Aurrerá. First and last time I'll ever come to this place.

If the customer service is awful, I don't even want to imagine the food. The cashier took at least five minutes to even look at me to tell me they "didn't have service." From the moment I arrived, he was glued to his phone. I called him twice, and he just ignored me. I avoided the unpleasant experience and simply said "thank you." Don't even go near that place.

This place is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. We waited over an hour for my sister's food, and it finally arrived, but it was burnt on the bottom and the fries were dripping with grease. Terrible.

The service was terrible yesterday. Around 4 p.m., I went to get a $64 package, which is a burger and a soda. When they charged me, I was waiting for my order. As soon as I looked at the order process, I saw the guy putting the fries down, grabbing the ones they were going to serve us without gloves. And with his mask down, as soon as he saw me, he didn't know what to do. I walked about three steps, turned around and went back to grab more dads 😠 As soon as I saw him again I asked the lady for my refund and she refused to give it to me, I explained the reason why I no longer felt like it and she behaved very rudely saying things under my breath while she communicated with someone on the phone to approve the refund. They gave me my money back but I think that is not professionalism and seriousness of a business, even more serious being food, to the people who go and eat, Sersiorense that their food is made and delivered with hygiene since we are the ones who pay and we have to demand quality service, I will not return 🤢🤮

Terrible service 😡😡 They left my order until the very end. I waited over an hour. They served people who had arrived later first. The meat also tasted horrible. And if you go in, you'll come out smelling like a very unpleasant amount of grease.
