Top of the list of places to have delicious food & desserts with a classy feel, yet casual atmosphere with superb service.
Food is delicious and well presented. Service is fast and there are many waiters so they are always taking care of your needs. The place is fresh and clean. It's not noisy at all. Drinks are also well prepared. It's expensive but it's worth it.
It's a really fine seafood restaurant. Large variety of thoughtfully and well prepared offerings. A little on the pricy side, but the warm atmosphere and friendly, attentive service make for a rewarding culinary experience. If I could offer any advice, it's to suggest to elevate their coffee offerings beyond those home coffee capsule machines. That aside, just go and enjoy the really fine food, atmosphere and staff. Take friends...the place seems well suited to dining out with family and compatriots. My wife and I will surely be regulars. There are so many enticing dishes on the menu we want to try.
Garlic shrimps were excellent. Clam chowder could be warmer though.
We really enjoyed the food, and the staff was great. The food was just as delicious as the photos I took. I especially enjoyed the lobster bisque served within the bread bowl. The churros were delicious, but a scoop of vanilla ice cream would have made them even better.

The best seafood restaurant I know in the city. Higher end in terms of food quality, facilities and service. Expect to pay around 30-35 bucks per person for a full meal. Their menu is from the Mexican Pacific coast as this is a chain from over there. Great variety. Their tostadas and tacos are really good. Ask for the octopus hidrocalido taco which is not in the menu. You will not regret it. Weekends tend to be very busy.
Coconut shrimp was crispy and delicious. Shrimp salad over avocado rich and yummy. Great service. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. The service is outstanding. The food was great. My family and I went to eat there last night and it is far the best place I have eaten while in Aguascaliente. I recommend it to anyone. The restroom and the whole restaurant is very clean. Great place to eat.
Thought there's no ocean in the city but I found it here! Excellent service, excellent foods!! Everything is good from sauce to desert. Every dish is perfectly seasoned. I'd definitely come back here. They have English and Japanese menu as well for non Spanish speakers. Staffs speak English too.

Food is ok. Getting a table was fast.I requested a fiscal receipt (factura) and they got it right away. Waiters very polite and friendly.
2nd time back to Los Arcos. Ambiance Is very nice and they have an inside section and a area with exposure to the outside. The staff was attentive and alert. Both of our meals were tasty. This deserves a 5 star but my cocktail was disappointing. I ordered a classic martini with an expensive gin. It was shaken with ice shards (not cubes). There were pieces of ice floating in my cocktail. To be fair they did offer to exchange it. They earned a 4.8 today; hopefully a 5 next time.
Beautiful setting and great menu choices for seafood. Also nice kids’ area and nanny services which are very convenient. It’s overpriced and the outdoors area is too close to the road so it gets dusty. Service could be better but the food made up for it.
We had dined here in past years and everything was excellent but this last time everything was awful 😣 the drinks were way too sweet and weak, the food was tasteless and very salty. The service was annoying, the A/C inadequate and the roasted vegetables were burnt. We asked to credit the vegetables from the bill and they gave us a bit of an attitude even though our bill was over 250 us dlls. Oh well never again.!
