A pleasant surprise! The omelet and French bread were delicious, not dry at all and well-prepared. The latte could have been a little hotter. Overall, the service was good; I hope they maintain the quality of the food.

The chilaquiles were ridiculously spicy!! Inedible! I understand that the green ones are spicy, but it was over the top, and the menu or the waitress didn't mention how spicy they were.

The customer service was okay. We were the only ones there, and it took quite a while for the food to arrive. We ordered some "Eggs Red in Hell," which tasted fine, but it's a very irritating dish, so it's impossible to finish. We also ordered a burger with an egg in it—I don't remember the name—it's literally an egg and sausage served on a burger patty, not cool at all. The latte was too weak; it seemed like it didn't have any coffee in it.

Bad service and poor organization, They have very poor communication between them and also with the diners, I attended yesterday and they moved our table because they didn't remember it was reserved (we saw this as something that could happen, it shouldn't but it could), we ordered something and they brought us something else after they took a long time just for the drinks, they took a LONG TIME to bring the food, we had ordered simple things because they told us that others took longer 😵, and it took at least 1 HOUR or more to bring the things after we had left the drinks, we asked for the bill and between them we heard that they asked for it and even so they only looked at us, a girl approaches and asks us if we need something, we tell her the bill, that we had already ordered it and we were just waiting for it and they tell us they didn't know and they still give us a dirty look for asking for it again and for leaving the bill closed. 🙄

The food was beautifully presented, however, it wasn't as delicious as it looked. Additionally, it took almost an hour for some dishes to arrive; the rest of my family and I had already finished eating when my mother's meal still hadn't arrived. She watched us eat breakfast the entire time. Terrible service.

We found worms in our salad and they didn't apologize, they didn't remove it from our bill, there wasn't even an explanation, nothing at all. Therefore, we believe it's terrible service. 😓
