Don't miss the chance to try the aguachiles at "Miss Aguachiles"—I swear it was an incredible experience. The place is super cute, with a modern and cozy decor that makes you feel right at home. The food, especially the aguachiles, was spectacular, so fresh and flavorful that I wanted to go back for more. Plus, the customer service was top-notch—super friendly and attentive at all times. Best of all, there's also a kids' area, so if you go with your family, don't worry.

The green aguachile is delicious. Served very well. I also ordered a breaded taco. It was good, but I didn't like the batter; I thought it was too thick. The salsa they put on top is delicious. And I didn't like the guava aguachile much because of the seeds. The flavor isn't bad, but it's horrible when the seeds come out. The place is very nice, with an area for small children.

A nice, quiet place, but the "fish ceviche" I think was made with onion, Pepsi, and tomato because I didn't get any fish at all, just a few tiny pieces. There was way too much lime; you can't enjoy the ceviche, just the lime broth with vegetables...

A nice, spacious, and pleasant place with a small children's area with appropriately sized tables and toys. Very good service and attention. They have a small parking lot. The problem here, as the owner himself says, is that they are the "best aguachiles in Aguascalientes," and the truth is, they aren't. The red aguachile is average, just plain, with nothing to sting about (when that's what aguachile is all about), the green aguachile is flavorless, and the ceviches, both fish and shrimp, have terrible flavor and are of poor quality. And not to mention the value for money; they're very expensive considering the deplorable taste of the food. A great place and good service with food that's not even worth trying.
