The service is just okay. You practically have to keep asking the waiters to bring you the menu and take your order. As for the food, words can't describe it; the hamburgers are delicious, I'd even venture to say some of the best in Aguascalientes.

If you always have to ask for your burger without onions or make any other special request at any burger joint, Paktoki is for you. Come and build your burger exactly how you like it. Select your protein of choice and choose from their wide selection of toppings and vegetables to complement your burger. Don't feel like getting creative? No worries, they also have a menu of pre-made burgers. The only thing you can't choose is the bun; it's the same for everyone—a simple sesame seed bun.

The place is nice and clean, but the service isn't the best. They left our order at the bar for four minutes, and the place wasn't even half full. While the food is good, it's not worth the price; it's very simple compared to other places. There's a big problem and a significant difference between the quality and price of their products. The price is high for a single burger (which includes fries), let alone a double. They have different meat options to customize your burger, but sadly, they lack flavor, and the meat is low quality. They have many sauces, but they're bland, and the fries are far below standard. The service is good, however, it's slow despite having a large kitchen staff and not many tables. There are many better places to get a good burger. Save yourself $350.

They should change their closing time. If a customer arrives at 9:40 to order takeout, and they're already closed, they don't close at 10 (as shown on Google); their service ends earlier. Just change it so customers know it's no longer an option and can look for another. Thanks.

I've been there a couple of times and the food was great, but this time it was of very poor quality. The hamburger bun was over toasted. The meat also was almost over cooked. You should improve.
