It's not just a simple gobernador taco, it's everything 😭 The salsas are spectacular: tamarind with árbol chile, creamy jalapeño, chimichurri. The sides are like creamy cabbage, onion with habanero, and roasted serrano pepper in oil salsa—nice and spicy, but so delicious. The taco itself has seasoned shrimp, ranch cheese, and the crown jewel: handmade tortillas, I mean, seriously! Everything is incredible, a gem of a place 👌
