Terrible service. It was our first time visiting the establishment to try the burgers, and that's exactly what our experience was. They saw us arrive and ignored us. We went to sit at a table and waited there for 3 minutes to see if they would bring us a menu, and they just turned around and laughed when they saw us leaving. They didn't even bother to ask us anything or say anything to us. AWFUL SERVICE

The service at the counter/bar was neutral, neither very friendly nor rude, just friendly. As for the portions of the plain burgers, they are exactly as they say, plain, as they are very simple. But for the price, I think it's not worth it. Even with 4 extra toppings, they are still plain burgers with 2 or 3 "extra" bits, and the flavor is lacking, as you can taste what you're biting/eating. In my personal opinion, I wouldn't go back unless they invite me to re-evaluate the portions and/or flavor. P.S. They should have a wider variety of drinks, as they only gave us soft drinks; they didn't even ask me which ones I wanted. (It was a takeout meal.)
