The construction company selling these apartments is unprofessional and doesn't honor warranties. We bought an apartment in Firmamento (built by Encanto). To date, they've sold everything and haven't handed over the management to the owners, nor have they fixed the defects and errors in the common areas. Ms. Dulce keeps stalling. Seriously, think twice before doing business with them.

Very nice place and facilities, however at night it is impossible to sleep because of the excessive noise from the bars that are in front of the subdivision every day, it is truly regrettable..!
