Was delicious food Had two McDoubles and a large Coke Not cheap at $6.86 or so but then everything is pricey today especially food Service was excellent and the place was clean Good Selection Friendly staff! Stopped at the Thornton street store for a Dr Pepper a Large was $1.38 with tax quite cheap when you consider the cost of bottles of Pop today!

The employees are always super nice and helpful. They are quick, too. The line usually moves fast, no matter how long it is. I love that the parking lot is always clean.

Rarely do I ever have any trouble. This is my favorite McDonalds in the region. The fries are always hot and my order is almost always right. The staff is super friendly in the drive through especially the ladies that work the windows during the lunch hour. I’ve noticed other McDonald’s owned by this franchisee are also run quite well.

Just stopped for a large fry and Frappé and was through the drive through food in hand faster than ever... And the fries were hotter and fresher than ever... Surprisingly... Thinking back on it now I wish I would have tried my luck on n a milk shake....I swear 9 times outta 10 there ice cream machine is down !!!

Mcdonalds is hit and miss on the service and quality of food... I will always love McDonald's food. But sometimes the food is a mess or made wrong and more often than not some of the restaurants have people working for them that shouldn't be working in customer service. This isn't so much the restaurants fault but it makes a difference. This particular visit at this McDonald's was awesome and the young lady taking the orders had a friendly demeanor. The food was done super quick and the people handing it out were nice as well.

I went through the drive-through I was talking on the speaker. I had a great experience with a gentleman named Brian who had great manners and respect for me and my wife as we got to the window. My order was pretty big, so the lady tells me to pull up to number one she did not ask me I turned around and said don’t you mean please she turned around and said ha ha very ignorant. Brian is the manager after I was trying to make a complaint. I found out that he was the manager and I can see why he is the manager. He apologized for her and we went about our day, but the moral story is the lady at the window was very disrespectful

What's a pretty decent McDonald's overall it doesn't have a play place for children but it does have high chairs and you can bring your kids here has free wi-fi like all the girls bathrooms are pretty clean service is pretty well they're pretty fast and everything you put on a point fancy place to take advantage of your McDonald's app anytime I love the McDonald's app I use it every time I come here I have good experience this year hopefully you do too thanks for taking the time to read my reviews...

I often go here for lunch or my AM coffee before work. Morning or afternoon, the team here is always so friendly. And I always get the best fries at this location!! The other day, my car broke down in their parking lot. The team was SO UNNECESSARILY HELPFUL! My phone has been having connectivity issues, and the battery had only 3%. I also live almost an hour away (this location is near my work). The woman working lent me a phone charger and called a mechanic she knew to try to jump my car. They came out quickly, and when that didn't work, helped push my car out of the way, and had their tow truck come lift my vehicle to my home mechanic. I seriously don't know what I would have done without her or the teams help! She didn't have to find a mechanic or make those calls, I could have been awkwardly stranded without a way to notify my boss where I was and why I was late returning. I'm so grateful for their kindness!

Who doesn't put napkins in a drive thru order? This place apparently. At least not on this visit. But the fries and burger were hot and seemed freshly made.

Its McDonalds so my expectations are rarely high. This particular location has a lovely staff and is usually pretty quick. I pick up delivery orders here pretty often and they have a loyalty card that rewards the delivery driver after ao many pick ups. Thats something little that makes it a bit nicer. If I do crave some hash browns... I go to this location.

In all reality their fries and nuggets are good especially dipped in honey! If you haven’t tried that yet, I recommend you do. I now always eat fries with honey and salt lol For whatever reason kids are obsessed with this place lol I would like to give McDonald’s some props for their app where you can earn points extremely quickly and the points go towards free food or you can also find deals on the app like buy one get one free or spend a dollar and get a free large fry so yes, those things are extremely convenient when you are low on money I must say I use the app every time I go there, and I almost always get something free or discounted on top of their already cheap prices. now I will say this is the only fast food restaurant that I have ever heard of that gives you so much and deals and rewards. ’ll eat here when I need something quick and cheap!

Right near my work so convenient for picking up something for breakfast or lunch. Always used the drive through. Never had an issue. The only time I came inside was when I ordered via the app. I had to use a kiosk. Very odd experience.

It's very quiet, and there's practically no wait when it comes to any McDonald's. The place was mostly empty. Most likely due to the food quality. It's what you would expect from McDonald's. All in all, it was cool for a lot stop. The r restrooms were clean enough and spacious. It is convenient.

The good is pretty good during the morning but after 3pm some of the stuff isn't very fresh. You're getting fast food but honestly it's not as cheap as it used to be and they're paying workers a lot more now a days. This really shouldn't be an issue. If your workers are getting paid more now you should really do more for your customers and not be still doing the same crap if you're going to charge more for your food you should hire better quality workers that deserve the pay that you're giving. Don't hire people who don't care. You're paying almost as much as factories are paying and at a factory mistakes happen way less and when they do happen their trashed or scrapped. You should do better at keeping your food fresh. It's not that easy to get perfect timing but to look at the numbers of when you're busiest shouldn't be too difficult to find out the busiest times and dropping things fresh when people ask instead of reheating things in the fryer. Also shorting people on fries when you're charging nearly $5 for a large fry is unacceptable. Fill the stupid box up. These are issues at all McDonald's and the issues I've seen at this location in the evening, not so much in the morning and early afternoon. I had to get my order replaced and I came back earlier to make sure the issue didn't happen again. They will make up for the mistakes which is more than you can say about other locations that want to argue about issues. For fast food and a McDonald's though this place isn't bad it's pretty good. The employees are nice for the most part, their drive thru has always been fast when I've went through when they are busy, etc.

This was a mostly positive experience. The woman at the first window was super positive, complimented my hat, and had on cute sunglasses! The process and food came out quickly. However, the woman who gave me my food didn’t say a word to me and just shoved it out the window despite me telling her to have a good day/saying thanks/etc. and this was the food (it was for my grandmother, so I felt awful for not checking before I left).

They must have our order yesterday we thought that they were going to take $6 off of my debit card however they took $16 instead. And gave us somebody else's order.

I wanted a Bogo for a 1 dollar 10 piece n LG fry I had a coupon for 1 dollar LG 1 coke. I get home and had 1 10piece. What's going on I cant complain cause that's how she rung it up but y wouldn't I want the other for 1 when I clearly said it 2xs

I think this has to be one of the slowest mcdonalds I have been to in a long time. I have stopped here twice at lunch and they are amazingly slow. I wonder if there's a contest inside to see who can move the slowest, but still sort of be moving. Seriously guys - if an order is taking too long - send them to a parking space!! It's not that difficult and they have spots assigned already...let's use them for the love of all things speedy at lunch time!!

great food, hot and fresh. messed up my order tho, wrong drink, and wrong type of toppings on my chicken sandwich. also no refills?! BS and one last thing they try to pressure you to use the kiosk. there is a sign that says we dont have a cashier.. again i call BS. i did end up ordering at the counter.. but the girl said the things out loud that were wrong, and i corrected her both times... bit she made it that way anyway 😵‍💫😴

I have visited this McDonald's n the past and have had no problems! However on Dec.5, 23, I was food poisoned from 2 sausage biscuits. It was the only thing I had eaten all day, so there were no other culprits available. I had to call off work, and have been sick all day yesterday!!! I'm so sad!

The girl that handed us our food was rude, and disrespectful. I ordered online, was told to drive to the 2nd pick up window. Then this little girl comes to the window and yells at me, throws the food in my direction and yells some more and walks away.

Took very long for me to get my food and instead of fixing a 40c error the worker told me she can't do that she'll get fired I'm sure if the owner heard her say that instead of just fixing a 40c discrepancy for a customer she'd get fired poor experience overall

The food here is usually good, the service however is not. If you can make it before 7pm to catch the inside open you get lackluster service at the counter. Use the kiosk get your food and go, the colorful line of homeless characters won't make you want to stay long anyway.

Service was not good. The worker sounded irritated and didn’t greet anyone. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. Food was okay, but the attitude ruined the experience.

The place was understaff and when I stop at their location they were slammed with lots of customers. The few people working at this establishment were doing their best to have orders fast but unfortunately it was too many customers at the same time. My order took over 20 min to be done. I guess I was just always a custom to having my food in less than 3 minutes. Never the less I would have to say the manager at this place was a total rock star, I saw her going at light speed to take care of multiple people and orders at the same time, she maintain her professional and game face on the entire time I was there. I was getting a bit annoyed because my food was taking so long, but after seeing the manager keep her cool, friendly and kind demeanor, I took a chill pill and waited patiently. The low stars review is due only due to the long wait.

The fries weren't hot. The line was wrapped around the building. The food was sub par to most other locations I visit. The prices are way too high for what they serve. The only great experience is the mature lady cashier at the drive-thru! I always enjoy her! She brightens my day!

This McDonald's used to be pretty good when it came to how quick the service was. For the last few months it seem like you never know how long they will take through the drive thru. Now they started construction where they made it so you can not leave or get on the street from the drive up window. Now I really don't like coming here because its harder to get out. I have never seen an accident or any real reason why they had to do it. I just won't be going there on my 30 minute lunch. The service is ok I guess but some of these girls are allergic to smiles.

No one wears hair net or gloves and I didn't notice sanitizer dispenser anywhere

Waited to pull up and order for 5 minutes even though it didn't seem like they were busy. Finally got up, was told to hold on for a minute. I said that's fine. I heard her taking the other line's order. Again, that's fine, but then after they were done she started helping the car right after them. Then she did it again. After that I tried to speak up, but she told me to hold on again, and then went and took the other line's order. I had no idea how long that was gonna go on so I left. Either the woman doesn't know how to prioritize, or they need to communicate that we can't order in that line.

This is the 3rd time I've gotten food from this location and my order has been wrong and I've been missing food. I plan on calling the corporate location. I understand being busy, but being charged almost $12 for 3 items and one of them to be missing??? This location is bad for business.

Never fails, shake machine is always down in the evenings after work. (6-8). It's the slowest fast food place ever. Always something when we come here. Food always half cold and managers should be on that stuff.

When I looked over, three employees were in the car smoking what didn’t smell like a cigarette. I got in the drive thru which didn’t move. Couldn’t be due to all them employees toking In a car!?? No. Drug test your employees. I promise a lot will quit before they take the test.

If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would - I stopped on my way to work - ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich with no meat, specified 3 times, egg and cheese ONLY - I do not eat meat. Get to work, what do I have???? A bagel with steak and cheese and they don't even list a phone number on the website to call them to discuss - will not be back.

They close at 11 and I came at 10:50 (my order definitely wouldnt have taken that whole 10 minutes) and they didnt answer the speaker. That is ridiculous, if you close at 11 you dont stop answering at 10:50.

When getting to the window to pay the young lady just waited to take the money! There was no one behind me! I just sat there finally she opened the window and took the money! When getting my order she handed out the food and said nothing like your drink will be ready in a minute! I believe more training is needed for drive thru!

Literally worst place I’ve ever been waited like thirty minutes in total the line wasn’t even long and I just ordered a single fry. The employees are dismissive and tried to hand us incorrect orders multiple times and had no control over the situation

I know this is a new store, and I’ve tried to be patient, but today threw it over the edge. I can look past getting a McGriddle instead of a sausage biscuit or an unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea, but this morning I sat in the left drive thru line while they helped 3 cars in the other line. Now I saw the truck in front of me order, so I know they system was working. I started saying hello to see if someone would answer, but they didn’t. I got fed up, and left.

I don’t understand how you can mess up on the most simple things, in front of the health department mind you. I waited in line for 15 minutes only to get one thing from my order. Took 30 minutes to get pancakes, then when back to the car to eat. Didn’t even have my sandwich. People handling and looking through bags with out gloves in front of a health department is beyond me. Cold food and a hour and ten minutes later, was finally able to leave. Definitely pick a different McDonald’s before this one or even a different chain.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I realized why I don't go to McDonald's anymore. I only came here to grab my daughter something quick to eat some chicken nuggets. I was trying to figure out how to use the app because I had enough points to get the nuggets for free. I was having some issues at the drive-thru. I immediately get in the door, and before I could even say anything she told me that there was a kiosk over to the side and that anything I need I could do on there. I looked at or stunned for a second, and kindly explain to her I was trying to figure out something to do with the McDonald's app that I needed to speak to somebody. She tells me bowl come on let's go to the kiosk and I'll show you how to figure. Is customer service dead anymore?? Or is this their new policy to have everybody on the kiosk .

They have one of the worst services. I was waiting, they don't serve me quickly. I was in line for more than 15 minutes and they can't hurry me up and when they speak they speak very badly. They speak very rudely and they are very disrespectful.

Placed a curbside order Nothing much at all LG Fries Large coke 0 After 14 minutes my order still had not been brought out to me. I left without it. I have a hard time walking especially after sitting a while and just didn't feel like walking in to get my food. I had already paid for it 😔 This location is one of the worst around. They allow loitering right outside the door. And they come up to customers that are waiting for their order.

I have been going to this McDonald's once a week for the past 4 weeks. Each time they have re-asked me multiple times what I wanted when ordering even though I have been going out of my way to be as clear as possible due to them doing the same in the past. 3/4 times my order has been messed up. Either they give me something completely different than what I had ordered, or mess up something with the order. One time I ordered coffees and the gave me one coffee and a fry, the last time I went they gave me the coffees, but one was made incorrectly. They are also very efficient at this franchise usually requiring me to pull to the next window or wait 5+ minutes at the first window in order to get something as basic as coffee.

So I order fries with my meal. The fries come out cold as ever. I simply ask for hot fries. The drive thru lady was very loud and rude. SHE HAD THE NERVE TO ASK DID I ASK FOR HOT FRIES... yes, imagine my surprise! You actually have to ask for hot fries!!!? She was annoyed and said ugh pull up to the next window. Another employee came to the window and brought out a small bag of fries!! I ordered a large.she walked away. I will be calling

This place is as bad as exchange st now workers on phones or playing music that kids shouldn't hear and don't order curbside they complete the order before u get there so u have to go in or call to get ur food they cheat the timer system so they look good to corporate

I would love to say but my existence would have had to been acknowledged. I will say whilst reading the menu in my 10 min the prices here seam much higher then I'm used to.

The double cheese burgers were terrible. My granddaughters wasn't done and mine had a burnt bun. The cinnamon roll was good though. We had a appointment or i would have come back,but we would have been late. Thank you.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Every person I have encountered is rude or has an attitude, save for *one* manager. Order is habitually incorrect or missing 1-2 items, and they act as if that is the customer's fault when you attempt to get your correct items. They also do not give out the receipts unless you ask for them, and when you do, you get a stink-eye from Hell. They hold their hand out for your method of payment yet don't tell you your total - this is how I've paid for another person's order before when I was in a rush. Lesson learned, I never hand them my cash or card until they've told me my total, and when this happens, I get an attitude as if I am in the wrong for ensuring I am paying for *my* meal. All in all, this is my experience over the several months this location has been open. I will not be returning, which is a shame because my niece (2) loves McNuggets and they are a few blocks from our house.

This is the worst McDonald's I've been to. The customer service is horrible. I had to pull up and wait for an iced coffee. I had sat for a period of time and notice the car that was in front of me as I was told to pull up had received an iced coffee. I was still waiting never received my purchase. I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave. Something needs to change or better training on the drive thru windows and management. Absolutely ridiculous.

I only oder a ice coffee with 2 pumps of Carmel and one pump of chocolate the lady taking my oder at the drive Through did not take that oder correctly when I tried to correct the situation I was met with am attitude about me ordering wrong as if I can hit the buttons I will not be back here to this location the staff needs an attitude adjustment when they are correcting there mistake not get an attitude and turn to there cousin and ask did he oder this right

Considering that this place is less than a year old, I was very disappointed. Went through the drive through. I ordered and they asked what drink I would like. I asked for Mello Yellow and they said that the soda machines were down. My son asked for a slushie and it too was down. The only thing they had for drinks was fruit punch. (Then why bother asking?) Next we had to pull over to wait on our order because the fries were not ready. No problem. When they brought our order, we were only given one of the 3 things we ordered. The woman had to go back inside for the rest of our order. When we left, we realized that they did not include the sauce for my son's chicken nuggets. And my friend ended up with extra chicken nuggets and was shorted a big mac. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

Poor service, didn't listen to us, and we literally had cold cheeseburgers by the time they finally gave them to us. Again because they weren't listening to us. Would not recommend. Even when you're busy, each order is important.

So I pull up to the drive thru and listen to the automated person then I sit there, and sit there, and sit there. It seemed like 2 minutes but maybe it was only a minute. While I'm giving my order, I hear a TOILET FLUSH in the background. OK, I get it, nature calls. However, don't you think it would be better if someone just take over for her while she is indisposed? I got up to the window and one lady tries to hand me my food, but I hand her my debit card because I haven't paid yet. She asked what I had and after I tell her, she turns around and here comes Ms. Wobble, who I assume was the one in the restroom. Ok, now, do I trust that she washed her hands? If she did, do I trust she washed them long enough to do any good? She puts my order into the register and then begins to take 5 MORE ORDERS while my food is sitting there. OK, well, I can understand because I, myself, had sat at that speaker to order when I pulled up. I watch her take the orders, at no time did she ask anyone to pull up, thank anyone, or speak clearly enough to understand what she was saying. In fact, she had to repeat herself to one customer. Ok, I get it, it got really busy in a very short period of time so she was rushing. All this time, there sits my food. This all sounds like I'm being dramatic but I'm not. That is what happened. Please do not let that person take orders. I have had trouble in the past where I didn't hear her say to pull around and therefore, orders got out of order and it was a mess. On the bright side, I received ketchup in my bag, without even asking! That was truly a bonus but how sad that that was the best thing that came out of my visit to this location this morning.

After spending 5 minutes explaining to the lady that I wanted no cheese on my hamburger and telling her to take the cheese off from the order because she kept putting only American cheese she didn’t and we asked to make sure there was no cheese and she said there wouldn’t be. My burger ended up with cheese on it.

Worst experience ever you were forced to use the kiosk the kiosk would not let me close out my order to pay. I went up to the register to ask to order there they told me no. When I ask them how to allow the kiosk to let me pay, she said, hit the skip button which was not visible and was not there and then she made a funny face. I would not recommend this McDonald’s. It’s ridiculous that they couldn’t take two seconds to walk back and assist me with this.

Order 2 double cheeseburger and only get charged for 1 so only got 1 double cheeseburger. Ordered 2 to get deal. They wouldn’t fix since and cashier never offered a receipt.

The service was horrible. No kids for cups were given the wrong order. When we mentioned it was wrong the young lady at the register gave us an attitude like we served ourselves the wrong order. The burgers we ordered were just thrown together. The meat was falling off the bun.

I don't know why I keep torturing myself by going here. I try to stop here in the mornings to get breakfast cause it's close to my job. They are slow and disorganized. I was sitting in the line before anyone else pulled up and they still took 3 orders before mines. When I received my order and went to work I got the wrong order. Horrible. Will screw up your order and won’t provide a receipt. Was charged for an adult happy meal received no toy. Charged for a deluxe chicken Sandwich but received the regular sandwich. Also was charged for a child toy b/c they were out of adult happy meal toys and they still didn’t give me the toy I was charged extra for. Mistakes happen I’m a very understanding person but don’t charge me for items then deny me items purchased b/c you guys ran out of receipt rolls.

I placed an order thru the mobile app. Somehow my preferred location was changed and the order went to the McDonald's store on 25 Thornton st akron oh. On March 11th at 615am. I called 5 times. They answered 2 times once a man and once a woman, I told them my problem asked to cancel the order and refund my money. They both hung up on me then didn't answer the phone the next 3 times I called. So now I won't get my food or my $ back. Obviously the employees they have working there are lazy and don't want to do their job. The customer service I received from this McDonald's was the worst customer service I've gotten in my lifetime. I highly recommend never going to this McDonald's as their employees are rude, unfriendly, offer horrible customer service and if u call and they answer they will act like you are doing something wrong then hang up on u. B4 they hang up on u they make sure to say that ur an idiot and not to call back. I'm going to call the BBB and report this issue

Crispy chicken was a plain fried chicken breast on toast.  No pickle,  no other condiments.  Quarter pounder delux was -ice cold- and the bun was stale.  Large fry costs $4 and was halfway full. Fries,  as usual,  were hot and fresh.The only register was *closed* (there was a sign directing your customers to use the kiosk. There was a sign on the kiosk directing cash customers to order at the closed register. So if you wanted to come in and pay with cash;  oh well. Cash customers be aware; McDonald's no longer wants your business. And the kiosk was out of receipt paper *as it always is*. The employee asked me if I had the togo order and when I nodded,  handed me two cups. That was the final straw. I didn't ask for a 'do it myself' order.  I asked for a to-go order. I know you think things cost more,  so you have to charge more. **I PAID WHAT YOU ASKED** And I was still cheated by poor service, bad food,  half-portions and your employees wanting me to do thier job for them.

They lock the doors and it’s not even 7:30 yet. Just walked away. Last time they did this, I ordered on the app for them to deliver my food to spot 1. Waited about 20 mins while I see my food just sitting on the counter! Girl looked at me standing at spot 1 a couple time then kept looking back at her phone. Had to wait for a customer on the inside to leave for me to go in and get my food which was cold at this point. Literally wasted my time and money at this location.

Daughter was just waiting for food for almost an hour...ordered online went through the drive thru only for them to say they had to remake there food cause they gave it to the car in front of them so then they waited another 20 mins and yet get home and the food is wrong...This is by far the worst McDonald's location ever.

If you don’t open the dining room until 7am that should not only show that online but on the door.

Never in my life had to ask for a refund from a fast food place due to having to wait 45 minutes for food with no one in the store. Absolutely atrocious look for a mcdonald’s.

I found out McDonald’s uses Tyson chicken that changes my entire world. I tried there new chicken nuggets and they were too hard for my old teeth… I used to enjoy the chicken nuggets now it’s a hard pass.

Was there today 6/18/25 at 2:20 p.m. Walked up to the counter to order. My daughter and I were the only 2 people in line. The employee walks up to the register and I said hi. No response. She just stares at us. I ask if she’s going to take our order? She asks if we used the kiosk and I tell her we didn’t. She tells us to use the kiosk. I ask if we had to. She said yes, they were too busy right now. There was no one else at the counter! So we left without ordering. Please check your cameras and train this employee.

I work near this one and this is the second time I've done a mobile order for curbside and sat and waited. Ended up having to go inside just for them to tell me the machine didn't work and they didn't have my item. I mean a quick run outside to let me know would've been nice

Dude..... We went there and they gave my wife a bun so HARD right. That she knocked on it and I heard it from across the room! After...making us wait for "fresh" fries for 9 mins. The nuggets and fries was even half stale. We was both forget it and ate those anyway..went back and they say extra onions right, we say yeah.we get home no onions 😞..... and one 🍔 was shaped like a Mario Bros 🍄 ,I would put no stars but then I couldn't post this.
