Amilicar and Silvino worked the poolside bar the week we were there and were amazing. I didn’t get the lady working alongside them but she was awesome too. Super friendly, super fun!

Best Food in any of the Restaurants we ate at during our stay at the Grand Sirenis. Completely bowled over by how good the food and service was here, they just couldn't do enough. The setting is great with lovely backdrop of the beach and cove at sunset.
Incredible place. The staff are legends and the drinks real good. Sat there all day several times during my stay here and would happily do so again

lots of seating. quick service and a huge variety of drinks. I asked for a type of tequila that they didnt have and they went and got some. Lots of English flock to this area.

Forma parte del complejo Gran Sirenis Riviera Maya. Esta muy cerca del restaurante Rodizio (que por las mañanas es buffet de desayuno). Piscina poco profunda para que los niños puedan jugar y zona dotada de animacion a diario. En el bar se pueden encontrar múltiples tipos de cócteles aunque por su casuística y despacho a granel pierden la calidad y el sabor característico de cada uno de ellos. Habitualmente hay gente pero.siempre se puede hacer un hueco para pedir tu bebida. La.velocidad del.servicio no es mala si bien si alguien viene de alguna ciudad Europea donde todo vaya "muy deprisa" le puede parecer un servicio muy lento.
El lugar paradisíaco. Los combinados flojitos. Aún así es una pasada.

Nice place for drink and chill with music. But, it's quite busy place, always is something going on here and it is not easy to find a free chair here :D

Very nice . Such ashame was let down yet again by the dolphin park . How can the swimming pool be bigger than the concrete cell the dolphins live in . Empty the tanks
Very slow service which leads to it appearing busier than it actually is. Drinks were good though.
