Terrific bar with draft Guinness and other tasty brews with a quaint friendly vibe, tourists including Limeys are welcome , Irish flag hanging from the ceiling makes it a homely bar

What a great joint! They don't make 'em like this anymore. We had Guinness and watched the Bears beat the Packers in a wild wildcard.

Great place for locals. Older crowd. The owner is local also, I consider that a plus. All sorts of local team memorabilia on the wall. Not trendy or hipster very bay area authentic.

Got to love this place. The owner is a great guy cracks jokes and makes you feel at home. Inside the bar you will find his collection. Pictures with famous people, sports memorabilia and nostalgic beer knickknacks. Did I mention you can smoke inside!! My type of bar.

It's a Bart station. Call Bart attendants are angry and not willing to help and not necessarily the best at customer service but I still get where I'm going when I want to go on BART

Convenient. Puts you close to most of downtown Oakland. I did have to Narcan an unhoused person right outside the station as bystanders and MACRO representatives watched them dying.

I wanted to like the place. The bartender was extremely friendly and the ambiance chill. But it was a challenge to find a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy watching the NBA game. And I'm wondering why the $6 dollar hold put on my card is still hanging out there. (I don't run into this anywhere else, so the whole "it's your bank" thing doesn't fly). I was ready and willing to pay cash... Anyway if you go here, pay with cash.
