Starbucks Alamo Reviews
I had a young man named Garrison who was very helpful and suggested a Malt Mocha that was very good. Great service. My favorite place to get coffee on Saturdays.
I was in a huge rush to make an appointment with a client but needed to build a proposal...I stopped in to just power up my computer and the staff at this location had no problem with it. I'm thankful I could use the outlet. Cheers!!
Discovered a cold brew with one pump of SF vanilla and cold foam. Love their egg bites and can't resist the petite lemon scones.
We got there at closing on the way home. Got a iced shaken espresso and it was perfect. Checked out the cups and found some fun new designs. No complaints on the restrooms.
Onlything open in Alamo at 5:30 am. Fast curious service.
Regular starbucks.. staff is great and they are super friendly. Lots of seating outside to meet up with friends. Closes early like 6-6.30 pm i think.
Very kind the lady at the window of the drive through..
Almost always busy. Should improve pick up area. Make it larger and where customers can grab their drinks with out waiting in line when you order online. Not friendly employees. Food and coffee is very good. I love cold coffee.
I like the sign saying to be kind and friendly too your fellow people. I found the store to be up to that standard with a friendly staff and very good service. The drive-thru was pretty busy so it's faster just to walk in. Also there's indoor and outdoor seating areas that were socially distance and readily available. A well-run little shop with nice staff.
The person taking the order! Super awesome, maximized my star benefits, and patient with my wild children.

Clean, friendly, drinks were made 👌 Special thanks for the bathroom, it was so clean and smelled fresh ❤

Nice location. No matter if you choose to sit inside and take in the atmosphere or outside to experience the quietness of Alamo, Wifi here is fast and those behind the counter are super-friendly and helpful. Drinks here are well-made and after a couple visits, they know your name and make you feel welcome.
The only Starbucks that I've found that actually has mugs available! Although now I can see why they generally don't advertise it, lol. But that's ok, I don't think anyone comes to Starbucks for their artisnal abilities. The coffee tasted just like it always does (but slightly better because it was in a mug).
Orderly. Efficient. Quick service. Can order in person or mobile. No indoor seating. Only outdoor seating (seating is on three sides of the building) or takeout. Required to wear a mask 😷 to enter. Baristas are behind high plexiglass walls. This location is clearly marked where to go and where to stand to maintain social distancing between the baristas and the customers.

Always enjoy a cup of CE green tea and something from the bakery. I ordered banana nut bread today.
Appear good business on Tuesday am.

Very busy, small place. Nice outside seating. 3-stars because the bathroom was scuzzy and the 20-something female barrista called me "Hon" at least 4 times!

We had a long wait and it seem as though if you knew the employees you would get your order quick. But we waited 20 minutes for our drinks after we ordered them.

Mobile order. I let them know and it still took forever like over 10 minutes. I had to remind them while my food n drinks sat behind them on their counter. Not cool. Not fast and no apologies.
I’ve been a daily customer at this Starbucks, but today was disappointing. I brought my own cup and simply asked for ice and water, only to be told that a new policy prohibits them from providing it for free. It’s frustrating that a basic courtesy, offered for years, has now been taken away. While the employees were professional in explaining the rule, the policy itself is unwelcoming and disappointing, especially for regular customers. A coffee shop should feel like a community space, not just a transaction.
