Highly recommended for lunch or dinner. They have a very good daily menu. The food is excellent and the service is fantastic, especially from Joana and Maite.
The food is very good, the food is excellent for the price of the menu, a girl named Yeny is super friendly and the service is very good. I recommend it for meals with friends, alone or with family.
Jeny served us and was very pleasant. Even though we were looking at the menu, she listened to us and advised us in a very friendly and kind manner. And the food was very good, although we expected the fries to be fried instead of piled high, but they were still very good. We'll be back.
Good food and excellent service. Despite a couple of reviews I've seen about the staff and the blonde girl, I personally find her to be a very attentive and professional waitress (or manager). I always go there whenever I have an appointment at the hospital, and we always leave delighted. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews; this is coming from someone who's been in the hospitality industry for years.
The menu is varied and the quality is quite good for the price. The service is quick and attentive. Reservations are accepted.
We went for lunch as a group of three, and apart from forgetting to bring one of our plates, no one approached us the entire time we were eating to ask us anything, which is unusual. It's normal for them to come to the table occasionally to ask if everything is alright, if we need anything, etc. Furthermore, the prices were exorbitant.
I've been there a couple of times. The food was good, the place was nice, but the waitresses were quite arrogant and rude. The last time we left without eating, we arrived 10 minutes before the set menu and were treated quite poorly. We didn't even have the option to have a beer and a tapa before the scheduled time. Luckily, there are other places to go that appreciate your visit.
The food is the only redeeming feature of the establishment. The waitress was very curt and the wait was endless (approximately 1 hour). On the plus side, the menu includes both dessert and coffee, which is a nice touch. If there's nothing else to eat, I recommend it; otherwise, it's best to avoid it.
The food is good, but the waiters are fighting among themselves all day and leave everything unattended. There are some elderly people next to me, and I treated them very badly for being a little slower to order. It's a shame.
I went for breakfast, and when I order toast, I don't expect to get something like this... "micro-toast," with a blob of tomato on one side and nothing else. No other oil, no salt, and no cutlery... It was definitely a place I'd go to eat at from time to time, but now I'm saying I won't be back.
I've been to this place twice. The first time, it was perfect. Friendly, quality, and good prices. I ordered the set menu. The second time, I was encouraged by the experience I'd had on my first visit, but I was disappointed. There were no free tables, and they offered me a stool next to the bar to eat. I accepted without any problem. Then I asked for the set menu and was told they were out of set menus; it was 3 p.m., and they offered me a sandwich, a hamburger, or a mixed plate. I ordered a mixed plate, a drink, a coffee, and a dessert. Just like the day before, I'd ordered the set menu, which included two dishes, a drink, coffee, and dessert. My surprise came when I asked for the bill. Why did they charge me for each item separately? Having paid €13 for a full menu the day before, they charged me €22.80 for just one dish. I'm not complaining about those prices—I don't know. I'm complaining about the fact that they didn't warn me that since there were no set menus, the prices would be different, or that they would have given me the set menu, where I would have seen the price and chosen the one that best suited my situation. When I complained when they brought me the bill, they told me that this is something they always warn me about. They didn't warn me, and that I could have also chosen a starter or main course, which they didn't offer me either. That's why I felt ripped off. Of course, I don't plan on returning.
I had high expectations because they have a good menu and everything looks delicious, but it fell short of them. Starting with the service, which was terrible. We were served by a dark-haired waitress with long, curly hair, who was very unpleasant and unfriendly. They brought us a dish of garlic that was not only spoiled but also overpriced. When we complained that the dish was bad, instead of apologizing and offering us something else, they simply threw away what was left on the tray and charged us for the entire portion. I don't recommend this place because of the service and the bad impression it made.
I'm giving them one star because I can't give them less, because that tapas bar is a disgrace, to say the least. We sat down for lunch on Friday, and the waiters kept walking past us, seeing us and ignoring us. We asked one of them to serve us, and he said he didn't have time. So we decided to get up, and when we did, a girl who was just passing by and collecting dirty dishes told us she'd take our order. What a disgrace of inexperienced waiters!
Absolutely terrible, the clientele is zero. I ordered a mixed platter, which consisted of beef, potatoes, and egg. The beef was super dry, the raw egg, and the potatoes were frozen, not homemade. I won't be back. Very bad. I recommend it, don't leave.
