Love ordering the Mediterranean Panini for lunch with the side or sautéed garlic. I’m a little bum that the side menu was removed from GrubHub. I used to always order an extra order of fries or sweet potato fries, and I can’t order them anymore online. Honestly, I hate calling places so I’ve been ordering from other places lately so I really hope you guys fix the GrubHub menu . Kind of a bummer. Hope you guys fix it soon

I don't know about most of you, but I am a neat wrap kind of guy. I hate wraps that break apart after just one bite. Their wraps have great flavor (well most of them), but just cant stay together. If i was home I wouldn't mind, however, I am at work and do not need to mess up my clothes due to all the food coming out with each bite.

A little on the pricey side if you ask me (9-11$ for a wrap, smoothies about 6-8$), i only go once in a while but the wraps are good. I've had better smoothies, they're alright. Cute little spot though, don't really leave unsatisfied.

I do not like wraps. But I had a salad. A cobb salad. It was very good but then again there are avocado slices in the salad and bacon. What a combo. Always yummy. You could probably sell me on almost anything with avocados and bacon. The prices are moderate. My friend ate a vegetable wrap. She enjoyed it. there is an assortment of drinks (hot and cold). Wait staff was friendly.

Very sad to even be writing this review right now because That’s a Wrap was one of my favorite places, sometimes 2 times a week I’d order online from there. Ordered a couple items as I was expecting family, and in my mom’s salad she found a long black hair (none of my family members had black hair). Super disappointed by this because we loved their chicken caesar wrap, Cajun chicken wrap, chicken kabobs, sweet potato fries, and smoothies in the past. Hopefully the owners will see this review and improve upon it. Will be taking a lengthy break from ordering here, hopefully when I’m ready again it’ll be better by then (only giving another chance in the future since this was one of my favorite spots)

Bought a "Guilt-Free Philly Wrap" today. As described in there menu, this wrap consists of marinated strips if steak, peppers & onions fused together w/ Cheese & brown rice. My only question is... where is the Steak? If you are looking for a monster wrap stuffed with rice & green peppers, then this is your wrap. Way too much carbs for me. If this place did the right thing, I would be there weekly. Many, many much better places to eat on Crossbay Blvd. I don't give many reviews but this place inspired me to warn others. 1st impressions are big. This is my 1st & will be my last time eating here.

Ok, Firstly let me say this - before today I liked the food, even though there were some off moments for the most part I let that go. I tipped well and every time I ordered my bill was always $30 or more, even though they are a little pricey and the menus online does not match the prices in reality...that to, I let go... My problem today is the customer service apparently because they are busy and my tab does not go over $30 it is a problem to deliver, not only to someone from the neighborhood but to someone who orders there and support their business, it's ok. I will take my business elsewhere and all those who orders with me as well. So keep in mind, if you aren't spending more than $20-30 there you aren't an important customer and you money isn't needed. P.S and that does not include the tip I leave. So because today I was ordering for just me that's a problem what was said was, we are busy right now so I guess my little tab isn't important. That's ok whenever my events are looking for a place to order at least I know where not to order. Thanks and have a good day.

I ordered on DoorDash at 645pm. They close at 8pm on Saturdays. At 756pm I get a message that my order was cancelled because the store closed. Meanwhile that was the time my order should have been delivered already. They should have never accepted the order if 1 hour and 15 min was too late for them to make 2 wraps. What poor business. Never ordering from them again.

My vegetarian burrito had no taste and majority of it had rice, barely any beans or zucchini. We also got a chicken fajita wrap that was so burnt it made the entire wrap taste disgusting. On top of that, there was a hair on the wrap. It was not worth it, too expensive for bad quality food. Not going back there.
