WE ALWAYS BE GETTING THE BBQ BONE & TERIYAKI WINGS, THE LOADED FRIES TOPPED WITH CHEESE AND BACON.. 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 THE MOZZARELLA STICKS ARE UMM YUMMY & I USUALLY EAT THEM PLAIN BECAUSE I USUALLY DON'T LIKE THE MERANADE SAUCE FOR THEM, BUT CHARLEY'S MERANADE SAUCE IS MY FAVORITE AND I CAN EAT MY STICKS WITH IT!!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU TRY THERE FOODS!!!! YOUR IN FOR A TREAT🙏🙏🙏🙏THE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE WITH THE REAL FRUIT IN THE BOTTOM IS DELICIOUS 🤤

I absolutely adore everyone who works there. I work in the mall and I can honestly say that if anyone says they're rude... they're lying. If anyone said they're slow...they were probably busy. And if anyone said they messed up their order...the customer probably wasn't specific enough. The menu is straight forward enough for the average person.

Just left here and the service was fast, the strawberry lemonade is delicious the bacon philly cheese steak magnificent and omg those bacon and cheese fries mmmmm my god, thank you, this food is definitely amazing

I loved it went there back in 2018 dec 31 Got Buffalo cheese steak it was awesome. There strawberry lemonade is sooo good.I have to go back there and get another one.

There ultimate fries are the best! Amazing variety of lemonade, my personal favorite is peach. They have good sandwiches. The hygiene can be better and the service can be quicker!!

Food was disgusting, highly don’t recommend. If I could rate a -5 I would!!!

For the amount of money paid I was disgusted by the service. Not only did they not bother to call off the orders, so I stood there waiting, they treated the food horribly and was barely on the bread when I had received (Bread wasn’t even cooked and was soggy from the wait and poor quality). If I could have gave less than a one star review, I would. Disgusting place with incompetent people run distastefully. Don’t go into the food business if you cannot perform correctly when people pay you to do so.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a sandwich then went across to get my grandson his pizza, came back and my order was totally wrong. No apology, not a single word... they continued waiting on the others behind me and when my sandwich was ready the put it in a tray and said “done!” I’m not going back ever again. Customer service is everything people.

Refused to remake the sandwich and then thru our refund on the counter at us. It was WILD. I understand ppl have bad days but this was not acceptable on any level. Shame because I truly like their sandwiches but that's the last time I will be ordering from their business. $17 for a meal and the sandwich was missing half the meet🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Same franchise restaurants.. Exactly same menu comparison. 1st photo from Queens Center in Rego Park, NY ..2nd photo from Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY.. Choice is yours..period... I think 1st sandwich was made with 2 hands, 2nd sandwich made with 2 feet..

Let’s start by saying it your looking for a place to eat that is sanitary DO NOT GO HERE! The staffed acted as if I was completely out of my mind for asking for my food to be covered up, I understand that dining in they may not always be accustomed to covering up food, but Covid is still an issue just because it’s not a big issue as before Covid procedures still need to be followed dealing with food. Also every staff member had a very nasty attitude as if what I was bothering them by placing an order. Hopefully some training can be done to ensure food safety measures are followed.
