The food was nice. I had a katsu bowl and some other food. You can get free drink refills. The staff were friendly. But the place was dirty. People had to clean their own tables and the bin was full.

Bad experience. Wanted to get a good deal with the whole KFC Hacks deal and ordered my meal and paid through KFC app. The meal arrived late, because the driver kept getting lost with basic directions given. The order was missing my large coleslaw item, although I got charged for it. The wings that were $2 per wing Wednesday special were so greasy that I picked all the coating off to just eat the meat off the bones. I hope they refund my coleslaw order and put a reminder to not order until I see better reviews of them.

Ordered dinner for my family and it did not arrive . Tried to call the store , NO ANSWER??? Drove to the store and the staff are rude and will need to put in a complaint to get my money back in 7-1…

Online pickup at KFC Albany is basically pointless. Ordered at 12:09, waited 30 minutes in-store, then got told to wait another 20 minutes for “fresh” chicken. Finally received it around 1:00pm. Staff said online orders aren’t prepared until you arrive and “check in” — so what’s the point of ordering online? Total waste of time. Won’t be using this again.

Went to pick up some dinner here, these staff and their new manager are very complicated there taking our orders and we're telling them what we want they saying they don't know for everything like they have no idea what we are trying to order. Worst customer service me and my family have ever received.

Dear KFC Management, I am writing as a resident of the neighboring building to raise a serious concern regarding excessive noise caused by your delivery truck unloading at approximately 12:30 AM on a regular basis. The unloading process is extremely loud and significantly disrupts my sleep. As a resident, I find this ongoing disturbance very difficult, especially during late-night hours when people need rest before work and daily responsibilities. I kindly request that you review your delivery schedule and take necessary measures to reduce noise during late-night hours. Adjusting delivery times or implementing quieter unloading procedures would greatly improve the situation. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

This is the second time we have been shorted on our order. Paid for 2 wicked lunch boxes, only received 1. Tried to phone, they will never pick up. Totally disgusting. There were very few cars there, so no queue, no rush at all.

If you want to buy a meal that barely has anything in it, I recommend the Albany location — the portions are tiny and the meat they give you is pathetic. It’s the perfect place if you’re trying to lose weight.

Worst Kfc staff Ive ever come across, they cannot speak basic english. Messed up so many of our orders in the past. Always running out of ingredients. Very slow and the food is average at best.

Ordered via app to beat the cue, app said 6.35 pickup, now after 7 and no sign of food. Tables also unclean and messy. Wouldn't recommend, will not be back.

Ordered food at the drive through. After coming home 5 minutes later I took a bite and I realized how stale and rock hard everything is. Drove back, put the whole order on the counter and wanted a refund, but the guy pulled everything out the bag, kept arguing with me that the food is fine and it’s hard because it’s cold now and that he can’t give me a refund without a receipt. Extremely poor customer service. They definitely hand out old food and all the leftovers at the end of the day. At least own up to the poor quality you serve to paying costumers and don’t argue with them if they are not happy with their order, especially when I only took a bite. Lucky someone that just seemed to start their shift helped me to get my refund.

OMG lunchtime on a Sunday and it's a 10+ minute wait for chicken. The Colonel would not be happy... Had to edit... told to wait in car, after 15 mins, no chicken...went in to the store, and still told to wait. So much for fast food😁😁

asked for a snack BURGER, gravy and a bun. an indian woman tried to upsell us for $3 which we REFUSED MULTIPLE TIMES. when i got my order they UPSELLED my order and added the $3 upsell without my consent, and did NOT include the bun anywhere on the receipt despite confirming we wanted a bun. the upsell included extra sauce, which made the burger yuck. had to throw it away.

Such a disappointed experience. We went to KFC to get dinner, asked the staff can we get 3 drumsticks in each box, the staff said yes. Once we got the food, we double checked with the staff, he said yes, drumsticks are inside. We drove away and checked the food. There are not even one drumstick. We went back to ask, the staff refuse to exchange and was very rude. The staff blame on us held up the queue, as we just asking for the food we ordered. Eventually they exchanged, thanks for the car behind us helped us to talk to the staff. We got home, see what we got with $52, scummy chicken pieces, broken oily box, the food is so disgusting, we can't even eat. We went all the way back to the store, wait in the queue again then got the refund eventually. The manager is very nice, apologize and refund The money. However the whole experience is so bad. The staff who taken the order and handed over the food do need more training and just give cx what they order, it's not that hard right? Not going to KFC albany anymore, ruined our whole night.

I had a Sunday takeout from Albany store - and this time the wicked wings packed were all burnt and tasted weird. Since my loyalty lies - like a sane human I do not open the order to check (trust kfc for their quality) and to my surprise the wicked wings here just “bad quality”. I have attached the images - they were brown, tasted burnt and the krispy texture was just falling out. I am not sure if they re-fried the stock lying around or what. But due to this I had to sleep with half filled as this was my bad dinner and money to waste. Please consider a compensation!

One of the worst KFC’s I have ever experience in Auckland. The staff have no clue how much salt a pack of fries need. I tried one and I throw them in the bin. My order missed 2 item from 5 items that I ordered. Most of the desks were dirty. Can’t imagine how these guy do business here. I will never go there again and I recommend you not to.

We are currently in the drive thru queue... we have been for the past 55 minutes. There are people standing in the order booth chatting. It seems there is no food available and they start cooking the food when you get to the window. The girl on the order box needs to let people know of the wait. I know it's dinner time, but this is insane, and can only come down to a lack of organization. No apology about the wait, the guy at the window just laughed.
