I got delivery and the woman was perky and delightful. I wish I had gotten her name. The food was fantastic! One cheese and one pepperoni and they were the big party style pizzas and once it hit our party table almost all of it was gone from how delicious it was My coworkers enjoyed it I enjoyed it and it was a wonderful price! Worth every penny and just the perfect amount of crust and cheese and sauce and the best part was it did not affect my acid reflux like other places do. Will definitely be ordering from here more often for parties and such! 🍕😋🤤❤️

Happen to be walking by today! Had our car in for repair nearby. We ordered a couple of pizza slices : pepperoni, green and red peppers and onions! It was delicious. It was the best pizza we had since being in Naples. We found a new place to go back! The lady, from south Troy was awesome. So friendly, Welcoming and helpful. She was authentic and added some humor to our indoor dining!! Hope you continue with your success!! Jack n John

I love this place. Moved to Albany in April '24 and this is one of my favorite places. Last night I was drunk and ordered two pizzas extra crispy and not only were the pizzas perfect, but I fell asleep while waiting outside for them and the driver spent 10 minutes trying to call me and I'm thankful he stayed to make sure I was ok. I apologized so profusely. Pizza Central has good people. 🤘

The lady and gentlemen at this place was awesome. My first time and hands down the best pizza I have had. I travel all over the place due to work. So I try different places all the time. I will be back for sure. They treat ya like they known ya for ever. True hand made pizza. Hawaiian pizza! Fresh cut pineapple and ham home made sauce and true hand tossed. What more could you ask for. Thank y'all for a good experience!

I just moved and I never order delivery. I assumed I'd get a text or call when the order was on the way. Dominic yelled at me on the phone because he was knocking on doors and honking his horn and nobody came out. I waited 5 minutes and he came back with my pizza that had now been riding around in a car for the last 20 minutes. The pizza didn't smell right, it seemed something was spoiled. I asked for a refund and I was yelled at and told they would never take another order from me. I drove the pizza back to the shop but still not seeing a refund.

Ordered delivery and the pizza was just okay. While I was eating my pizza, I saw a long piece of hair on my pizza. At first I thought my hair must’ve fell or something but when I looked, this piece of hair came straight the scalp (the bulb was on it) and it was embedded in the cheese! Literally! So whoever is making these pizzas aren’t wearing hair nets. I was really upset and disgusted! I couldn’t believe it. I will never come back to this place again.

Got a set of coupons in the mail from the pizzeria. When I called to place an order and use one of the coupons, was told that coupon didnt exist and even volunteered to bring it in so they could see it and the guy said that wouldn't even matter. When asked why they sent it in the mail, was told they didn't send it and hung up on me. I tried using the family deal for $47.

ZERO STARS Ordered a Sicilian pizza and 24 wings extra crispy Received the food relatively fast considering we ordered crispy wings ate the first container of crispy wings and open the second container to find an almost raw chicken wing just placed ever so carefully on top of the rest of the wings. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Called back to see what they said about us receiving this practically raw surprise and was met with a very very rude employee/manager swearing by that they were cooked and refused any compensation because the wings were cooked after dealing with this inconvenience I decided to throw away the entirety of the meal. Never eating here again WASTED MONEY
