Appethaize Albee Square Reviews
Everytime I come here, it's so friggin bomb. The service is 10/10 and so is the food. Sure all they got is chicken, but they know how to make those dang chicken strips
Wow, quick and yummy as always. This is why it's one of the standards in the industry. Thank you Raising Cane's. It is always a pleasure to eat there.
Hands down, the best part of this raising Cane's is the food - that chicken is the bomb Love that everything on the menu is all amazing. Staff was super nice and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Can't go wrong here!
Samantha was amazing and so is all her crew! Food: I ordered the three-piece chicken finger combo that included three chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast and sweet tea. My food was fresh and tasty! I'll be sure to try the chicken sandwich next. Service: The staff was amazing and were friendly. The GM of the store took our order and served us. She was kind and introduced me to the Raising Cane's culture. Final thought: place was busy but we got our food fast. Place was also clean. Great location.
Raising Cane’s is a reliable spot for a quick and delicious meal. The chicken fingers are always crispy and flavorful, and the sauce is a must-have—though I always end up grabbing extra! The staff is friendly and service is fast, even during busy peak hours. Overall, a great place for tasty comfort food.
Canes is Canes - this location was not crazy busy. I was able to ask the for fires extra crispy so for anyone complaining about the fries… just ask! I wasn’t brave enough to also ask for the bread buttered on both sides… maybe next time…
Visited this location several times. The chicken is always hot and crispy, amongst the best of the fried chicken joints. Their fries on the other hand, are always warm at best and always mushy,,never crispy and hot. They basically make just two things, chicken and fries, I just don't understand why they can't get both right.
The fried chicken is spectacular, but there just isn’t enough of it. You get very small chicken fingers, and the rest of the plate is just fries and bread. The sauce is good, but definitely overrated thanks to tiktok, it mostly tastes like vinegar, pretty good yes, but not the mystical experience people make it out to be. Fries are good and they offer free refills on drinks. This is in a great location, near a parking lot with plenty of other stores around. The place itself is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. Ordering is easy, and it’s usually not too busy. The bathroom is clean, there are plenty of tables, and the atmosphere is relaxed.
I friend told me about this chain. I decided to give it a try. The service was fast and accurate at the drive through; perhaps the fastest I've experienced in years. I got a three piece tender combo. I wasn't particularly impressed but it was good. I got a sweet tea and that was fairly good for an LA fast food restaurant. I didn't think I would find a place that serves southern style sweet tea. 🤩
Raising Cane's in Long Beach is an excellent fast food spot. The staff is always friendly and quick to take care of your needs. The chicken tenders are golden and crispy on the outside and juicy and flavorful on the inside. The Cane's sauce is a perfect accompaniment to the tenders and gives an extra punch of flavor. All the sides are wonderfully simple, yet tasty. The prices are incredibly affordable and the portions are generous. The location is also convenient, right in the heart of Long Beach.
First time at a Raising Cane. This is a newer location with a large seating area and a spinning disco ball inside. I stopped by during early evening and the drive thru was packed as was the restaurant inside. I opted for the 4 piece chicken finger combo and it was good. The chicken fingers didnt feel too greasy and I think partly because they fry in smaller batches as you order. The breading is fairly light and seemed to fall off a bit as I devoured them. Fries, coleslaw and toast was good too. All in all, I'll come back probably when it's a little less busy.
So sad how the chicken came out.. I wait extra time for it to be well done and crispy. It still had flour on several pieces out of a tailgate platter. I clearly asked for Hot sauce and ketchup and they gave me 12 Cajun.. The kids don't eat Cajun, it takes over 40 mins just to get to this location in LB.
Is it just me or their food portions got smaller? Maybe just the take out? The fries are not a lot, chicken fingers definitely gotten smaller, and the bread? What the! The price has gotten up too, I included a picture of most recent prices. Do not recommend this location, the sauce was the best, 2 stars for the sauce, bro not worth the $. That’s my review, see for yourself.
They, genuinely, got my entire order wrong. I ordered half/half sweet and unsweet tea with a 3 finger combo only toast. I got a generic 3 finger combo and lemonade instead. Crazy work bc i can see they got it right on the receipt so what happened between me ordering and getting the order.
The Canes employees here park their non-EV Cars in the EV spots even when there is other parking available leaving the EV spots unavailable for people who have actual EVs. Something needs to be done about this and I will be reporting this to Blink and Canes Corporate if this continues.
I went through the drive through late at night hoping to have no problems. But when I get home I find that I was only given 2 chicken tenders and not three. Very annoying as i should at least get what I paid for….
Their management needs better customer service. We ordered 2 of the 4 pc combos and we asked for extra fries instead of coleslaw. We received extra toast instead of extra fries and they forgot our extra sauce we paid for. We called and the First Lady we spoke to said she was a manager and we could bring our receipt and they’d replace our order. Then she said let me get someone higher up which they said they were the general manager. The general manager kept saying that no they can’t fix it, it’s not their fault and she couldn’t stay on the phone with us and hung up. Why are there two managers saying something different within the same call? The general manager was rude, unprofessional and shouldn’t be employed that represents a restaurant like Raising Canes.
