One of my favorite wine stores, the weekender is a great option with 3 pre-selected wines; normally a white, a rose, and a red. for $30 plus tax
Amazing wonderful staff, very helpful on making a decision.
Great wine selection and very helpful and friendly staff. They give great recommendations and they are dog friendly!
Great selection and knowledgeable staff. They are always happy to provide a recommendation based on my preference.
My fav neighborhood wine & spirit store! Everyone is always friendly, selection is price friendly too and they do points! Best place in the neighborhood!
Always friendly staff and great wine selection. I find myself just taking trips to look around. My go to wine stop!
Love their wine selection. Great price points as well and the staff are all so lovely and knowledgeable.
A fantastic wine bar. The bartender John made the experience even better and learned more about storing open bottles of wine and sparkling. Will be back soon!
My go-to liquor spot since they opened about 8 years ago. A refreshing change from the typical bank-style liquor shops — this place has character. The staff are always helpful and up for a good conversation. Great selection, weekly specials, free tastings, and convenient hours. It’s one of those local gems that sets Clinton Hill apart from all the other neighborhoods
I swept in here over the holidays recently, and was astounded at how easy they made it for me to buy 5 bottles of wine and a few accessories for a dinner party. I was on a time crunch and the woman who helped me knew her stuff and had me in and out in about 8 minutes flat, complete with wine pairings for my beef bourguignon and salads and sides that turned out to be delicious and very reasonably priced. I’ve been in a few more times. The shop itself is great: airy with a broad selection of old world, new world reds and whites with fun and helpful labels, a good wall of spirits, even sake and canned cocktails. I don’t mind traveling 10 extra minutes for the service and selection.
Great selection and wonderful friendly staff! Always discover new favorite bottles here!
Love this place. Such a great selection of wines and awesome descriptions under each wine. Super organized and surprisingly affordable. They’re also dog friendly which is so convenient when I’m walking my pup to grab wines they even gave him treats. My new fav spot to get wines !
I love them!! The service is amazing! Everyone is friendly and they actually know about each and every product in the store!! They even tell you which meals it goes best with. Great place to find some dinner wine. Check them out.. I promise you the service and the atmosphere is beautiful.

I love have this wine shop so close to home. First of all, the decor is adorable, all pink. They have a great selection of wines and good prices for high quality. I love their descriptions and it's easy to see what each wine pairs well with.
A delicious selection of affordable wines from all sorts of backgrounds, highlights on products sold by women winemakers, and a choice of bottles sold across the street at Tailfeather wine bar (gives you a real neighbourly feel). The revamped rewards program is somewhat unusual and unrewarding; I was explained I have to purchase 25 bottles over 3 months to get a 25$ gift card, after which the clock resets. If you buy at a rate less than 2 bottles a week, it’s not something worth signing up for (as I discovered after about a year of purchases).

be prepared to be carded ... even if you're a senior citizen ... addendum ... walking by monday night around 8:50pm and pointed out the very nice display of inclusive flags on display to walking companion and shared my "i recently got carded here" story. had literally stopped, facing the store and watched as the shopkeeper turned off the lights. i know i'm old but still ... why? ... oh, well.

Great wine selection however very poor customer service. Started before I even got to step into the store but considering I made a journey just to check out this wine shop I still waited to enter. No greeting. No offer to help. Didn’t offer a receipt and when I asked for one the woman at the register shrugged her shoulders and said the printer didn’t work. Won’t be returning.
I always leave Tipsy with a great bottle of wine and a smile on my face! Excellent choices of wines, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Friends from Manhattan who go with me always say they wish they had a Tipsy in their neighborhood! EDIT DEC 2024: The wine selection is unrecognizable under new ownership/buyer. Gone are the small woman-owned wineries and thoughtful selections. Very disappointing as a loyal customer.

Update: I presented my NY DL at that time. Anyway I never go there since then. I wonder will they refuse to sell me wine if i go there with my baby boy who is 3 years old....lol I was picking up a bottle of wine before going home. Very strangely, the cashier asked to see the ID of my friends, who were just waiting for me to get my wine. The cashier refused to sell me the wine because one of my friend doesn't have an American ID. My friend brought her Hongkong government ID and she is 22. She has used this ID to purchase alcohol in new york for over a year now. I don't understand why I can't buy the wine because she doesn't have an American ID; and it's really non of her buisness. I'm very very upset. Angry.
