Self service posto all'interno del centro commerciale le Serre molto frequentato. Cucina con sempre almeno 3 primi classici ed abbondanti, 3 secondi e contorni. Buffet di antipasti assortiti. Vetrinetta com dolci e macedonie. Accanto caffetteria con vendita di porzioni pizza e panini. Un ottimo servizio nel centro commerciale.

Ho mangiato con i miei genitori di passaggio. Ottima scelta di primi, secondi, dolci. Peccato, mancavano insalate altrimenti la 5a stella sarebbe arrivata. Buone le porzioni per essere a pranzo. Tutto pulito, ordinato. Personale gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Adatto per pausa pranzo, il cibo è ottimo e sempre buono e vario, fanno anche ottime pizze. Un po' troppo stretti i tavoli e lo spazio tra di essi e, per me, decisamente troppo rumoroso. Prezzi nella media.

Excellent self-service. Very fair prices, a good variety of dishes. There's also a bar next door that bakes homemade Ligurian focaccia all day. The coffee is also excellent, and there's also a tobacconist next door, so a more than complete service.

At the mall entrance, for breakfast, lunch, or a tasty takeout meal. Lower prices with your Coop membership card. Friendly and fast service. Good products also available inside the mall for take-home purchases.

I had the opportunity to have lunch today. The food was very good, with unique dishes. I had a delicious fusilli pasta with cream, eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and capers. The staff was very friendly.

As for us, we've gone from a medium/low rating to very low. Meanwhile, the menu is always the same in both summer and winter. The flavor is identical throughout. Prices have gone up recently, and frankly, spending €30 for two people for a first course, a second course, two side dishes, water, and a coffee is too much, especially considering the quality. If you want to take away any food you haven't eaten, they charge 70 cents for a disposable container, something no one has ever charged us. I'll refrain from commenting on the staff because everyone is "supporting" their families. We'll never return; for their survival, it's a good thing they overhaul several things in terms of quality and organization.

If you want to witness arguments during service (even if they break out over a single coffee order), this is the place for you! No comments on the employees' faces while they're working; give up your seat to those who would be happy to smile and have a job, instead of taking your unhappiness out on the customers. I'm not surprised they have a sign asking for staff every 10 days. The desserts are good, and the tobacconist is functional.

A classic lunchtime eatery at a reasonable price. The space and staff could be better organized, including paying at the counter (everything was cold when you got to your table). The first course was too al dente, the second course and side dish were average, but the fruit salad was good. You can customize your menu at different prices. In conclusion, there are better options, but it's fine if you have no other options.

10 minuti per mettere due bottigliette d'acqua sul vassoio appoggiato al bancone, e dopo altri 10 minuti, nessuno aveva ancora portato nulla e il vassoio era ancora fermo sul bancone, ordine completo. Mia madre è dovuta andare a prendere il vassoio da sé e portarlo al tavolo.

Very negative experience I was with my family and was breastfeeding my baby, sitting for a few minutes on a chair at an empty table next to ours. An employee aggressively reprimanded me, forcing me to move while I was breastfeeding because the table was marked "reserved." I was not offered any discreet alternative, but was instead asked to sit among the people, in a humiliating situation. The worst part is that that table remained empty for a long time after the incident. In Italy, breastfeeding is a right. What happened demonstrates a lack of respect, sensitivity, and education toward mothers and children. I will not return, and I do not recommend this place to families.

The owners are as kind as bricklayers' sandpaper, the owners are truly awful, the girls hired are exceptional employees... I won't go back because I don't want to give money to people like that.

Bad experience with the coffee shop. We arrive and get a receipt for two crodini. The girl at the counter invites us to sit at the table and serves them... 15 minutes pass, there are three of us, and in the meantime the bar is filling up. I get up and, showing the receipt, ask for the crodini. She looks at me pissed off and says they're coming now. I sit down and five minutes later her colleague arrives with the two glasses in her hand, not even a tray, and literally slams the glasses on the table... rude, incompetent, poorly organized, and so on... Changing jobs? A real pain in the ass... never again...
