Que du bon, service au top, très bons plats (excellente cataplana), qualité, quantité et prix plus que raisonnables. Équipe de serveuses et serveurs très sympathique, je recommande vivement.

Heerlijke verse zeebaars met friet en salade gegeten, voor een prima prijsje 17 euro. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel!

Das Cataplana und die garlic mushrooms waren sehr lecker 👍 Auch die gold bream war sehr lecker. Die Pizza war so lala, aber deshalb fährt man ja auch nicht nach Portugal 😉

We love this restaurant and the resort. We have been there three times and would highly recommend it! Beautiful restaurant with Al fresco dining by the pool surrounded by beautiful olive trees and garden. Staff very friendly and attentive, very patient with the kids! Lovely vibe all together and the grilled fish amazing!!

Really good food, tapas is lovely. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Entertainment every night until about 11.40pm

Today the young man serving was an unpleasant presence, he kept up a continuous whining to an elder at the bar and his whole attitude towards his guests ie customers was one of disinterest. It rather spoiled our enjoyment of what could have been a pleasant meal. If you walk in and the guy serving is rather big and youngish looking, with glasses, just keep going and enjoy your meal elsewhere. At all other times, do take your meal as the food is good. Service & Attitude matter in the hospitality branch. 😬

We gingen hier dineren met 5 volwassenen en 3 kinderen.Zelf zalm met vegetables en frites besteld smaakte goed. En als toetje orange pie met bolletje chocoijs. Wat ik miste is een kleurplacemat voor kinderen en een tip geef een speeltje bij de kindermaaltijd. En een binnenspeel gelegenheid ballenbak zou fijn zijn. Was nu erg druk daardoor niet alles compleet. Werd wel meteen in orde gemaakt door het personeel. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Een aanrader.

Eerste keer eten in Portugal, was lekker en de bediening was top. Ik heb een chicken salad gegeten en die was goed, ook een assortiment look broodjes en dat was zeer lekker.

In general the food is good, however I did not like their pizza. Service can be really slow if it's crowded, once we waited for more than half an hour because they did not want to notice us. Usually there is some kind of entertainment (live music, karaoke etc.) too.

I’ve eaten at Buganvília Restaurant & Bar several times and it’s always been a pleasure. The food is delicious and fresh, with generous portions and a nice variety to choose from. Whether it’s seafood, grilled dishes, or something more traditional, everything we tried was well-cooked and full of flavor. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, always making sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, perfect for a casual dinner or a drink at the bar. It’s the kind of place you come back to with confidence, knowing you'll have a good time. Highly recommended if you're in the area and looking for good food and great service!

Das Lokal war nur mäßig besucht. Trotzdem hat man unsere Bestellung zuerst vergessen und dann kam auch noch das falsche Essen. Das Essen war OK aber zu teuer. Die Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und sichtlich bemüht, die Fehler der Kollegen wieder gutzumachen. Daher gibt es noch 3 Sterne.

Food was not great. Kids even disappointed with their spaghetti. Of course I had the sardines and they where as fresh as it gets. But nothing special. There was some entertainment and the guy was doing his best.

Sangrias fracas cocktails igual...muito pouco álcool

first 2 times, food was ok, even if that overpriced. third time - that was literally basic and not good quality at all, made from chip frozen products from supermarket, but charged, as for a restaurant dish. Please never order hake and alfagar style pasta - you will be really disappointed. Nice thing regarding playground near by, if you are with children.

We visited this restaurant twice as the first visit was pretty good, I had golden bream, my son had a pizza. Our second visit, I ordered the prawns in chilli and garlic, which were from frozen and rubbery with lots of butter and no flavour. Then I had steak which was tough and chewy, my son ordered the chicken and he said it was also not very good. I guess it's hit and miss but we didn't really have many options near us.

Great location however services its not matching it. On a good day- when lady with dark hair is working service it's great. Any other time its poor. Lack of acknowledgement. You can easily wait 30 mins just to get menu. One night we received pizza with tomato ketchup instead of pizza sauce on it. Lady in short blonde hair looks like its a punishment for her to work. Mainly fried food in dirty oil.

Können leider keine Bewertung abgeben. Weil wir erst draußen saßen und haben die Speicherkarte bekommen. Sind dann aber rein gegangen weil uns zu kalt war. Haben die Speisekarte mitgenommen und haben mindestens 25 Minuten gewartet um Getränke und Speisen aufzugeben. Trotz Blickkontak kahm keiner. Darauf sind wir mit 4 Personen aufgestanden und gegangen.

Pizzaen var ikke god - frysepizza?. Bestil ikke. Kødet overstegt, grønsagerne som tilbehør smager som om de kommer fra frost og ikke har fået salt. Fisken smagte godt Ville ikke spise der igen når der er andre restauranter i samme prisleje og langt bedre mad indenfor kort afstand

We dined here 30/05/25 with a booking at 7pm. It took 3 hours and we only had mains! The service was terrible and there were more than enough staff. They were just so disorganised. We were 4 ad and 4 kids. We were offered if the kids wanted meals straight away which we said yes to and one of the kids waited over 1.5 hrs for her food. We also had to go to the bar ourselves as drinks we ordered didn’t arrive. This is our 4th trip to Alfagar and I wouldn’t recommend eating here. There is a lot better choice within the vicinity. They put a service charge or €18.14 on our bill - which even was hard to pay having asked several staff members can we pay and eventually going to the bar to pay. Food was grand but nothing to write home about.
