Great variety of sushi and very good, the servers were very friendly I would definitely eat there again, they have good prices for the portions.

The food is super exquisite and the buffalo sushi became my favorite 😋 The service was excellent, especially the waiter who took my order. That white-skinned guy was super attentive. And the atmosphere was super relaxing. 100% recommended. There was just one thing I didn't like: the benches pinched my buttocks.

A decent place to stave off hunger, nothing special beyond the rest of the sushi bars in the city, although the staff was very attentive, very clean, and friendly, particularly from the waiter who served me. Great service 😜

Good dishes and drinks, the restaurant is clean and tidy, although there is a fly problem. The dishes are tasty, although for the price I expected much more. Three people with rice, a roll, and a soda for $500. The parking lot is right in the plaza, and the restrooms are clean. Attentive staff. Pleasant atmosphere. This branch, in particular, has fallen into the trap of prioritizing apps over the customer. On my last visits, the food wasn't presented very well, and you have to wait for over an hour because they keep sending out orders for the delivery drivers, but those of us who go in person are asked to order every half hour, and the food arrives incredibly late. They should prioritize service for in-person customers.

I've been here for over a month, and I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. But I decided to return and give it a second chance. This time, the visit was more pleasant. The yakimeshi rice was good, but so were the two sushi dishes, one avocado and one sesame. Overall, the flavor was decent. I give it a 3 out of 5 because the place has a lot of potential. I hope they improve their position.

January 5, 2018: I don't know if I was just lucky, but I ate here today and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very courteous, the food was good and served quickly, and the prices were reasonable. I was surprised by other reviews that spoke negatively about the place (which are perfectly respectable, of course). Is it recommendable? Based on my experience: Yes, it is!

The food is of lower quality these days. Today I ordered a shrimp futoi Gohan. I was surprised that the Philadelphia doesn't taste like the original and they only put breaded shrimp in small pieces to make it look more noticeable, and the avocado is very black. The dish isn't so cheap that they put a measly shrimp in it. I doubt I'll go back. And to think we used to be super customers there. My kids don't like going to Okuma as much anymore either. Oh! And they take a long time to deliver the food.

I ordered shrimp fried rice and they brought me chicken instead. We used to eat really well there, but the quality and service have gone down a lot. And the music was super loud, it kept going up and down. It was impossible to talk :-(

The place only had one table, there were 3 people in the kitchen, two waiters, and when we arrived one was on his cell phone and didn't even notice; we had to be told. They took forever to serve the food, and when we asked for the bill, we had to tell them they had forgotten other items that were already included. Terrible service.

Today I bought 400 pesos worth of food that arrived all smashed up, an hour and a half late, and by the way, they didn't return my call. It's very sad and a little infuriating to be treated that way. I paid for a service that arrived to be thrown in the trash. Squashed and cold, dripping wet, and the boxes were broken with the food spilling out.

Yesterday I ordered two rolls: a makiko without sriracha sauce and a tampi roll. I picked them up at the Adolf Horn branch, and when they handed them to me, each one was already in its own box and bag. When I got home and opened them, I realized that the makiko had sriracha sauce, and instead of the tampi roll, they gave me a breaded roll with only cucumber and carrot. It's not right to rip off the customer...

Terrible service. Besides, it took over an hour, which is what they gave me, everything arrived all mixed up. I never imagined they'd go to that extreme. I'm still calling to report it, and they tell me to re-order, and I went through with it. I was truly surprised. Thank you for your terrible service.
