I am rating this location solely on their ice cream and their internal grocery selection. I have never ordered food or drinks from here. The ice cream selection is everything you've ever come to expect in a Braum's location. They service is always quick and very nice. The employees are always kind and professional. The ice cream is delicious. Their drive thru is quick and efficient. I don't believe I've ever waited more than a minute or two. The small grocery section inside has a limited selection but everything is fresh and of good quality. We don't always buy things from here but when we do it's always good. So if you're looking for a quick ice cream cone or sundae swing by and grab one here!

I always enjoy going to Braums. This location however, is a step above the rest. They have a huge selection of ice cream, desserts, and prepared hot foods. Also a nice grocery section. The place is just kept immaculate, extremely clean with a well stocked cutlery bar. I love the old fashioned style interior with modern amenities. The coolest thing about this restaurant is that it is absolutely big enough to throw a Birthday party with about 25 guests.

Husband likes the burgers. I find the veggies of the burger to be too limp and lifeless. I mostly go for groceries such as eggs, milk yogurt, fruits, and veggies. Their milk to me lasts a bit longer and a bit easy on the stomach for those of us with sensitivity to lactose.

Nice service. The people there are friendly and relaxed, providing quick services. The whole place has a relaxing feel. Everything was neat and orderly as well. Great place for groups, with a variety of ice cream flavors and food, and even happy hours, including breakfast specials for very low prices!

This place is amazing and they have great milkshakes. They have amazing hamburgers, tacos chicken strips, steak strips basically everything on the menu. It’s very clean inside we go there all the time.

I mainly come here for a sweet desert and it always tastes so good! The environment is always pretty good, sometimes can be a bit awkward when you take out because of young servers being new to the job and a bit disorganized.

I met with a couple here as apart of my ministry. Like most Braum's we were able to get a both a little away for the rest so we could talk somewhat privately. The Tea was great as always. And the background music soft enough so we could talk.

We had a lovely quick visit today! 2 of my children and i went thru the drive thru for 3 mixes. The woman who handed us our mixes was incredibly sweet and really really made my day... Before this visit.. I was not having a great day. I didn't get the ladies name but she had beautiful make up on and even complimented my daughters make up! Super sweet!

I remember coming here as a kid with my grandfather so there's a sentimental slant to my rating. Also, I've only ever eaten the ice cream and never the cooked food, so my rating is limited to just ice cream treats. Speaking of which, the ice cream here is not the best. The best is Blue Bell. But you can't beat the price. My family of 5 can get single and double dip cones for under $10. The variety of flavors are decent and the place is clean and inviting. There's even a very small grocery store in the place. If you're just looking for a nice place to get some ice cream try them out.

In and out in 5 minutes with a quality cheeseburger and sweet service at window. No where can produce such a great burger for less than 5.00 in 5 minutes. My highest compliment to the cook who made it.

The young black man at the window at nights is consistently a top tier employee, and honestly everyone I've interacted with when I go inside has been amazing. The Braums store side is super convenient when you're needing to just grab some staples. Eggs, milk...veggies, bread, ground coffee. I love that I don't have to got to the big box stores and all the way to the back for just a quick gallon of milk. The people here are friendly and very efficient. I have been coming here for about almost 4 years and I always have my Grandchildren with me. I sometimes come in sometimes I go through the Drive thru. They Young adults that I talked to are always professional courteous and kind. And not once have they ever messed up my orders. That's why I always keep coming back. Now, about this location specifically: I've been coming here for years, ever since they shut down the White Settlement Braum’s decades ago. This place is phenomenally well-run—more like a proper restaurant than a fast-food joint. Whoever does the hiring picks solid people who tend to work here for a while (in fast food turnover terms). The staff taking orders are always clear, competent, and unphased by customizations or special requests. And it’s not just one standout employee—it’s always been this way. It’s always clean, well-lit, and well-maintained. No flickering signage, no potholes in the parking lot, no nasty bathrooms. Someone in charge here cares about their job, and I respect the hell out of that. The Drive-Thru Stickers: There’s an electrical utility box between the first and second drive-thru windows. People put stickers on it. Always have. It’s nostalgic, small-town charm at its best. Say, "You know the stickers at Braum’s?" and anyone who’s been here knows exactly what you mean. Every few years, they wipe it clean and start fresh—but they don’t micromanage it. They let it build up naturally, only clearing it when it gets out of hand. And the best part? It’s self-policing. If someone slaps up something hateful, someone else peels it off or covers it. But if it’s just something fun, cute, or normal? People leave it be and place their own stickers around existing ones. Humans are cool. My only complaint is the drive-thru order board—it’s positioned too far back, causing the line to back up quickly. I know relocating it would be expensive, but it really needs to be moved forward to allow cars to form a proper, safe line. This is a great location. Eat here often. Support them.

I've only ever been for their ice cream. Your basic, good ice cream. Nothing too extraordinary. I like to go inside and take home 3 pints from their vast selection. They don't have as many flavors available in the drive-thru or at the counter.

Nice staff, but I was once served a stale chicken sandwich, by the night manager - after specifically asking for a fresh one! Didn't go back for months :(. Never had a bad malted shake here - everyone seems to have been trained & understand the ice cream products, at least! Prices are higher than other stores, not sure why - maybe because they are near a grocery store? Could be a lot cleaner - every table was dirty when I was there the other day. OTOH, they do get a lot of kids, blue-collar workers, and poor people, so that's to be expected - a bit. But this was 9 or 10 pm. Won't buy fruit (except bananas) here, either. Apparently, the franchise has a special supply of lousy fruit. I bought fruit here once - it felt and looked nice, but was rotten on the inside - plums, peaches, and pears, all 3! I have waited so long at the counter without being waited-on that I gave up and left before, but that was a few moths ago - I think they have newer staff now-

Went there with two of our grandchildren for ice cream. I had the brownie fudge sundae she had the the molten lava sundae and the kids each had chocolate scoops. All of it was super delicious. The kid behind the counter must have been new, he had to keep checking the instructions card, and he did a great job!

Melted ice cream was overflowing from cartons in store/market section, but customer service was good I that section.

The food was good but the initial crew member at the Euless location was not friendly at all. He acted like he was too busy to take my order and kind of hurried me when taking my order. That made me upset because I had my 3 year old granddaughter with me. He was cleaning and had to stop to take my order. He needs to remember the customer comes first and he should not show frustration because he is busy.

We stopped in to 'use the facilities' and get some milkshakes. The facilities were ok, not the best or the worst. We lined up for our milkshakes, and the store did not look very clean. Behind the counter was splattered with used ice cream. I am sure it was all new, but wow, that was a lot of splatter. The milkshakes were great tasting and cold.

GREAT STORE! Staff is always friendly and it's very rare that they get my order wrong. Market items are always reliably fresh. They have been my lifeline during the pandemic. I know the best time to shop at my local Braum's, when they are less busy. Amazing how well the market is stocked with fresh vegetables. They make one of the best burgers at a reasonable price.

I love Braums. The food is always fresh and hot, and it's always good. My only complaint is that the drive through is always so slow. It took 15 minutes to get through with three cars in front of me when I pulled up. It was the actual ordering that seemed to take these cars in front so long.

For some reason the struggle to follow simple request. Employees that have been there months still can't make a basic sundea. The food is great and we love the ice cream. It's the group of employees that don't care to do better than just show up that makes this place not worth going to. I can get everything they have closer and with better service.

Reviewing local, long standing businesses is not always easy. The ice cream is tasty and for the price worth it. This location is always clean customer service is good, food is constant. We went to this location due to the the chaos and insanity that has become the benbrook braums. I know because of 2 young adults I know personally that have worked there training is not a priority, the food always seems to come out incorrect, this braums seems to have plenty of staff yet the don't seem to be very organized. With a line for icecream evidently at least a supervisor and 1 employee new the yogurt Machine was out of service yet they did not have a sign or have employees let customers know. Not good management. This store is always a mess, the staff always looks confused and rushed/ unorganized. I am In the business that falls on management and owner ship. Braums left, Dq came in Dq left Braums came back. We don't visit either often because it's Russian roulette. Braums is good icecream good food when they are on it. Let's end by saying my thoughts my opinion, Employees have to be trained and supervised, managers have to organize and manage for smooth successful days. This lack of quality consistency and lack luster customer service is a trend in benbrook restaurants that's upsetting. Icecream is good Sunday are always tasty price is extremely affordable. Cleanliness. Knowledgeable helpful employees consistency across the board keeps doors open and guests happy. If your happy with braums support them. If not. Try another location.

I went to braums on Tuesday for a milkshake. There was a sign posted special $2.49 for a small shake or malt. The employee knew nothing about it and said the small was $2.80. If a business runs a special the employees should be made aware.

The Ice Cream is too sweet to me by itself, but as a shake, they have the BEST IN TOWN! 👍😊 Customer Service is okay, nothing great about it but it's not bad either. The cleanliness could be better, but it's a very busy location, so maybe they do the best that they can..

This place must be in financial trouble. During my last 2 visits the ice cream scoops they provided are nearly half the size they used to give just a few months ago. Also, the drive thru gets the order correct about 60% of the time. We have to verify each order before leaving the drive up window to avoid having to drive back to get the order corrected.

Let me start off by saying that Braum's is probably one of the most recognizable brands out there when it comes to ice cream, but maybe not so much when it comes to their lunch and dinner items. This review is based on the #3 combo alone. The number 3 combo is a single Patty hamburger with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos. What was disappointing is the fact that the burger was not too tasty. And what is going on with their buns? They look as if they were not cooked all the way because they lack that golden brown coloring. I remember going to braums for lunch one time a long time ago and it seems as if I remember the burgers having more of an old fashioned style taste to them. But, I was wrong. The french fries looked like they came straight out of a Walmart Great value bag of crinkle-cut fries and the taste reflected the appearance. I hate to give it such a negative review because I actually love their bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal. The inside of the store along with the restrooms as well were adequately clean and the atmosphere in the dining area was perfectly acceptable. The employees were nice enough and it did not take long for me to get my order. But then again they don't seem to ever be that busy. You've got to do better Braum's! I'm a little disappointed!

I recently visited the Braum's location and ordered my usual, a bag of burgers. While the patties were cooked through, I found their texture to be quite unusual. They lacked the typical "char" I've come to expect from Braum's burgers, resulting in a rather "floppy" consistency instead of the usual firm bite. It was a very odd experience that unfortunately means I likely won't be returning to this particular location.

Price was right. Food was fresh. Ice cream was cold. Service was quick. For the staple it was worth a stop oh yeah I liked the braums sauce vs the gravy! Sweet tea was empty. Group of cashiers seemed to be leaning on one of the girls to step up and help customers while they chitchatted.

The service was great but I purchased a Strawberry Poppyseed salad to go. Worst salad I’ve ever eaten from Braun’s. The grilled chicken was so tough I could barely chew it. This salad is one of my favorite things to get at Braums. So very disappointed.

We got to Braums about 20 mins before close. When we got to drive thru they pretty much threw the food at us. We needed sum napkins and ketchup. We had to Honk for 10mins. So rude! Why stay open if u don't want customers to buy food?

Used to be good. Lately not as much. I used to be a daily customer too. This last incident was only last week. Went in during early morning for breakfast with my daughter and the short haired woman preparing the food informed me in a grumpy way that there would be a wait. She was already working on another order and maybe she felt overwhelmed I don't know. They should recognize me as a usual customer. I was fine with waiting despite how she said it. But the food I received was luke warm and not fresh. I threw the rest away. It was gross. And my daughter's biscuit was rock hard. $15 of wasted money. I have not wanted breakfast from this location since then and probably won't. I don't deserve how I was treated and it was sorta shocking to me.

I have been going here for over 2 years now and walked inside finally since pandemic started. I was very shocked to see how badly the place is being kept. I went to get fill my cup at drink station and the drink stationed was extremely dirty. It seemed as if it had not been cleaned in days. The tables in the sitting area were very dirty and the staff would walk right by it and not clean tables for people to sit at. The food and ice cream area were not kept clean either. Unfortunately I won't go back anytime soon. Which is sad cuz it's literally 5 minutes from my home but I rather drive extra miles to another braums where I know my food is coming from a clean environment. It's sad how this place has detiorated the way it has. It needs better management especially with employees cuz they always seem lost when receiving a regular order.

I can get ice cream at 7 in the morning but you can't make a burger? No all day menu. Cause of the time I cant order the food that is on there menu. I can't give a good rating to a place that won't even serve me my order during business hours.

This was a disaster. After a hard day I went for myself and my mother-in-law.. waited about 15 min watched this poor kid get no help .. to make a banana split and told no vanilla ice cream. Wow. So as my double scoop ice cream melts .. I'm waiting. As he struggles . And then I get asked .. he feels bad ..and honestly.. people were whipping around him Luke he wasn't there . Use to be my favorite spot! My daughter and I Love the sherbet freeze, we get one at least twice a week. Today ended that ☹️, when I returned an order because it tasted like carbonate water. After having the manager taste the simple syrup, the lady poured the remaining syrup into the cup she intended to give me, when I brought it to her attention she discarded the cup but proceeded to remake my order without using gloves. If you’ve ever been to Braum’s you know they wear gloves to get iice cream and this lady did not. When I brought it to the manager’s attention he was unbothered so I chose the refund and find a more location route.

A lady with purple hair took my order and is very rude everytime I come to this location for breakfast. I mainly see her during mornings and I believe she is either a manager or assistant manager not sure. What sealed it for me was when I asked for hot chocolate and she gave it to me cold. I would not suggest this level of service to even my worst enemy.

Our men's church group decided to go to Braum's early Saturday morning to meet up and fellowship. We got to the store at 7:30 and sat down to wait for the rest of the group. As we sat there, I heard a really upset lady in the back of the store (later I would find out it was Kayla the manager) screaming about us to one of her employees. When we finally went to order she snapped, "Just order the food and stop talking". When she brought the food, she slammed the food trays down and was extremely upset that we were there. Ordered a chocolate malt shake at the drive through. (My favorite dessert from Braums for years) Service was fine. Lightning fast. The shake had a 2” solid bottom. Top was frothy like foam. Tasted like chocolate added to water. Went home and put it in a mixer. It couldn’t even break up whatever it is in the bottom. Not edible. 🤢 Please do better.

I've lived on the west side and have been coming here for years. Recently the service at this location has all but completely vanished. This is the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks that I've stopped by to get breakfast. And all 3 times the drive thru takes so long I could literally walk in and make the order myself. 1 car ahead of me sat so long I was about to leave, then I get up there and see his total was just over $6, so it couldn't have been an overly complicated order. Woman comes over the speaker and greets me and asks what she can get me, yet as I start to give my order she cuts me off and says it will be just a minute. 4 1/2 minutes later she finally comes back and when I gave her my order she says it's a 15 minute wait. Having already been there going on almost 10 minutes I canceled and left. How are you open for breakfast as one of your selling points, but you're NOT open for breakfast? If she's by herself I get it, but then that's on management to make sure the store is covered during high traffic times. I won't be coming back to this location.

I recently made a purchase with some ice cream and combo meals. The food was sub par and cold and my ice cream was placed sloppily in waffle cones when I wanted cups. The assistant manager was very rude, I believe her name was Amber and she had an attitude with me about the Ice Cream and when I asked her if she could help me close the lid to the cold drink she just gave me. She sat there and argued. I did call the corporate office and they seemed nice and referred me to the district manager who was very trashy and quite rude like Amber. I had to beg for a refund because all the district manager wanted to do was offer an insincere apology. She decided to keep my original receipt and not provide me a copy. She further forced me to go to the store at an inconvenience to me to get my refund and she wanted the food items back. I did bring the messy and sloppy ice cream and I stayed to her that the rest of the items I threw in the trash because they were cold and disgusting. She gave me such a hard time and because of this they just lost regular business.

Poor attitude from christian, sundae was missing pecans and hot fudge, when I asked them to fix it they told me they closed! Won’t be going back till get their staff in order!

When I walked in, it seemed like any other Braums, the staff was very attentive , however, this one star review is based on the fact that an employee that was in the bathroom the same time as me barely washed her hands, maybe five seconds that was tops. I’m not a germaphobe, I just think it was a bad call that she Didn’t understand (and it’s clearly posted for employees) to wash their hands at least 20 seconds—not FIVE! The floors are pretty dirty under the tables and also the condiment area is filthy like it is never cleaned so this will be my first and my last time to ever come here. Too bad because I’ve always loved Braums. Judge me if you will, but you might be surprised at how healthy the food might be here. The toilets were very gross -two out of three. Also surprised in a public restaurant and a public bathroom that there are no seat covers. They Clean ‘at things’ but I’m not sure this store would pass a health inspection personally

We got the chicken sandwich togo and when I took a second bite the meat was raw as you can see in the picture!! This is outrageous!! How could they make this sort of mistake!!

This is my 2nd time going there with my children. The level of service was absolutely horrible as the first time. We are all different and if treating ppl differently makes your organization grow. Go for it! Just beware it's not nice. It was such a disappointment to see the level of customer service we received. I will have to take my business somewhere else. Update 10/07/22.... against everything I decided to go thru the drive thru. So my 2 year old is ear her chocolate ice cream and constantly spitting, I took it from her and proceeded to consume it. Felt something in my mouth, plastic in the ice cream, stupseeeee. Please be careful when serving please🙏
