Press Cafe Aledo Reviews
We had a great experience. Our server Zoey was so flexible, patient, and accommodating. The food was good, came out hot, and portions were more than enough.
Fried chicken sandwich with no bun…. Absolutely delicious! I didn’t expect it to be so good, would highly recommend.
This is our go to place! Consistently good food and service!! I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and its always excellent!
Brighton was our waiter and was fantastic. Our water never ran low, service was quick, correct and personable. The food was excellent! Steaks and salmon cooked just right.
Compliments to the chef who made my chicken sandwich 🔥🔥🔥 10/10 recommend!! Love the vibe in this place, we felt so welcomed. Lizet made me feel right at home. I will def be visiting again.
Great experience for dinner and drinks, the spicy pineapple margarita is excellent, so is their old fashion. The truffle fries and the hummus plate were very good as well. The spicy rigatoni was excellent, I had the chicken parm and it was very good and a pretty good size portion, the quinoa bowl was probably everyone’s favorite (had an Asian stir fry flavor) the deconstructed pot pie was good and different with a flaky pastry, the mixed berry cobbler was good but tiny. Great place with a cool vibe with excellent customer service, not bad for just opening its doors a few weeks ago
First time at Press Café in Aledo and it was a great experience. The food was fresh and tasted great, and Liz took awesome care of us. She was friendly, checked on us, and made the visit easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
We met Alicia, one of the managers at Vinico, a few weeks ago. She’s such a genuine and kind person both at work and out in public! We loved meeting her. Since then, we’ve come in a few more times, and she’s always amazing. She greets everyone with a smile and makes sure every guest is well taken care of. This place is truly lucky to have someone like her! We absolutely love coming here. The food is always incredible, and the Chicken Parmesan is to die for! The staff is always kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend!
Went in for lunch and had an amazing waitress, Lizet. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive. The food was delicious, per usual. I highly recommend checking this location out.
I love the Clearfork location so this one had a lot to live up to and it did not disappoint! They’ve really made it a pretty restaurant and the food was just the same as the other location- perfection! It’s a nice place to have a meal that also accommodates my kids. I will certainly be back!
I've reviewed Press Cafe before and it was all 5 stars but today was a real disappointment. First, the service was friendly but inattentive, we had a water spill but no offer to help clean up or even an offer to refill the cup. Second, the food was just not good. We had brunch and the quiche crust was so overcooked we had to use knife to cut it and the center was barely cooked. The bacon was badly overcooked, had to request a redo but the redo was dripping with grease. The french toast was just plain gross, it was uncooked mush on the inside. Not sure who was in the kitchen today, but they had no clue what they were doing. Finally, when I made the reservation I noted we were there for a birthday brunch but no one asked if we would like anything special for the birthday person. Maybe I'm asking too much but why ask the question, if you're not going to do anything for it? Hoping this was just a bad day and not the new norm.
We’ve visited this restaurant several times for breakfast, and it’s consistently excellent. Our server Valeria is always so kind and attentive and Alicia the manager goes above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. The team here truly makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend to friends and family we’ll definitely be back soon!
We've frequented the location in Fort Worth, so I was eager to try the new Aledo location. I had bunch on a Friday morning. It was excellent. It wasn't overly crowded when I arrived (8:30 am), but picked up by the time I left (9:30). The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Most importantly my meal was perfect. I will definitely be coming back and soon enough will try the lunch and dinner menus.
I was in the area looking for a cafe to just relax in and have a good lil snack, and came across this location. If you are interested in having a delicious and authentic meal and drink, this is the place for ya. I am personally watching my figure, so chose to pleasure myself with the crossing chicken salad, and it was remarkable to say the least. The server, I believe his name was Christian, was also very nice and helpful when it came to choosing what to get. Would absolutely eat here again!
Wonderful brunch spot, same company as the Press Cafe in Fort Worth that carries over the same great vibe- perfect for brunch and meeting up to catch up with friends! Packed and a wait for seating? Sit at the full service bar - fully enjoyed service provided by Milea & Owen! Thank you for your dedication to great food and service!
I absolutely love the Press Cafe in Aledo! The chicken sandwich and farmers salads are always a go to for me! I had Faith as a server and she was so kind and helpful!
Kim did an amazing job as our server. The salmon is so flavorful, moist and crispy on the outside. Great community atmosphere.
This place is always clean and consistently delicious. The food is predictably great, and the cocktails—though a bit pricey—are worth trying, especially during happy hour. The space is beautifully decorated. My only complaint is that my husband tends to get better service than I do; the waitresses engage warmly with him but often overlook me. That part isn’t the most enjoyable and could use improvement.
Service was excellent. Kim went above and beyond to satisfy our discerning table. It was a pleasure to meet the manager, Lenny. Our new go to place in Aledo!!!! 😎
Been to Press many times Love the food and happy hour Our server kim was great and attentative. Truly an asset to this restaurant. Will be back.
I'm so glad Press Cafe opened an Aledo location. The restaurant is run very well. Fast friendly service, and a delicious menu selection. Bring the caramelized brussel sprouts appetizer to the menu, and I'll be 100%. Fun playground area for the kids as well. Great seating indoors or outdoors.
The food was great and my server Zoey was the absolute best truly made my experience there top tier was super attentive and had amazing energy the service was a 10/10 would most definitely come back.
Had a great breakfast here with family. Fresh food, very clean place, great service, comfortable, friendly and professional staff. I had the stuffed French toast. It was absolutely delicious. My daughter had the quiche with the kale salad. She loved it. Will be going back
Great place for brunch and breakfast. The coffee is great. The service is great, but the food is next level. I love the omelette and anything with shrimp in it. You should definitely try the quiche. I can’t say enough great things about this place in my opinion it’s way better than the Fort Worth location a little bit off the beaten path if you’re not from the area, but the atmosphere is phenomenal and the people are great.
The Press Cafe in Aledo is a gem right in the heart of Aledo! The restaurant space is very well decorated and neatly kept. The garden on the patio was well kept and there were space heaters out since it was a cool night. The food was outstanding and the coffee did not disappoint in the least. Our service was friendly and prompt as well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone passing through Aledo!
Delicious dinner, I had the crispy salmon, my husband had the filet and we shared the Farmers Salad (outstanding flavor), all were excellent. Also, don't skip dessert! This is one of those places that you can't go wrong in, everything is fantastic.
My wife and I came to Press café on a Saturday morning for breakfast right when they opened. Our server, Ellie, was kind and helpful the whole time we were there. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and my wife ordered a bacon, goat cheese, cheddar quiche. My wife’s quiche wasn’t warmed completely through, so they warmed it AND gave her one to take home. Great service, we really enjoyed our experience. And needless to say, the food tasted great.
These are truly amazing Eggs Benedict — and I’m saying that as someone from Europe, where I’m spoiled with good food. I’m super picky and I almost never leave restaurant reviews, but I couldn’t walk past this one. These Eggs Benedict easily deserve 5+ stars!

Excellent dinner last night! Was my birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Enjoyed meeting Dillon and Mae was so sweet who seated us. August was a fantastic server!
Great place for lunch! Ordered the salmon and substituted broccoli in place of mashed potatoes. Very good salmon was slightly crisp on the edges, which made it so yummy. Dylan C. was our server, and he was excellent. Ask for his section, you will not be disappointed. Very good!!

Great place for brunch Chicken and waffles were excellent So was the Bearcat special
Everything was so delicious! Service was great. We really loved the parm truffle fries and my roasted beet salad with a side of steak was honestly SO GOOD.
I’ve been in several times for Uber Eats pickups and have always had a great experience. The host is kind, easy to talk to, and always makes the wait more enjoyable. She often offers me something to drink while I’m waiting for the order to be prepared, which I really appreciate. I believe her name is Kinley, and she mentioned that I should come in with my wife sometime. I took my wife there last week, and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and everyone was so friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a really enjoyable place to be. Definitely a place I’d recommend.
I absolutely love Press Cafe — and I have to say, this location feels so much calmer and more relaxed than the Clearfork spot. It’s the perfect atmosphere for a laid-back brunch. Our server, Kim, was incredible. She recommended the peppers to start and they were SO delicious — such a great call. She was attentive without being overbearing and truly knew the menu inside and out. When she suggested the steak salad, I took her advice… and I can honestly say I’ll never go back to any other salad. It was that good. From the service to the food to the vibe, everything was spot on. Overall, it’s a fantastic brunch place for any day of the week. Highly recommend!
Press Cafe in Aledo is an absolute gem. The food is consistently delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or just coffee, everything tastes thoughtfully prepared and satisfying without being overcomplicated. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get, which makes it an easy choice whether it’s a quick bite or a relaxed sit-down meal. Speaking of relaxed — the atmosphere is one of the best parts. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and laid-back in a way that makes you want to stay awhile. And a special shout-out to Naomi, who was top-notch from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm without being intrusive — exactly what great service should feel like. She made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Press Cafe if you’re in Aledo. We’ll definitely be back!
My sister introduced me to The Press in Aledo the other night. Wow! Was I impressed! The drinks were excellent, the food was scrumptious and fresh. The manager is super friendly and we had a great conversation with him. Apparently celebs have discovered this jewel of a restaurant too! Amaaaazing! I had the "deconstructed pot pie." It was the best pot pie I have ever tasted. It had chopped vegetables in a creamy chicken broth sauce and was topped with about 5 mini flaky pastry bites! So good and portions were just right. I loved it so much that the next night I came back with my husband! Again, 5 stars all around. Ambience is so peaceful. Don't even get me started on the Key Lime pie for dessert! Can't wait to go again! Check it out, you will be glad you did, trust me. 💖
I’ve eaten at a lot of restaurants. I’ve met a lot of servers. None compare to Liz. The efficiency? Unreal. The timing? Flawless. The aura? Immaculate. I’m starting to think Press Cafe is only this successful because she’s holding it together single-handedly. 12/10. Five stars isn’t enough. Also sat at the bar and Apple absolutely delivered. Crisp service, smooth execution, and all great drinks. Honestly the best Apple product I’ve experienced in a while.
Kimmy was an amazing server at Press Café! She recommended the Aledo Sunset, the espresso martini, and the garlic chicken past. Everything was delicious. She was quick, attentive, and made the experience so enjoyable. Hands down the best server we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back!
If you’re anywhere near Press Cafe in Aledo, do yourself a favor and ask for Kimmy — she is hands-down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely fun, making the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed rather than rushed. Kimmy knows the menu inside and out and gives great recommendations. Thanks to her, I’ve become completely hooked on the truffle fries (crispy, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely addictive) and their mimosas, which she always makes sure are fresh and never empty for long. She strikes that perfect balance of checking in often without hovering, and you can tell she truly cares that her tables have a great time. It’s rare to find service that memorable, but Kimmy makes every visit feel special. If you want amazing food, great drinks, and top-tier service, make sure you sit in her section at Press Cafe Aledo. She’s a total rockstar!
I didn't have time to write this review when I wanted to leave a rating. The rating was spot on though. The food was good, I personally really liked the filet I ordered and to be honest that's really all I wanted to eat anyway. The waitress we had asked how I wanted it cooked proactively and it came out exactly as specified. This must have looked confusing to people because food and I have a complicated relationship, and so I didn't finish the steak despite it being cooked as ordered and tasting great. I did take it home though for later. My friend's dish was an uninformed decision because she was deciding between two things and ended up ordering the steak salad. The waitress was able to answer questions about the options she was interested in, but deciding between a burger and a salad is pretty clear so the information provided was mostly just focused on the difference in the grade of meat used. The only negative thing I will say is the steak wasn't on top and the salad itself could have used more dressing and tossing. But that's a preference thing that when we go again if we decide to order this dish we can just ask for and I'm sure they'll accommodate. Their drink selection was nice. I don't drink alcohol and neither does my friend, but it looked like they had a full bar. They also had wide and very customizable coffee options. I liked my Strawberry latte and I liked the one they made second with twice as much strawberry. My friend tried something new I want to say lavender and something.... I forget exactly what it was. It wasn't her favorite so she ordered something else that she liked. Staff was friendly and attentive but they also managed to leave my friend and I alone enough so we could really talk. The staff was out and about enough that it was easy to get their attention when needed. The atmosphere was a bit confusing at first, they had booths with macramé decorations above the booth wall that separated the booth/table area from the bar area. They had TVs on in the bar area; which at first was a bit of a turn off, but they had the volume set so it didn't interfere with our meal and the macramé made them ignorable. I also never heard them adjust the TV volume which I assume means the bar folks were getting what they needed out of it. The dining side of the establishment was laid out well. They had booth and table options and asked which we wanted without us having to specify; which is awesome because some people hate booths and I didn't know how my friend felt about them until she answered "booth" which made me happy because I concur. TL;DR great place.
Love this place. Been there for brunch and for dinner. Not only is a very good but it’s prepared in a beautiful way. I love the location stuck right in the middle of the Aledo circle. Great place for a nice date or with friends
We had a great dinner last night - branzino, cafe burger, and some amazing brussel sprouts. Mellissa was our bartender / server and as always provided great service to us and the rest of the bar patrons. She is fantastic! Can't wait to go back.
We had a great experience tonight for our 20th anniversary dinner. Our food was exceptional as always but what stood out most was our server Isiah. He is an exceptional young man - we were impressed initially with his knowledge of all the specials and how eloquently he spoke. He has a great sense of humor and a pleasure to talk to! He made our experience that much better!
Very good food and very helpful staff... it's like a cozy out of the way spot but if you crossed it with a train station. My stomach was NOT doing well but the staff were very helpful and understanding and packed up my dinner for me. We were there for my Mom's birthday and she and everyone else had a great time and felt well taken care of. Definitely want to go back!!

We held our daughter's baby sprinkle here today. The food was really good and the service was great. Rachel and Lenny were wonderful!
Fairly new American restaurant with a cool vibe by the railroad tracks. Staff was ok but could have been more friendly. Food was fine but not great. Drinks were good. Prices a little high for what you get. Recommend for a relaxing meal on the patio.
4 stars – Great Food & Service, But a Disappointing First Impression We had a really nice experience overall at Press Café. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and our waitress, Alicia, provided outstanding service—she was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our first impression was a bit soured by the two young female hostesses at the front. They were extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming, which was disappointing for such a well-regarded restaurant. Still, thanks to Alicia and the great meal, we enjoyed our visit and would consider coming back—hoping for a warmer welcome next time.

THE absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Light breakfast crowd with ample staff and the 2 individuals working behind the bar had to be asked twice for coffee refills, creamer. We sat with menus for 45 minutes in hand and no one even bothered to take our order.
