Clean and well-organized, the place is a bit small. Currently, with restrictions, the indoor tables can seat 14 people; there are more tables outside, but still not very many. The menu features piadinas with a variety of ingredients, and you can choose between classic, whole wheat, or Kamut dough. Once you've ordered and are seated, the place card flashes when your order is ready for pickup at the counter. The piadinas are delivered in paper with napkins, so there are no plates or cutlery, but that's not a big deal (at least for us). Great promotion on Nutella piadinas for €1. Polite and friendly staff. Fair prices; the cost of all ingredients is listed on the receipt. We had a great experience.

The piadinas are delicious (except for the two Nutella baby piadinas I bought last time: they were overcooked and split in two, like a biscuit... which isn't usually the case). The service is perfect, and the piadinas are delicious. I gave the atmosphere one star because, honestly, it's lacking in hygiene and cleanliness. The restroom also leaves a bit to be desired.

So we ordered 2 piadinas, one Emilia without lettuce and the other one with chicken, avocado and mayonnaise, but you put lettuce on me when in reality I had said no lettuce and there was no mayonnaise.

The staff is disorganized and there's never anyone at the register. You always have to wait too long to order and pay. The atmosphere is often unclean, especially the sticky chairs and tables, not to mention the bathroom, which is always out of toilet paper. The food is acceptable.

I ordered a ROLL piadina to-go, which comes with more toppings and an additional cost, and I received a folded piadina. I mentioned this, and the woman explained that she hadn't rolled it up because she was in a hurry, but that the contents were the same. Regardless of the quantity, it doesn't seem fair to me that they should do whatever they want, because there were probably a few orders to handle at the time, especially since I wasn't even asked if I could do it. The same thing happened to other people who received their orders at the same time. Result: almost €10 for a semi-dry piadina! Unfortunately, I was late, otherwise I would have definitely asked to remake it!!

I was here with two friends on a Wednesday evening, and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing. We arrived at 8:15 PM, and the lady told us we'd have to wait, so the piadinas were brought to us at 8:52 PM... and we were told the place closes at 9 PM. Now tell me, how can anyone eat in such a short amount of time? They forced us to get up and finish our meal outside in the cold. Honestly, this isn't how you behave, and it would have been appropriate to let them know before the piadinas were prepared.

Lots of confusion, maybe the staff is new, but they didn't get anything right, open take-away beer, completely wrong piadina, long wait and the only difference from the roll to the normal piadina is the price

La dipendente alla cassa è molto maleducata le piadine erano tutte sbagliate e non si è messa neanche un guato per darmi il resto. Vengo qui molto spesso ma penso che quando c’è questa ragazza eviter…

Terrible experience... Over a quarter of an hour to order with a customer at the register. The bill was wrong. We've been here for three-quarters of an hour and the piadinas still haven't arrived... There's only one table of three people in the restaurant besides us. The bathrooms are obscene... NEVER AGAIN!!!!
