Waiting for my room to be ready in a nearby hotel, I stopped in here for a bite to eat. Service was fabulous, the gentleman on the counter gave me a hot tip re: sauces and was very friendly. Food was amazingly delicious and freshly cooked 🙂

Very big parking lot with ton's of parking. Not very busy when i dined in. Food was great, hot and fresh. The staff was nice. Very friendly and relaxing environment. I definitely recommend this place.

A very cozy fried chicken restaurant. It's very busy but the line was very short. Staffs are very friendly and fast. They take care of your order seriously and pay attention to your requests. There are plenty of seats despite the crowd. Consider order online before picking it up at the restaurant, that way will save your time. It's a good place to hang out with friends and family. Pay attention to the road marking at the parking area or you may drive through a wrong direction.

Pretty cool spot! Wonder how they gutted the vault of the old Wachovia Bank to put this here. Chicken is crispy on the outside, yet still moist on the in. Interesting atmosphere to come with friends. Prices are pretty decent too.

This Canes cannot get your order right. Every time I go here they always get something wrong. Im especially pissed because I ordered a 3 piece combo and a chicken sandwich combo and I asked them to make sure the order is correct, they assured me that it was. When I got home I saw they gave me 2 3 piece combos. It seems to me like the workers are always socializing or just not paying attention. Honestly, I'd understand if this place was more busy, why they'd get orders wrong so much but this place is like dead empty. It's the least busy Canes in the area. So there's no excuse. DO BETTER

Food was good, service was okay, but the dinning room area was very dirty ( grease on the table, French fries on the floor, not very clean floors were dirty too. If they can't keep there dinning room clean and sanitized I could only imagine the kitchen area. Need improvement I did bring it up to the mananager on duty to. This is a fairly new location too

Horrible customer service at this restaurant!! On Sunday 11-23 at 12 pm. I walked inside the restaurant to order. 2 employees behind the counter completely ignored me. One kept bagging food and she saw me, but pretended I wasn't there. After 5 minutes of waiting. I asked her if someone was going to take my order. She laughed and continued to bag food giving me her back. So I just left i then called by phone I requested to speak to a manager. They had me on hold for another 5 minutes then they hung up the phone on me.
