I give this Pizza Hut a 5 star! Ezekiel was the store manager and he was very helpful and patient with me and he helped me with my concern. Before coming to the store I had called and spoke to another gentleman (I regret not getting his name) whom I believe his customer service skills were awesome, helpful and answered my questions to the best of his abilities. Ordered online via Grub-hub. I enjoyed my pepperoni pizza (M) and potato wedges. It was delivered in 30 mins. And it was still fresh and warm. Overall, I had a good experience and food.

First time trying the pizza hut 'the big new york' pizza. Very lacking in pepperoni, pizza 🍕 was on the greasy side. Cheese felt artificial too. I wished I just got my regular 2 middle pizza with 2-3toppings would have been better. My son still like it because it's pizza.

They sell you pizza with toppings ..very few if you ask for decent amount if toppings they charge you$3.00 extra for EACH topping..that's fraud...don't go there...lousy taste...and surprise ants walking in their pizzas

I got my food but that's about it. No "thank you", no "have a good day", etc, so i won't tip anyone here. curbside pick up did not work for me, app told me to call restaurant so i just walked in after waiting in parking lot for 10 min.

I recieved a sausage pizza with cheese on only half the pizza, no joke, and a thin layer of cheese. My other pizza was half pepperoni/half chicken. Barely small traces of shredded chicken. I'm not even sure if my cheese bread was cheese bread. The ladies were nice but the food was terrible. My order also said it was ready when it wasn't. Now I understand why this location is always empty.

We called the store to ask what happened and express how weird and gross it was that someone clearly took a slice out from our box before it arrived to us, and the manager was defensive and claimed it couldn't have been anyone at his store who did it. Unless the delivery driver paid a toll to some pizza bandits on the way to our house, I'm sorry, but it's definitely one of your employees dude. He was unhelpful and punted us to the next day's manager to obtain a refund. He didn't offer anything else to make up for this, not even a real apology. It's vaguely embarrassing to have my name google-able on a negative Pizza Hut review, but this is important for other pizza fans to know -- don't order from this location, they cannot be trusted. Totally gross. First photo is what the pizza arrived looking like, as though someone had tried to hide the fact that a slice was missing by placing the remaining slices kind of askew. Second pic is when we moved the slices together to show that one slice is clearly missing.

When after 15 minutes, I still hadn't been called in, I got in the store and asked. - It had been ready for 10 minutes. She was just to lazy to go outside and tell me. 2. When I wanted to give back the empty box after finishing, I was told to go around the building to backyard where the dumpster are. 3. Restroom? "No, but you can go to Starbucks, just 5 minutes from here." Taste below average, price above, service missing.
